The gentleman came on time. He was friendly. He told me what the cost would be and then he set to work. He had to leave to get some materials but he came back very quickly and finished the job in one morning. After he was finished, I paid him by check. He sent me an invoice by email detailing his work and the materials used.

We were very satisfied and liked them a lot.

Work done professionally and in acceptable time. Came when said would and performed task. One very minor negative was debris littering floor. However, simple vacuuming cleaned up, and this is expected by homeowner.

Fast. professional and did the job for less than what I figured it would cost.

I needed to have a new electrical line run diagonally from one end of the house to the other for a new sewer grinder pump that was replacing our septic system. Bob was prompt, called me a couple of days ahead of time informing me when he'd be out so I could prep the basement area to clear a path for the work he needed do. The job was completed in a few hours and any mess was cleaned up immediately afterwards. The required permit requested from the City of West Des Moines and he had the inspector out within 2-3 hours after the job was complete. I'd definitely higher him again!

Bob/Eagle Electric solved a problem (I couldn't use more than two burners of my stove and the oven at the same time without it tripping the breaker) that two other companies (Action Electric & Westside Appliance) could not solve-- but still charged me a fee to come tell me that. Bob not only fixed the problem but he also offered to speak to Westside Appliance to make sure it would stay fixed. He had me look up the oven's owner's manual on the internet and we double checked it there as well. He went WAY above and beyond the call of duty. Then, two days later -- he emailed me to make sure everything was still okay. I will recommend Eagle Electric to everyone I know.

The service and professionalism when excellently overall. I would call Bob again if I had an electrical issue.

The kitchen light went out a week ago and we called today for a quote. Not only did Bob suggest what might be wrong on the phone, but came out TODAY, bought the possible part on the way (which ended up being the correct one) and new light-bulbs!! Amazing service, responsibility, and professionalism. We definitely will use Eagle Electric for ALL upcoming electrical work!

As a property mangement company we are always looking for good, and trustworthy contractors. We have found this in Eagle Electric. Bob, is always very informative and fair. We definately use him in the future.

Eagle said they would be out on a following Monday morning for a quote however they never showed up or called. I ended up hiring someone else. This was an easy job that took an hour and a half. It seems they completely forgot about this customer.

Bummed out that he never called to schedule an appointment with me, but no hard feelings.

Bob was very polite, prompt and professional. He has a great common-sense view of work and is an excellent problem-solver. The bill was what we had expected and he communicated throughout the job. We will definitely use him again.

Bob did a great job. I just purchased a home and was eager to make several improvements. Bob responded to my call promptly and arrived as scheduled. His work was very neat, no mess left behind. He accomodated my rather crazy schedule to get this done on short notice so the painters could complete their scheduled work. I am waiting for ceiling fans to arrive and he will install those and add some recessed lighting to another bedroom. He is also bidding to do my rather comprehensive kitchen remodel. Very nice, very thorough. He has gone out of his way to help me with this project.

We had a great experience working with Bob and Eagle Electric! When I first contacted Bob he met me at my house the next evening and they began working on my basement right away. When I recently had an issue at one of my rental properties Bob adjusted his schedule and stopped over the very same morning that I called him and he fixed the problem. They not only do great work, but they do it quickly. I will always contact Eagle Electric in the future for my electrical needs and I will refer them to others.

Very well. He was courteous, professional, worked quickly, and did excellent work. Our house is old and the ceiling is not level, but the fan seems to be perfectly balanced and quiet. Price was very reasonable in our opinion. We will definitely call him again for any future electrical work.

A++++ Service, very professional, polite, punctual, and efficient! When the light in our kitchen went out, my fiance and I thought it was the fluorescent lights that had burnt out and so we went to Menards and bought replacement lights. But they didnt work either, so we knew that it was not a simple issue like replacing the light bulbs. Not being very electrically savvy, I was concerned about the potential costs involved in the repair, as I didnt even know what was wrong. I looked up Eagle Electric on Angie's list and called Bob. As soon as I desrived the issue he told me the possible reason over the phone and also mentioned that it just needed apart replacement for about $25 and that he could do it the same evening at 5 PM. I was very pleased and booked the appointment. Bob arrived before 5 PM and replaced the part in 10 minutes. I paid him a total of $100, $75 for the service call and $25 for the part. I would definitely recomment Bob for electric services in anyone's house and would definitely assign future projects to him Thanx Bob!

Bob was booked for the next week or so but had a bit of time on a Saturday morning so he came by and was able to quickly resolve our wiring problems in our third garage space by getting into the space above and finding some wire nuts that were not tight and not making a connection. once he replaced the wire nut and made sure it was tight the lights and outlets worked again. He tested everything before leaving.

Fantastic from start to end he even let me stand there and explained to me what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it.

Bob was very professional throughout the entire process. He was on time to do the work, and he got it done in a timely manner and did everything we asked him to do for the price we agreed upon. He got the work done and was out of there and we had working electricity in our office and bathroom. Bob left me his number in case anything were to go wrong. We never had to call him because everything was done perfectly.
