Craigs Air Conditioning were very responsive and professional. Workers arrived on time, did a great job, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future needs!

The first few times they did a great job, punctual, got the filter cleaned and added freon and the ac worked. Then it continued to malfunction, they then said we needed a new evaporator coil almost 2,000. So we had them install it worked great for about 6 months then we had no cooling once again. After several more trips they wanted to charge us for something related to the poor workmanship they had done and I was very dissatisfied. In the end they said we needed a new ac unit and tried to sell us one. The owner was scheduled to come out to measure and give us a quote. And options on which type of a air conditioning unit to get he did not come he sent a technician who then quoted me on one of the new fitjusi units, not knowing it could not be installed in our townhome due to the wiring. Keeping in mind during this time it was over 90 degrees in our town house even with all windows open and ceiling fans going. Here's the worst part Craig the owner quoted us a new ac central unit at over 22,000!!! We had no idea what it should cost, well we spoke to two other companies and got the same exact unit installed for3,000!!! What a ripoff company this guy Craig has!! Do not use them! I'm on oxygen due to black mold from the leaking ac unit, this happened before we ever hired Craig his company had nothing to do with this but I have permanent lawn damage as a result of it we don't with at least seven other companies as well prior to this I already had the issue and the oxygen when Greg's company came into the picture so they did not have anything to do with my lawn condition however they knew about it and they also knew that my son and I both had asthma and then my husband who is 70 years old was having problems as well they knew of all of our health issues is still tried to rip us off by selling us the unit for $22,000!!!

Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They conducted an excellent review, and recommended the needed service (and they also told me what I did NOT need and why). They quickly and expertly performed their work. My inside air handler is located in a cramped space that several other companies refused to deal with in the past. Not so with Craig's - they took one look and said "Yep, that's a little cramped but it should be no problem." I will definitely use Craig's again for maintenance and when I need to replace the system.

We met with the owner to obtain an estimate to install a split air conditioning in our house being constructed. The owner was very professional and knowledgable. The job went very well from start to finish. The work crew did a great job. They arrived as scheduled and completed the work as planned. The quality of the was very good. There were no problems and the company definitely deserves an A rating.

Arrived on time. Was very personable and easy to be around. Would not hesitate to call again.

Technicians showed up promptly. Excellent customer interaction. Clean work, professional manner, good skill set.

The service was excellent. The tech showed my wife the issues with our system and ways to correct. Was happy that ever step was explained to help us make the best decision on replacing our system.

Technicians Timothy and Jordan called 25 minutes before arriving and were 10 minutes early. They were courteous, friendly, and respectful. They were thorough in addressing the cleaning. They cleaned up after themselves and left things better than they found it. They also cleaned up our previous AC provider's mess in our attic. I was pleased with their level of care and the quality of their level of detail. After a plastic light switch cover was damaged in the process of gaining entry into the attic crawlspace, the technician immediately reported it to me. The technicians returned later with a new switch cover and replaced the broken one. Our air conditioner is now clean and working efficiently - just in time for the vog. Our family has asthma and allergy issues so AC maintenance is an important matter. I now trust Craig's for all my air conditioning needs in the future.

We found the contractor very professional and responsive. We are currently obtaining other estimates for the job but will likely use this contractor.

Gene was the first on scene and he cleaned both units in the quoted time. Both were working when he left and we settled in for the night. As I started to move furniture back , I noticed a puddle on the floor under the A/C unit. We placed a dishpan with a sponge against the wall for the night and Gene returned the next day. Wouldn't you know it, there was no drip when he showed up. After he left, we ran it again for a length of time, and that pesky drip returned. Keoni and Jordan came out the next day. They located a and quot;bellyand quot; in the drain pipe and cleared it of and quot;muckand quot; then did some re-alignment. All has been working perfectly for two days now and we anticipate no other problems until it's time for a replacement unit. All of the service folks, from the office to the repair guys, are professional, pleasant, and good communicators. The service folks clean their area and more. I confess, we did make sandwiches for them because the friend who referred us to Craig's always feeds them. Let the sandwich challenge begin!

In one word? Quality. The equipment is a commodity. There are so many wholesalers that sell the same thing. Even other brands accomplish the end goal, but the service…ah, the service. Therein lies the rub. The service I received from Craig’s was spectacular. From the moment I first called the company. I was impressed with Jazmen, the pleasant yet very professional dispatcher/receptionist/problem solver. Some of the other companies never even returned my call. Oh well, their loss, my gain. Craig was very warm and friendly when we first met, and knew what he was doing. The evaluation was quick, and of course I got other quotes. He wasn’t the cheapest, but wasn’t the most expensive either. I did not get a good vibe from the vendor with the lowest price. There were some delivery hiccups from the wholesaler, but Craig fixed it and had my units airfreighted. It was still delayed for a week, it wasn’t his fault. Come installation, he was early and brought an army! I say Army because they dug right into it. Everyone seemed to know their role. Disciplined, like clockwork. That’s not to say they weren’t friendly. When I came in, each of them looked me in the eye and introduced themselves to me. Being a clean freak, this is where I am impressed: During their intensive and grueling installation (it was 90 degrees today with like 90% humidity outside and inside), my house was a disaster. I thought, oh well, I knew this was going to happen (experience from working with other contractors). I left for a couple of hours, and when I came back, my house was cleaner, and just as organized as before. They put everything back and cleaned up very well. There was a change of mind from me about something that had already been partly completed. Craig and his crew had to undo some installation and reinstall on another side. They did not grumble and even patched up the wall. They did not have to do that – it was my fault. That’s service. Going above and beyond expectations. Five out of five. Easy.

Professional, efficient and reliable. They even finished the job early! Our new AC unit is so quiet that I am afraid we might leave it on all the time.

Craig's was the fifth contractor I talked to. The first contractor I spoke with would not do the job because they did not do condos, but they did explain to me what it should cost once I found someone. I did a lot of research before selecting a contractor so I knew what I needed for a compressor and the two AC units. Two contractors were recommending system that were two big for the project. One other turn down the job. So I decided to check the manufactures webpage (Fujitsu). They rated Craig's as one the three best. The other two were the ones that turn down the job. It took a little time to get the estimate because of my schedule, but Craig the owner came out himself and did the estimate. He emailed me the estimate the same evening. It was spot on for price and equipment for what I needed. The only thing I have fault them on was he could not provide pictures of what it would look like afterwards. Because I live in a condo most of the lines had to be run inside. Once a date was selected, his guys showed up on time and were very friendly. The job took longer than expected, but was completed in one day. Two other crew members showed up later to help finished. When the work was completed they took special care to clean up everything. I know it was not an easy job because when you open walls you don't know what your going to find. We are completely satisfied with the work that was done. He guys took pictures afterwards. I'm guessing because of my request.

Our old unit just wasn't making it any longer and we decided we would go ahead, remove the old unit, install a bigger unit and also add one to the upstairs bedroom. The team came out on time and did a great job, especially hiding the duct work with raceways that matched very closely to the house color. Additionally, they sub-contract to a electrician and I wasn't concerned about some person who wasn't licensed to perform that type of work. Both units are very quiet especially in quiet mode. We did go with a slightly bigger unit on the ground floor (24K BTU to 31KBTU). I would strongly recommend using Craig's.

My problem stemmed from the unit on the inside of the split air, icing over. When I initially called, they were going to arrive the next day but called back and requested if they could arrive that Wednesday (might be off on the date). I agreed and they came over to inspect what the problem might be. Part of the issue was that the unit was leaking freon. Because of the age of the unit, it was recommended that they simply charge up the system and see how long it lasted. At that point, it can be determined whether it is a large or small leak. It wasn't too expensive and I agreed and it's holding up after a week but time will tell as we're getting into the hotter months (August/September) and we'll see how long.
