Description of Work: I used Roto Rooter at 808-377-3562 early last yr & once a couple of yrs before that. They offer 1 hr emergency service, 7 days a wk, 24 hrs a day. He came quickly & took care of the problem quickly. I don't remember the cost, but I would use him again.

Description of Work: Customer service answered promptly on a Sunday morning about 8am. Sent tech who arrived about 10 am . Tech was knowledgeable and experienced. Snaked out main sewer line about 90 feet. He had all the right equipment and also camera snaked the whole line which clearly showed problem areas in the sewer line. they are not the cheapest option but they are definitely dependable.

Description of Work: They snaked the drain and it went fine. They originally quoted 400.00 to do the job but when I said I had a coupon from Angie's list the price dropped down 100.00. Makes me wonder if they inflated the original quote .

Description of Work: They made several trips. At first they could not fix the problem and left a big mess. Sent someone else and wanted to charge me again. Then, a third time they said they had to dig up my hardwood floor, break the cement, and redo a section of ABS that had crushed. They changed their quote several times. The actual price had to be negotiated. They were cooperative at the end about settling the actual charge and gave a reimbursement. However, they do not clean up. The room in my house was totaled. I think if they had diagnosed the problem and not charged me for 3 different visits and did a bit of the cleaning it would have eased the pain.

Description of Work: We had problems with the tub, toilet and sink backing up. Turned out the drain pipe had corroded and collapsed and needed replaced. They dug up the area and replaced the pipe that was in a mudroom. I was pleased with the work and how well they cleaned up the area. The plumber snaked all the rest of the pipes, fixed a problem with another bathroom sink. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
