Erin provided the most reasonable quote to repaint the house the same color scheme as the original and approved by the homeowner's association, requiring five different shades of paint. He estimated one day prep and one day paint and was flexible enough to meet my requested dates with a two week notice. Day one went as planned however they needed an extra half day due to the amount of detailed trim work. Erin and crew were polite and professional throughout the job and cleaned up after themselves each day. The house looks great. I'd use Menco again without hesitation.

This was a big, challenging detailed job, and turned out great. They were on time and on budget.

Menco did a good job in three days in according to the specified arrangements. Their cost was very reasonable in comparison to others with good Angie's List A ratings. We would use them again. Time will tell if the paint lasts as long as the last paint job which I did myself with a brush. This was a spray job which I am not too keen on.

Erwin is a good talker,but that's all. He came to check our house for an estimate to paint and do some repairs. The day he came he seemed rush and didn't finish, he said he had to leave and would call when could come back. We never saw him again. I called a couple of times and each time he assured me that he was working on the estimate; but never heard from him again. I won't be calling him again. mike kurashima

Good experience over all Menco painting stayed in touch, started and finished in a timely manner. Did a very nice job.

Our estimate was given to us promptly (see earlier review). Their scope of work was listed on a check off list on the estimate (v. handy). Even though it was several months before we could get the work done, the price did not change. Once the town association permit was ready Erin Meneses and his workers were ready to go. Prep work was done promptly and efficiently and painting immediately afterwards. All in all it took a day of good prep and a day and a half of painting to complete (including all clean up) our fairly large two story home. It looks great! Erin was very receptive to ideas; good with suggestions; aware of our needs and current trends. He said what he was going to do and did what he said. The crew was very tidy and efficient. We have a Monier tile roof and Menco painters were careful of this fact. We would certainly recommend them.

Menco Painting's motto is "WHEN YOU WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT!" I'm happy to report that they certainly lived up to their motto. It was obvious to me that Erin Meneses, the owner, takes pride in his company's work. They began by doing an excellent job of pressure washing, not only the house exterior that was to be painted, but also the garage area and driveway (at no additional cost). He wanted to be sure that upon completion of the exterior house paint job, the site would have a clean and fresh appearance - newly painted house with a clean garage & driveway. Yes, they got rid of all that dust and grime! Menco Painting was very professional in providing their written, detailed estimate of the job and did not exceed their estimate, which was priced very competitively. Upon meeting and talking to Erin, in person, I knew that he would be dependable, reliable and very importantly, COMPETENT....things a consumer looks for whenever hiring someone for services. They always showed up as promised, on time or earlier, and Erin always kept in touch, in a timely manner, by phone or email. This company definitely gets the painting work done well (quality work) and on time and at a good price (not cheap, but you get what you pay for and with Menco Painting you get a good value for the price). Erin was also flexible and when some of the repair jobs (wood repairs) were not completed on time by another contractor, he agreed to come back a few days later, after the repairs were done, to finish up the painting job and fix a minor discrepancy on the bottom of the screen door. Overall, I am very pleased with the excellent paint job by Menco Painting and their competitive pricing and would definitely hire them again for any future painting needs. Truly blessed that I found Menco Painting through Angie's List. If you need a paint job, I would definitely recommend Erin and Menco Painting, if you want the job done right! Call him for an estimate and you will immediately recognize that "He da guy!" (translated: He's the one!)

He was very professional. He came over very promptly and gave us a quote. Unfortunately, we are waiting for our finances to go through. He will be the one that we choose when we have it done. He had good references and promptness. The price quoted was reasonable. Another man came and quoted for the same work and it was three grand more, which was very expensive especially since he didn't have a contractor's license.

The experience went very well. From the initial site inspection, proposal, and actual execution of the project, the team was prompt and professional. Erin, the owner, took personal responsibility for all efforts and his crew was top notch. The pricing was "fair and reasonable" given the amount of effort put into the work. The work was accomplished on-time and without any issue. I highly recommend Menco painting to anyone wishing to have their house painted.

This company was recommended to us by a friend so we included them when we were gathering estimates for painting the exterior of our house. This was the first time we have needed to paint and are not familiar with the cost of painting services ( thus the C/fair grade) but he was the lowest of three estimates. We, however, requested that he use the Cool Wall System which increased his price but he was still within $100 of the others and since he was recommended by my friend, we decided to use his services. They power wash (with chemicals) and prep the surface to be painted and apply a full coat of primer and two full coats of paint. They arrived on time everyday and did not rush to get through the job. They are very friendly and professional. Our house looks great! I just hope the Cool Wall works as advertised!
