He reviewed the home inspection report with us immediately after the inspection was completed and provided a written report within a few hours. This is our first home buying experience so we were not sure what to expect. The two inspectors came on times finished early and gave me a 100% thorough summary report. I have confidence that the report of "no major issues" is accurate. The priority issues to deal with were identified so I have a good feeling about what I am in for. This was one major piece of the major life event (home purchase) that went very very smoothly because it was done professionally.

It was excellent no major problems found. House was in great condition. Just minor corrections like cutting away branches from roof and adjusting water pressure for pipes.

He found all the things I didn't know to look for! Educated me in the best things to look for! Suggested how to fix/make better what I have! And gave me professional contacts to use if I need future work done on my home AND put it all in a neat folder and on a flash drive so I can refer to his wisdom in a fast/organized fashion!!!

Thankful my realtor recommended Bryan and his folks. The communication leading up to the inspection was top-notch. Bryan took plenty of time to walk through the summary of his findings in person at the end of the inspection and the final report was sent to me electronically a few hours later. Couldn't recommend their work more highly. The only reason punctuality was rated as a "B" was because of an incident on the H1 that was outside of their control. I was contacted immediately when Bryan knew he wouldn't make it to our originally scheduled appointment and we pushed it back about an hour and a half - no issue there. Would DEFINITELY use this company again if I needed another home inspection in the area.

pBryan Naff and his crew are absolutely great at home inspections. They charge a fair price and they are the most effective and efficient service we have used. We have used them for six total inspections and they perform well for us without fail regardless of the size of the job.
