Description of Work: I have used him multiple times, hanging ceiling fans, adding outlets, cable and telephone outlets, painting, replacing doors , installing security cameras. He can do it all. He is very professional. I had no issues providing him a key to work in the house when I was not home. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I had earlier posted that owner did not get back to me. He did get back to me today, so I hope everyone will disregard my last posting. He is coming out tomorrow to look at work that needs to be done. Sounds very nice.

Description of Work: Avalon repaired a door by removing it and adjusting the clearance, and replaced 2 jealousie cranks. I had the materials and he only charged for labor. He got everything done in an hour!

Description of Work: I am hoping to give him another chance. Two of the three items that needed to be fixed were as bad a few days later as they were originally. his work didn't do the job. He has said there is another possible cure so i am giving him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would be here later this week.

 + 2 morePromptly returned call. Arrived at specified time. He was very pleasant and accomodating. He was knew what to do and to do it. He had proper tools. He cleaned up so that you could not tell he had been there. I cosider his charges
Description of Work: Installed bath vanity and sink that required him to to construct wall support. Medicine cabinet, mirror, and baseboard installed. Baseboard required miter and custom fittng. Replaced window operators which were old and difficult to remove. Modifed new operators to fit window. Replced toilet flush valve and flapper. Reinstalled toilet.

 + 9 moreAvalon is a great guy, very skilled, and very honest.
Description of Work: Avalon tore out our tub, and built a shower for us. He plumbed it waterproofed it, tiled it, and installed glass doors. He was able to reface our vanity with teak without removing the sink or the corian. This saved us a lot of money. Everything came out beautifully, and Avalon was responsive to our needs and wishes. He is also an awesome painter, dry wall installer and taper, and has installed wood floors and changed out windows for us. He can do most anything well. He is very conscientious and cheerful.
