At that morning, I woke up to find my laundry room, kitchen, hall, and bathroom floors all covered with water. I grabbed my mop, but was not making much progress. Fortunately for me Rod Munz showed up for my usual carpet cleaning, and saw the flooded floors, and quickly located the leak at a pipe connection. Rod then cut off the water to that pipe leak and said, " I can fix that leak." But I need to go home and pick up some materials and tools. Before Rod went home, he extracted all the water from the three rooms. Then he used his own clean rag to wipe all the floors clean. When Rod returned, he also brought three large drying fans which he let me use for three days to dry out the dampness. He then did my carpet cleaning at the same usually fair price and never even charged me for his extra time, labor, and materials. He just said he was happy to help.

I called around to different carpet cleaners, after not finding any on the BBB. I was very impressed with the knowledge Rod had over the phone and after describing the problem and the room sizes he gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled my service for the next day. When he arrived, he looked around getting a feel for what the problem areas were and explained to me what he was going to do in each room. He asked if that was acceptable to me and after I agreed, he began working. He cleaned mold, pet stains, food stains, and red clay from the light tan carpet. After cleaning he extracted the water and chemicals and raked the top so that the carpets look like new. The process was lengthy and very thorough. He took the time needed to make sure that the carpets were clean and the area was cleaned before leaving. I was so impressed! Just what I wanted in a carpet cleaner: clean, professional, friendly and capable.

Excellent service and value. The stains on the stairs had accumulated over 3 years. The other areas needed general cleaning. Arise Carpet Cleaning arrived on time, provided estimate based on carpet square footage, and went to work. The look and feel of the carpet surpassed expectations. Carpet looks new again. Service was great from beginning to end. Friendly phone intake and scheduling. Arrived on time, friendly, courteous and professional to my wife. Multiple stains from 1 y/o grandson that I thought would never come out, but they got all but one out. Quite a pleasant surprise, and well worth the expense. We were thinking about removing carpet, but not now.

Rod showed up exactly on time, did a walk through and measured rooms, and gave a very competitive estimate. After he was done the carpet was tan again! I am absolutely amazed that he got it as clean as he did. I will never use Chem Dry again - Rod uses steam extraction which got the carpet really clean. I plan to have him back annually.

The owner of the company is a really hard worker. He arrived on time, cleaned my very dirty carpet, removed many stubborn stains that I tried to get out on my own with no luck, and we are very pleased with the outcome. Cost was very fair based on another estimate I received. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning!

We got them off Craig's list. They were in a hotel, one is circular, 16 feet diameter, was very stained with grease and oil from all the traffic, the other 12 feet by 17 feet, both are real heavy wool, and had to be treated a certain way to keep them from bleeding. Rod spent 3 hours on them and did the best he could. They were professional, offered a fair price, prompt, and responded the same day I called them. I didn't get anyone else to come out, do an estimate, he based it on a dollar amount a square foot, and I don't have another price to compare it to. I have discussed it with Rod to come back once a year.

Arrived on time, measured rooms and gave estimate within first 15 minutes. He got to work right away and was very throrough. I am very pleased with the results. My wife is even happier =)

Rod is fantastic! This is the second time I have used his services. He was able to completely remove the chronic cat urine smell that many others could not. Our carpet looks new, and our home smells fresh and clean. I will never waste my time with any other carpet cleaner!

It was excellent. He is very conscientious and thorough. The job went great. There were some building issues. I didn't realize that there were certain times you could be in the building, and he worked past a certain time.

Rod was great from the time i scheduled my appointment to when he was cleaning up. They gave me a reasonable time frame for service and called to make sure of the time the morning of the cleaning. It only took about an hour and 45 min to finish my entire apartment, the set in stains were all gone and everything looked so great and i wasn't charged extra for a really bad stain.The price shocked me because all the quotes i got from other companies was about $100 more than Rod charged. This is a great company and i will be reccomending them to my friends that are on the island.
