Good job... A little rough around the edges, but all in all, good job and I would use them again.

He was professional, got the work done and the carpets looked pretty good. I would have preferred to know about extra charge for the stairs before the whole ordeal. I bought as part of the big deal was supposed to be 130$ but I guess that Is my bad.

Member cleaned the carpets promptly, but his customer service skills were not up to par for someone that provides a service to make a living. He did a good job of cleaning the carpets, so that service is good. But I will not be a repeat customer due to his attitude.

I didn't actually see the work being done as we were moving that day and I left with the movers. But my wife stayed. She said that Leonard showed up on time and worked a miracle on the carpet. It was badly soiled and stained but wife said that when he was finished, the carper looked like new.

I will be forever grateful to Leonard and his Rainbow International Carpet. Leonard arrived early and was very fast and professional. We got off to a very rough start because his interpretation and mine of Angie's promotion, "Three Rooms and a Hall," were greatly different. I thought my stairs should qualify as one of the 3 rooms but Leonard said they would be $40 extra because my hall was too long. We resolved our difference by my excluding one of the bedrooms and he agreed. He set to work faster than lightning doing my bedroom, down the hall, AND the room that I had eliminated because of the additional price! Leonard did this room all on his own, just because he is such a nice guy! Next, he cleaned my two flights of carpeted stairs and finished the whole job within one hour. I couldn't believe how beautiful he made my 13 year old white carpet, VERY severely urine stained from over 10 years of abuse, back to nearly new condition. This was my last ditch try to save my carpets before tearing them out. I would recommend Leonard's International Carpet services to everybody. I will definitely use him again.

We had the carpet cleaned for the first time since installation ten years ago, our efforts to keep clean with a home carpet cleaner had not been satisfactory. Len cleaned the carpet to an almost just installed appearance.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. I will definitely have Leonard do my carpets again and I will recommend him to my friends. A job well done!

Len was amazing! My roommate found him on Service Magic. It's a service where the customer posts their needs and providers call and bid on the job. Len called her within seconds of her posting the job and his price was better than another call she got. She posted late afternoon and he was able to come early the next morning. Len was punctual, professional, organized, fast, and got down on his hands and knees to get out stubborn stains in our carpets. Len has been doing this for 23 years and it shows, he really knows his stuff!!! I can't say enough about this service. If you read this, Len, sorry it took so long, we're settled in now.
