Excellent job

Rod did an excellent job cleaning the three oriental area rugs that we purchased in Turkey. He exercised such care because of their high value, and they looked so much better after he cleaned them! I then hired him to clean three upholstered chairs and they turned out looking like new. Finally he cleaned the master bedroom carpet with a similar result. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Great service! Scheduled, showed on time, and the end product came out better than we expected. Highly recommend!

Ron was right on time for our carpet cleaning which included stairs. Very grubby cream carpet was transformed to sparkling clean. I would totally recommend him

Rod arrived ontime and was very friendly. He gave me the exact cost upfront so that there were no suprises later. The thing is that I havIe two very cute little dogs and sometimes I swear they will be the death of me. They like to express their anger by peeing on the carpet. Rob came in and worked his hardest not only to get the pee smell and stain out of the carpet but also worked his herdest on the ink spot from a gel pen that one of my dogs had found on the table and chewed (she was as green as the carpet was). When he was done pee smell and color was gone as well as areas that were worn looked as new as the carpet where the couches normaly sit. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. Being military it is very hard when you move around to all the new places and getting a good company seems to be few and far inbetween. I used a few other carpet cleaning services and I was not nearly as satisified as I am with the cleaning that I got from Arise carpet cleaning!! I will definatelly tell all the neighbors about him and be using him again next year!

Outstanding service and quality work. He was on time and very proficient. there was no pressure to purchase unwanted services. We have used other cleaners in the past and was not sure anyone would get the red dirt out of our carpets. I had 2 area rugs and 1 antique rug that I wanted cleaned. Two of the rugs were turkish handmade and the 3rd was a very nice German area rug. Because I have kids running around the home the provider offered to take the rugs with him and make sure that the rugs had a through cleaning and were completely dry before he returned them. I was especially worried about my 70+ year old wool no dye hand made carpet because of the value and material. But ALL the carpets came back looking very nice. I am very happy of my handmade old carpet, it looks just about new! The next morning after the carpets were dropped off I received a courtesy call to inquire if I was happy with my carpets. I am extremely happy with my carpets, this company and the Honesty, Care and Trust given. They have forever earned my business.

Cleaner came in (forgot his name) parked van in driveway. Unrolled all his stuff, turned on van, proceeded to move furniture- put the little pads on the legs- onto the tile. Moved everything off the carpets himself- didn't ask for help. Shifted some large stuff around in a spare room as he cleaned. He cleaned every square inch of carpet- steam cleaned. Did a fantastic job and carpet (berber) was extremely clean when he finished. House smells great. Also repaired carpet in doorways and cut errant pieces of carpet that were worn and sticking out. Carpet looks almost brand new (and I suspect this is pretty old carpet- rental house, owner is thinking about replacing- don't tell him carpet looks so good now!).

We had a really bad infestation of dog hair and odor from the previous owners. The carpet was extremely stained with the red dirt here in Hawaii. A carpet company came out 2 weeks before and the carpet looked horrible, smelled sickening and was very sticky. Due to the condition of the carpet my new puppy was sick and my children had rashes on their arms. I called Arise and received a very professional callback with a good estimate over the phone. The guy came out on time the day that was scheduled and explained everything to me and told me all of my options. He didnt do anything extra that I didnt request and he explained all of his products to me which made me feel very comfortable because I have an asthmatic child and a young puppy. He also did an extra freshener free of charge when he saw how bad of shape the carpet was in after he started. I would call them back again anytime I need my carpet cleaned. I haved used quite a few cleaners in the past and this is the first time I was so confident in recommending a company to someone else.

Arise Carpet Cleaning was definitely the answer to my prayer. Best carpet cleaning I've ever had done. Very responsive -- able to book within a week of calling, and were able to reschedule when I had a conflict. Took the time to thoroughly clean the carpet, including moving furniture and spot treatment. Pricing was excellent. Highly recommended!
