Description of Work: Installed new air conditioning units, removed and recovered vents from old a/c unit. The gentlemen who came to work on this job were friendly, happy and efficient. They were polite and very neat. They cleaned and left everything better than how it was when they started! They were a joy to watch working because they were a happy bunch of guys. Kudos to the entire company. Good Job!

Description of Work: Originally they were to replace just the living room split AC but decided since they were doing the job and adding another split to the master bedroom is fairly reasonable, we decided to both. Craig's did a really good job on getting all the permits needed for both City and County and the Mililani Association. We had no issue and the job took about a day and a half to complete. They did a much better job than whoever did the previous living room one since all the cabling and ducts were hidden in raceways that matched the exterior and conformed to the covenant rules

Description of Work: Troubleshot the failed compressor to a faulty capacitor. Replaced the capacitor and tested the system. They also conducted routine maintenance on the system to ensure peak operations. The team was very professional, punctual, and courteous. Great experience (as air conditioning repairs go).

Description of Work: Craig's Air Conditioning replaced my old wall mounted ductless with a new Fujitsu Halcyon. This was my first use of Angie's List and pleased with results. Craig personally arrived early for consultation appointment, answered all my questions and very professional. Scheduled replacement took place about two weeks later. The Crew showed up 15 min early, were friendly, courteous and did a very professional job. |

Description of Work: The completed a difficult installation of a split duct air conditioner in a second story bedroom and did a fine job. Additionally, they examined another split duct system on the same property and tried less expensive alternatives to a replacement. However, after a couple of weeks, it was apparent that the unit could not be saved and they will be replacing the old with a new system.
