Description of Work: Installed a ductless heating and AC system. Took a bit to get things scheduled but they were on time, did a really nice job, and we love the system they recommended! We have used them before to install a radon mitigation system, so had confidence they would do a great job.

They were on time, highly professional, did a quality installation and clean-up. We are pleased with quality and appearance of product, price, and results. Have recommended them several time to friends; some have purchased.

Description of Work: Replaced A/C. They did a good job on the install. The salesman was very nice and helpfull. I felt like I got overcharged on the troubleshooting of the old unit.

Description of Work: Radon mitigation system with 2 pumps. We have a large crawl space which they cleaned out, covered with a drainage mat and then encapsulated with Durascrim all the way up foundation walls to top. We also had a new sump-pump w/battery backup and clear, crush-proof lid. Radon/crawl space work = $4,630. Sump pump = $750. Not the cheapest or most expensive estimate, but high-quality (based on my research) and a 10-year warranty. Three other estimates were all 5 year warranties.

Description of Work: Neighbors Heating & Cooling inspected cleaned my furnace; repaired & replaced a few water line runs; and installed a radon mitigation system. | |The furnace inspection and cleaning was excellent. Neighbors used state of the art equipment to assure the furnace was operating properly. I recommend this part of their services. | |The cost and installation of the radon mitigation was not clearly explained to me prior to the installation. The verbal and written estimate for the radon mitigation system alone was confusing and I was stunned when I received the actual final bill of $2,380. To be fair, the business owner, Eli Miller, told me that he fully explained everything to me pre-installation and HE WAS SURE that I fully understood all of the charges. The new radon mitigation system works well, but I would shop around and get other estimates for this system before committing to Neighbor's installation. | |After installing the water lines, a Neighbors plumber had to return a week later to unclog a blockage in a newly installed water line. After deciding there was no evidence that this was my fault, this was satisfactory warranty work.
