It went super well. Jerry arrived before time, which was good. He and his partner deep cleaned the carpet in my apartment: living room, two bedrooms and a hallway. There was a history of cat barf throughout the apartment that I had attempted to clean with standard carpet spot cleaners. They gave me advice on what products I should avoid as they tend to discolour the carpet. I also was reassured that, despite the barf-o-rama, my carpet was in pretty good condition. This was a deeper cleaning (steam) than other cleaners I have hired before. Although it has taken longer to dry, I can see the incredible difference 24 hrs. later. The cats can too...I think. >ºº<

The mattress was completely cleaned and odor free. Carpet was cleaned and was cleaner than the last time it was professionally cleaned. In the future I will be used this company for all my carpet cleaning.

Sent the company an email from their website & the owner Jerry responded almost immediately! Set up an appointment based on my availability, they came right on time, were done within half an hour & the couch looks great! The cost was $130.00 but it was worth it, thanks Jerry!!

It went great! We had gotten a quote to have wood floors installed in the living/dining room and carpet replacement in the 3 bedrooms when I found Rainbow-Pro on Angie's List and went to their Rainbow's website. On the website they show their technique on a incredibly dirty carpet. And I thought - if they can accomplish 50% of that on my carpet I'll be satisfied. Well, my carpet looks like new and I'm a very satisfied customer. They use a hot water method which took at least 36 hours for the carpet to completely dry out - not the 12 hours that they estimated. However, this was during a very rainy, damp week in Honolulu. There was practically no chemical use - just some minimal spot treatment for a few particularly tough areas. Thank-you Rainbow for exceeding my expectations.

They were very prompt, arrived as scheduled, was courteous, conscientious, answered all our questions and did an outstanding job... Gerry said they just got a new heavy duty cleaner and were able to remove a major carpet stain that a previous cleaner was not able to do away with. Mahalo nui loa... JOB WELL DONE!

Arrived on time! Tenant move out, carpet needed a clean. Very professional and they did a terrific job and even got out a stain on the carpet. I called directly to determine the cost and availability. I planned on purchasing the $139.95 for $159.95 worth of carpet. When I called they said not to purchase the coupon online, but pay them directly and will do the entire job for $150.00. Which I did. Overall they did a terrific job in one hour as they said they'd do....Though I really wanted to pay $139 for $159 worth of clean and not the additional $10 more for a small area.

Called on Wednesday and they were able to come the next day. My carpet looks great.

He was on time and kept in contact with me. Service didn't take long at all and couches looked great afterwards.

Leonard Schade was timely, courteous, efficient, friendly and performed the cleaning of our carpet in a very timely manner. He was done within the hour. He came alone and did a great job as the carpet looks nice and feels and looks clean. He took great care in doing things right! Highly recommended to our friends and family.

I was very happy with this service. He arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The results were fantastic. My carpets had several spots that had not been removed on previous cleanings which were removed this time. I paid about $40 extra to have him treat the wine stain and most of that was removed with the treatment. I would definitely recommend Rainbow and will use them the next time I have my carpets cleaned.

They're good but they're expensive.

Len came early. Saw the downstairs family room carpet and started boiling water for a special odor-stain-remover (OSR?). While it was expensive, Len did real good work and fast, too. ... Definitely, would us him again when we need carpet cleaning.

Mr. Schade arrived on time. He was polite and demonstrated he knew what he was doing. He did not mind me watching closely while he worked. Both chairs had never been cleaned before. They now look new. Mr. Schade recommended steam cleaning the chairs once a year. We plan to contact him the next time we want them cleaned.

This service provider was on time - actually about ten minutes early - and was finishing in the time frame he stated. He was very polite and was able to get out stains and gum from the carpet. I am really really satisfied with the work that he did.

They were pretty good. They explained everything what they're going to do but it took them a while. It was my first time that I used them.

I don't have much experience with professional carpet cleaners so I may not be the best judge but they were reasonable, on-time, did not inconvenience us and provided additional cleaning at no charge plus identifying and treating a stained area.

Six months ago, I had our carpets professionally cleaned by another carpet company. The method they used to clean our carpet left it dingier than before and the stains were still there. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and apprehensive about having it cleaned again by the same company. **This was a prior carpet cleaning business and NOT Rainbow International Carpet** I spoke with Leonard over the phone and he scheduled a cleaning very promptly. He showed up on time (a few minutes early) and was ready clean. He inspected the prior company's work and explained in detail what method they had used, the chemicals, and how he was going to fix their mistake. He got to work right away. He was very pleasant. When the job was done, he asked if I wanted to see the dirt that his machines had removed. It was astonishing!!! I was so impressed and very happy with the results. Our carpet is not dingy and the stains have been removed completely. Thank you, Leonard!

He did a great job, with the exception of the steps, where he missed a few spots. Nevertheless, I was pleased with the work and would consider using Rainbow International Carpet again.

I called this company and received a honest, straight forward answer on the cost estimate and was able to schedule the appointment for a few days later. I received a call the next day and the service provider was able to come out early. He was on time and got right to work. The carpets looked so much better. The home that we just rented had the carpets cleaned a few week prior but this company did an excellent job. They got into the corners that had been previously missed and were able to get out stains that were left over. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Leonard was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable showed up on time and got right to work. We had a lot of little stains everywhere and he got everything out and it only took 30 mins. will definitely will be calling him again and using his services.

The carpet cleaning company was very, very good. I've used them a second time and I give them my highest recommendation. The guy was prompt, on time, did a better job in cleaning my carpets than I'd ever had done ever before with carpet cleaners, the price was right and they have a fantastic machine. They are the only one I would use.

They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of the space and to us and what we wanted done. The owner actually discounted the price down from the original quoted price of $185. So we were very pleased with them . We plan to use them again when we get another cleaning in a couple of years.
