Architech Inspection Systems

As I mentioned in an earlier review, Architech Inspection Systems is and continues to be my go-to inspection company for my properties and when asked for referrals from clients. Duane and Bryan complete thorough inspections, provide a great report format for clients, and always accommodate scheduling requests. It can be easy to be a one hit wonder and get one 5-star rating to make a good impression, but then start to slip after that. Duane and Bryan have consistently delivered 5-star inspections and service over the years.

The Architech team is my go-to inspection company. Bryan and Duane both really thorough inspection, have a great report format for clients, and offer additional valuable products and services for their inspection clients at no additional cost.

Architech Home Inspection team was extremely knowledgeable, when explaining the results of the inspection they did so in such a way that showed their knowledge of the subject matter. Not only did they provide a very thorough review they provided a report of the inspection both on disk and via email. In addition, they provided the long lost art of "service after the sale". When I reached out to Architech on a Friday after five with a question, they not only answered their phone they answered my question to great satisfaction. Aloha is alive and well in the Architech Home Inspection office. As if that wasn't enough, Architech gave us a home builder program we can use to manage our home projects; free!!!!! Mr. Duane Wong is punctual, very detailed and made it easy to understand his inspection. His walk through and pointing out the safety concerns correlates with report and specific pictures. I would recommend him to do inspection for home buyers.

Bryan, the owner of the company, was friendly and helped us get a home inspection the very next day! This is our first home purchase so we asked a lot of questions. He was quick to respond with great objective advice on the property. We have peace of mind knowing all the issues related to our future home. We feel very satisfied with the lengthy report given to us at the end of the inspection. It has detailed descriptions of the issues to discuss with the seller prior to closing. Ransen had completed his inspection when we arrived. He showed us his findings, and more importantly, showed us the actual areas where he found deficiencies. The inspection was very thorough, and Ransen was extremely patient, answering our questions and explaining the findings. We were very pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to answer our questions. The inspection and findings were well worth the price, and I would ask Ransen to do the inspection if we were to purchase another property.

The inspector, Brian Naff, did an excellent job. Very professional and efficient. The report was comprehensive and well presented for easy understanding of the results of the inspection. It went very smoothly. Mr. Naff showed up and was met by the Sellers Realtor. We showed up 3 hours later and he walked us through all his findings. He also emailed us a written report later that night with pictures of findings and descriptions of the status of the home.
