I could not be more pleased with the carpet cleaning. Rod did an amazing job. We were actually considering removing the carpet because I did not think it could be cleaned to my satisfaction. When Rod finished, it looked like it was brand new. Rod was very pleasant and professional and I highly recommend him.

Rod was amazingly fast and thorough - he showed me how much soil he was pulling out of my couch - Im so grateful for his hard work and attention to detail! My couches are clean and fresh!

Everything was great! Scheduling was easy and efficient. As soon as they knew they would be delayed a bit, I got a call to let me know and to see if I needed to reschedule because of it. Rod clearly has a lot of expertise and my big shag rug looks amazing! I will definitely call back for any of their other services.

They cleaned our carpeted rooms, some area rugs, and ottoman and two upholstered chairs. We had such a great experience we had them back to do our rental unit. Rod did an amazing job. He came over and didn’t over promised and did not under perform. This was a very rare antique handmade Persian with delicate natural dyes that was dirty and with some water damage. He took it home and brought it back ten days later and it looked beautiful. Rod is a true expert-- professional and warm, friendly and polite! In less than five hours he thoroughly cleaned all the wall to wall carpets in our large family home-- living room, huge rumpus room, and four bedrooms. He was able to remove all the spots and stains, and then went even further! Our bedroom carpet had a very large bleached-out area, bigger than two feet in diameter, and he re-dyed it to match! You can't even see the where the damaged area was! He was very careful with my antique furniture and was truly attentive to ensuring that the drying process, which can take up to a day, will go smoothly. Rod used a professional portable carpet extracting machine to clean a 1-bedroom apartment rental (770sf). It was beige carpeting in the bedroom, hallway, and living room. It took a little over 3 hours, and I was amazed at the results, He removed years of dirt and embedded cat fur. The carpet looked like it was 100% brand new. I wished I had taken before & after photos. He even cleaned the lanai flooring and the kitchen tile flooring. I was astounded when he moved the refrigerator to clean under there, too. Holy cow! That's awesome service! Will be definitely calling Arise again!

He did a great job! We have Berber carpet which can be pretty tricky to get clean. It turned out beautifully.

Got rid of stains I thought were not possible to remove. Uses chemical system, dries fast. Easly to work with,. Very satisfied and would use again.

Our carpet is old and had not been cleaned professionally in several decades. Ron arrived at the appointed time ,quoted a price and set to work. He worked very hard and the job took much longer than he had expected but he assured me the price quote would remain the same. [I added a bonus as he worked really hard and did a great job.] The carpet looks wonderful. Ron has also taken an Oriental carpet back to his shop to clean with a dry method and we expect it back in another week, so I cannot comment on that. Initially I had trouble contacting Arise Enterprises, I called several times and left messages without success. It may have been that they were having trouble with their phones or had changed numbers. Once the initial contact was made they called to confirm the appointment and all went smoothly. That is why I gave a 4 for responsiveness. In all other respects the service was excellent and I would definitely recommend Arise Enterprises carpet cleaning. Excellent overall.

There are 27 steps with 4 landings to the house and he was able to connect the hose to the more powerful wet vacuum attached to his truck. The work performed was efficient and neat. The pad was cut to the size of the rug and the old pad carted away. Apologies for not writing this review last year.

I tried those services advertising "will do your whole house for under a hundred dollars". They come out with a steam cleaning vacuum "Basically a large rug doctor" an do one pass. Arise does a hot pre-treat spray, scrubbing machine, steam vacuum followed by a large brush that gets rid of those vacuum marks. Glad I witnessed the whole process cause now I appreciate how much effort goes into a "real" carpet clean instead of a discount place. Carpets look great. Thanks.

WOW!!! I am so glad that I have found a carpet cleaner that really does a great job. This is the 2nd time I used Rod and was as pleased this time as the first. Great job!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR IT'S PROFESSIONALISM AND EXCELLENT WORK!!!
