They came out fast, they fixed it, and they left. There were no problems. The price seemed a little high but it was an emergency.

The overall service was professional, they were on time and efficient.

They were prompt and very professional. I have recommended them to several people.

They come very quickly and are very thorough. They are also neat with their work and professional! I've never had any problems with them, or the work they have done for me. They have saved me on many occasions. I had a water heater go out on a weekend in the past and they came out that day to help me! The workers are very nice also. I would very highly recommend them. They are the best!

They came on time. Their vehicle was clearly marked and they were in uniform of the company. They took care not to damage anything in the house. They pointed out another challenge we had when a circuit breaker snapped. They preformed the work very well. They even saved us money by changing the system slightly while installing. I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Let me say first that i am TOTALLY SATISFIED with the work performed.I considered my problem to be of a relatively low priority buy they scheduled an appointment for a couple of days after I called and showed up exactly on time. The plumber was neat and courteous, even putting on "booties" each time he entered the house. Work was completed in a timely manner.My only concern is it seems they only repair the one brand of faucet that they sell. One of mine was a different (major) brand. That one ended up getting replaced. I had considered having it replaced anyway so it wasn't that big of a deal, but.....I have used NEIGHBORS many times in the past for both plumbing and furnace/AC. I will definately call on them in the future.

I would recommend them highly. They came back and inspected the work.

We had a problem with our furnace not lightning. I could hear the ignition ticking away but no flame was ever produced. I called a few places in town but they could not come out as quickly. Neighbors called me about 30 min before showing up. The service tech diagnosed the problem and corrected it in a short amount of time, and also provided me with an estimate to repair a motor that was making lots of noise. Since our furnace is something like 24 years old and we had discussed replacing it already we declined to have the many hundreds of dollars worth of extra work done, the service tech agreed completely that we would be better off replacing the entire unit. I gave a b rating for quality because the furnace has started to do the same thing again now about 3.5 months later. I can't really hold that against the company given the age and operating state of our furnace though.

The company was very thorough in providing me with options over several price ranges, as well as explaining the differences between the systems. They were punctual and performed the work in a professional manner. When the system wasn't functioning properly they came out and made sure everything was working. Overall they are a pleasant and professional company to work with.

I first used them when I purchased my house. I have stayed with them because I have been satisfied.

We've had a residential service contract with Neighbors for several years and have been very pleased. The contract (approx. $190.00/year in 2011) covers the spring and fall check-ups for AC/heat pump and furnace, and provides discounts on service calls - including not paying extra for night, weekend, and holiday service calls. (That last is very nice to have for plumbing emergencies, which always like to happen on Christmas day or at 3am.) The service has always been prompt, polite, and competent, and we feel we've gotten good value for it over the years. Our most recent purchase was of a new heat pump/furnace unit, installed in June. The planning and installation were up to the usual high standard, and though we cannot yet comment on the furnace, the new heat pump seems to be doing its job much better than our old AC unit, the company came to do a follow-up within the week, and we have had no problems.

We contacted Neighbors when our AC went out two weeks ago (in the middle of those 4 days of 90+). Their original response to our service request was relatively prompt all things considered. The tech that came out was courteous and provided prompt service. HOWEVER (it was determined that we would need to either repair or replace our unit) it took another 2 days before they could come out and measure our current unit and at that was after we called to follow up. Additionally, we were told it would take another 5-6 days just to get a price quote and that we would be looking at installation in 4-6 WEEKS. This being taken into consideration, we placed a call to them to have a repair completed to get us through until a new unit could be ordered. That was four days ago and we still have not received a call back from them to schedule a time to have a tech come back out to complete a repair. The failure to communicate and the amount of time it has taken is completely unprofessional and we will be hiring someone else to come out to fix and/or replace our AC.

Technician(Ed) was prompt and very informative on the procedures he performed. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Proceeded to clean the system and check the work. Answered all questions that I asked. Very good service. Would definitely recommend!

Neighbors is extremely professional in every way. From their Comfort Consultant, to their install crew, to their follow up after the sale, it is hard to imagine doing business with anyone else. They gave me choices and recommended the best solution for my home. I would highly recommend Neighbors to anyone needing heating and cooling for their home. They will be coming back soon to replace my water heater as well.

It went fine. If we had been more patient, we wouldn't have need to call a plumber as the WD-40 we sprayed on the problem pipe finally loosened it up by the time the plumber got there. This is not Neighbor's fault, it was our own impatience.

Technician attempted repair. Repair did not take due to water heater being at end of life cycle. He did not clean up after himself. Ergo, parts and panels were spread about.

Technician pointed out some maintenance procedures that we needed to do that original installer of furnaces did not tell us. Cleaned up after himself well.

He added some coolant to the air conditioner but he didn?t give me a heads up before I was charged for it. If he had told me that he needed to add coolant, I would have okayed it; I just wish he had told me. They diagnosed the problem but, unfortnately, they told me that I need a new air conditioner. They came out on the same day that I called but I had a little trouble getting them to respond to me about replacing the air conditioner.

They were excellent. I spent $ 7,000 and it was for the air-conditioner, furnace, water heater and re-ducting because we made it different so it wouldn't get flooded again. I lost 2 furnaces due to floods, so they re-did for me 3 times and I was very pleased with them, it was just an automatic call whenever I was in trouble.

The temp was about minus seventeen degrees F, pitch dark on a Saturday night. Conditions were miserable. They showed up on time, evaluated the problem, climbed up on the snowy roof, and cleared the vent. Furnace worked fine now that the vent was clear. I recommend them highly. I have utilized their services before, always with success. A+ all the way!

We had an excellent experience start to finish. We had a thorough estimate with 3 levels of equipment and all prices within a few days. The work was performed and system in full service very quickly considering the heavy demand caused by the recent floods. Mr Wierson answered our questions clearly and was a great help in deciding which system we wanted.
