The technicians are punctual, polite, and leave a checklist of the services and checks that they have performed. They come in the spring to do the same for the air conditioner. They offer a service agreement that is paid for once a year.

They were great! Definitely happy with their service and Shawn was a tremendous help. Upfront and honest about their dealings. Would use them again in the future.

It was a negative experience with C and K Heating and Cooling because of some customer service, their quality, and their responsibility or reliability.

The service technician phoned approximately 15 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment to confirm he was on his way - C and K techs ALWAYS do this. It's a little detail that I particularly appreciate. Too many times in past with other companies it was always a guessing game of will they arrive close to scheduled time. Love not having to play that game. If for any reason, such as an emergency call for a customer in more immediate need (like no heat or a/c) than us, they will call and ask if we would mind rescheduling for a bit later. These are little things that add up to a really positive feeling. We also used them for an emergency water heater replacement about 18 months ago and again, everything was explained carefully, all our options for various products were explained. We made immediate decision and new water was installed same day. They always also do haul away on replaced items - another appreciated service.

The C and K plumber was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He was the most professional tradesperson with whom I ever dealt. C and K is a top quality company and command compensation accordingly. My only disappointment is that C and K agreed to provide me with estimates for two other large plumbing matters, but nearly one month later, I have not heard anything further from them. This is disappoining because I need the additional work done, but I suspect C and K is quite busy due to the exceptional quality of their work.

Installation was professionally completed. We were given a choice of installation dates.

Next time they need to check the thermostat first and stop blaming the customer for their incompetence. Also, pick up the phone and call local Lennox dealers for parts if it's a weekend; it's what you call "good customer service".

A plumber got us an estimate on a variety of large and small jobs. He had it to us first thing in the morning the day after he came out to get information for the estimate. The day the plumber had arranged to come to cap off two unused lines was an unexpectedly hectic one for me. He called ahead to let me know he would be a few minutes late. That was the first I had remembered he was coming. I explained my husband could let him in but nobody could let him out. He let himself out and left the paperwork just where I asked him to. Though they require payment at the time of service I had not left a check for the plumber. He let me call the payment in later that afternoon while I literally had only a couple of minutes between other appointments. They couldn't have made it easier. I will use them again.

The plumber arrived on time and did a good job installing the back-up pump for a reasonable cost.

Installation took most of one day, which seems about right considering the amount of work involved. Technician was very professional. He even started to take off his shoes before he came inside before we told him that that wouldn't be necessary. You have to deal with water piping, gas lines, PVC ventilation pipes, and applicable building codes to install a tankless water heater. Technician handled every aspect of job and firm arranged for city inspector to show up when he was done.

I recently moved into a townhouse and discovered in the first cold snap that the furnace would not start. The technician found that the intake vent was clogged. Because the initial installation was done incorrectly when the townhouse was built, the clog could not be simply cleared satisfactorily, despite a valiant effort by the tech. A temporary fix was made to supply heat and parts ordered to vent correctly. A portion of the venting was replaced and the repair was made permanently a few weeks later. Though the wrong part was provided by the parts supplier, the tech made a trip back to the supplier to get the correct parts. I was given the option to reschdule the visit or wait until he returned with the correct part (I chose to wait). Work was done neatly and all mess cleaned up well. The fix will make it easier to clear any debris in vents to prevent any future problems. Technician was polite, personable, and explained the problem clearly. He also took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the operation of a furnace that I was unfamiliar with. I especially appreciated the phone call to let me know the tech was on the way to my home for both trips (and he was) so that I could meet him at my home and miss a minimal amount of work.

Every person from this company was professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. They started with the demolition phase and tore out the old unit, opened up ceiling joists in the basement and cut the holes in the floors for the vents. They installed a furnace and central air unit. They built the duct work and installed it. Since it was Summer time, they started the central air. When the weather changed, they came out and started the furnace. Calling them on the phone is a real treat! The person answering the phone is so polite, I wish every business answered the phone and treated it's phone call this courteously.
