They got back to me on a quote same day. They scheduled the work within 1 week. The electrician was early for the day of the install, which is good. Install was done perfectly. I would go with them again.

Bob was on-time and explained the work to my wife such as the code change and requirement to ground the gas line. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He provided a detailed invoice by my request to present to the buyer of our home to show the requested work completed. Would use him again for electrical services.

Use of a space heater in the garage knocked out power to part of the house including the furnace. My mom is 90 and I did not want her shivering that night so I went to "the list" and found Eagle Electric. The technician came right out and diagnosed the problem. He replaced a part in the circuit breaker. He was competent and professional. He then tested the entire system and the outlet in the garage where the problem started. Eagle Electric saved the day.

Theirs wasn't the lowest bid, but they had the earliest availability and Bob was far more responsive than the other electricians I had out. Bob and the rest of the crew were polite and punctual. The overall quality of the work was good. I wasn't home when they finished, but was disappointed to find that when they installed the panel, they had not labelled any of the 35 breakers (granted, only about half on the old panel were labelled, but it would've been nice to just have those). I could tell exactly were they had been in the basement, because they left a trail of screws, bits of wire, metal punch-outs, etc, on the floor. Below the panel they swapped out I scraped up a heaping dustpan full of debris. Also, despite contacting him directly (not through Angie's List) and not previously mentioning Angie's List, I was told that the coupon was already figured into the final price. So don't count on that getting honored. Overall, not a bad experience, but I'll look elsewhere in the future.

I called Bob on Wednsday and he said he would be there on Thursday. I thought it would just be for an estimate. But when he showed up he immediately went to work and in less then an hour he had installed the fixture. He then went on and repaired another ceiling fan pull cord. Excellent service and very fair price. In the last half hour I have already called two people and referred him.

When I called Eagle Electric Bob answered the phone right away. Explained to him on the phone what I needed done and said he would call back and set up a day and time. WOW called me back set up day and time which was just in 2 days. I was very impressed! :) Bob was super friendly, professional, and showed up on time. Bob looked at the job explained where the best place to display the lights on the house for maximum effect for lighting the back yard. Bob got what he needed started working on the job and before I knew it he was done with the job. Bob was a extremely fast, worked very hard to get the job done, and done right. I am very impressed with Bob and Eagle Electric. I will hire Bob from Eagle Electric again. I will recommend Eagle Electric to all my friends, family, and to you how is reading this. Lets face it in this world it is hard to find contractors that will show up on time, come within a few days, communicate well, and get the job done quickly. WELL I FOUND MY ELECTRICIAN THAT I WILL USE FROM NOW ON THAT'S FOR SURE.

We lost power in 1/2 of our house late on a Saturday afternoon. I called Eagle Electric and left a message. Ron from Eagle Electric called back a few hours later and we agreed since it was not an "emergency" that he would come out the following day. He arrived on time and within 15 minutes of his arrival he had identified the problem as being with Mid-American Energy. He then called Mid-American, explained the problem and offered to stay until they arrived. Since Mid-American was not sure how long it would take them to respond Ron left but called back later in the day to assure that Mid American had completed the work. Eagle Electric was tremendous to work with and I will not hesitate to call them if I have electrical problems in the future.

Excellent. I was especially pleased that he was able to replace an outdoor outlet (a job I had planned to do at a later date) after completing the sunroom job. I would definitely use Eagle Electric for all my future electrical projects.

I contacted Eagle and spoke with the owner. We discussed that I would like a quote to install a new sunpanel in my garage and new 220 drops and 110 branch circuits. He said he was pretty busy with an ethanol plant wiring job. I said it was not urgent that after Christmas would be fine. He said he would call me back after the new year. Today is February 10, guess that qualifies and still have not heard back. I could bug him to perform a paid service for me but would expect he would call me if he said he would. He has not thus he has not done what he said he would do. Why would I expect his work to be any different. I can' ties him because I can' thrust him. Too bad, I was looking for a solid electrician that was my go to and this would have been a decent size residential wire job. Do what you say and everything else will take care of itself.

Almost any other electrician would have just come over and done the job in fifteen minutes and charged me for the call and the part, costing me about $100. Bob figured out what the problem was and figured out that I could do it based on our conversation and saved me that entire cost. So, instead I paid about five dollars for the part at Menard's and spent fifteen minutes of my own time.

Great!!! Bob assessed the situation and quickly finished the project in a professional, friendly manner. We will definately use Bob again whenever we need electrical work done for our home!!! I had great service from Bob! He was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and how it was being fixed. Some of the things I had questions about didn't really need to be fixed, but he gave me some good advice for what to do. I was very pleased with the time the job took and the amount. I would definitely hire again for electrical work.

This was a new construction home and Bob did all the electrical work. After dealing with so many contracters, Bob is one of my favorite for sure. He has great integrity and really does a great job. |I highly recommend him for any electrical work.

The electrician was on time and completed the work very quickly and cleaned up any mess he made while running the electrical lines in the basement. I will call him for any future electical needs.

I originally called Bob to come and do an estimate on the work I wanted done. He stated that he didn't come out to do estimates on jobs under $500. He said he had time to do this before another major job he was scheduled for, and it was within a few days of calling him. So he came at the time he stated and worked all day. He ran into trouble on several items that required him to come a second day to work another hour or so to finish up. He found the 3-way switches to be a lot trickier than he thought they would be to fix. Two of the GFCI outlets required bigger boxes, and one of those I thought was already grounded wasn't, so that took more time. He knocked down a 48" fluorescent bulb, requiring more cleanup time, but he did replace it with a new bulb. So with those items the cost turned out to be more than the $500 originally thought, but I am happy with the work he did and the extra cost was worth it. He did call and give me the option of not doing one of the jobs to stay closer to the $500 and not require a second day, but I gave the go-ahead to do it.

Bob answered right away and was here in less than two hours to replace the circuit breaker for my A/C. took a little troubleshooting to get it right, but was in and out in less than an hour and my place is now cooling nicely. Thanks Bob!

I had the best experience working with Bob from Eagle Electric. I called him this morning to get an estimate on some work I needed done and he told me he could come out in the afternoon to look at it. He explained how pricing works for estimates and said if the job was what he expected after we talked, that he could probably do the work when he was here. We arranged for him to come out this afternoon which he did. He gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable and then he informed me that my neighbors gas line was not ground as well and it ran through my basement. He offered to do both at a reduced rate if the neighbor wanted theirs done, which they did. I was extremely happy with the entire experience of working with Bob. He was very professional, had reasonable rates, did the job as needed and was prompt and true to his word. Great experience all around. I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and if I ever need electrical services again I will definitely call Bob at Eagle Electric. Thanks Bob! Job well done!

They did a fantastic job, were very friendly, charged a very fair price and were very responsive. I plan on using Eagle Electric again in the future.

He showed up the same day that I called him, and quickly fixed the problem. A previous outlet in the kitchen had the neutrals fall of so the outlet further down the chain wasn't working. It took him 10 minutes to figure it out and fix the problem. He is a very friendly, and responsive person, and I would likely use him again.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Bob called on a Sunday night to arrange a time, and showed up promptly the next morning. The nonworking light was a complicated problem, but Bob figured out what was wrong, went to get the right supplies, and fixed it. He also took care of several other smaller electrical problems we had (see above). We were very impressed with his promptness, expertise, friendly, professional demeanor, and reasonable charge. We will definitely be calling him when our next electrical problem crops up!

Within 30 he had the problem fixed

Replaced with newer version of breakers. Problem hasn't occured since.

Altogether an excellent experience and we will call again if the need arises.
