Excellent - superb communication (phoned ahead to tell us exact time of arrival), on time, worked hard for 4 hours, accommodated specific requests cheerfully. Excellent results.

Overall Rod did a good job. I would use him again. Complications arose because he and his wife were leaving on vacation as we were setting up the job, and then upon their return he became ill. Had they told me about his illness and followed up, the delays in getting the rugs to me would have been perfectly understandable. Unfortunately I was in the dark and had to call to find out why the delivery was delayed. I just wish his wife had simply told me he was ill. The rugs came back in good condition, well cleaned and ready to put down.

We had problems with finding a an outside water outlet outside in the condo complex. The gentleman found an outlet and got right to work. He was very neat and did not leave any marks on the apartment walls after shampooing.

He was a bit unorganized nd very nervous but did a good job.

Rod arrived and assessed work. Measured areas to be cleaned and provided written quote, to include Anjie's 10% discount. It was very reasonable and fair. He also helped me move sofa and dining table out the way, then immediately got to work. Rod did an exceptional job. Very efficient and professional. Carpet and rug look and feel great.

Was kind enough to move up the cleaning date for me. Came at the end of a long work day for him to accomodate my need. Did a 'dry' cleaning which dried very quickly. Will get a deep clean next time.

Rod worked professionally and diligently until completion and then cleaned up well. Carpets look great! A receipt was provided at time of work and a statement was also emailed (at my request). All in all, smooth process and good work as well as customer service.

Small mom and pop company. Did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets. He was fast and very reasonably priced. I was also able to get an appointment within a week or so of calling. Also gave us 10% off Angie's list discount! I've had a friend who's used them before us that gave us a good recommendation. We'll definitely use them again and won't wait 4 years next time!

Made appointment to clean my carpets. Person on the phone confirmed date and time. Received call a few days before the scheduled date and the lady explained that the had made a mistake and booked two appoinments and needed to reschedule mine. I explained that I had made arrangements at the condo and my wife was taking a day off to help. For me the date was set in stone and I was not able to reschedule. She said how sorry she was but could not honor the date.

They were very professional. They accommodated my work schedule and came within a few days of my request. They left everything in good order. They removed stains that other carpet cleaners had not been able to manage. I have had many carpet cleaners over the years and they were by far the best I have ever used. I would recommend them highly.

Rod was prompt, professional, and did a great job. We needed the work done ASAP and he made a point of coming over right away.

I called and asked for an estimate, he gave me one based on the squared footage. They had an opening two days later and he came out, looked at the space I wanted cleaned, gave me the price, and started working right away. Completely hassle free!!

Rod, is a straight forward, no nonsense guy that did a very good job on cleaning our large rug. He rolled it up and hauled it away and brought it back clean, fluffy and deodorized. He also put a protective spray on it at no extra charge. He moved furniture to clean the carpet w/o extra charge and did a nice job! He was courteous and friendly. Dianne, who handles the calls was also responsive and on the ball. Their price was very reasonable and they provide good value. I will use them again!

This is the second time I've used Arise and Rod to clean the older white berber carpet in my condo. The first time I had a large stain from the fat of a cooked ham (don't ask) that was so bad I was thinking that I needed to replace the carpet. Rod not only got that stain out, he did such a good job that I decided that I could keep this carpet for a few more years. One year later I had him redo the carpet and it looks terrific. He had a fantastic new machine that not only does a better job but the carpet was dry when he is finished so Juli don't have to spend a day or more walking on a wet carpet. The best part is that I won't have to re-carpet any time soon! Hooray for Rod and thank you! I will be sure to call him and Arise for my next cleaning.

I called Rob on a Sunday and he showed up the next morning ready to go. He inspected the apartment and gave us a price quote that seemed very reasonable. We accepted his terms and he went right to work. This was strictly a one man operation, but he did an excellent job. His truck heated the cleaning solution and did a great job on our carpet that hadn;t been shampooed in over ten years, making it look like new! He did the job professionally and efficiently.

Upon completion the carpets required about 36 hours to dry, but since the contractor also raked the carpet, it felt brand new. Our carpet is over 21 years old.
