Royal Hawaiian Movers

Description of Work: I contacted Royal Hawaiian Movers from my home in California. I knew I didn't need a container to move, but had not had alot of success getting information that was useful to me to make my transition to the Big Island. When I called, the gal was real responsive, answered my questions, took my information and made the appropriate contacts for me with the California movers - Dewitt in southern CA, who contracted with the movers in the SF Bay area - Excel Moving . The local men were courteous, packed things efficiently, were on time and just great. The next day when I realized I had left some vital paperwork for bringing my cats in a dresser drawer, they accommodated opening the box (lift van) and getting the papers out for me.... no extra charge. Phew! and thank you. The barge got here early, the local Royal Hawaiian movers navigated my rural rocky hilly driveway, unloaded in the rain and mosquitoes and never complained once. I would have. They would have unpacked for me, but I declined. Once again, polite and efficient and timely. The company followed up to make sure things were good. What was stressful just by happening, was made less so by these folk. Nothing was broken. Everything happened the way she said it would and I was thrilled.

Description of Work: They moved us this year. They were, fine, professional, and no damage was done when we arrived. They just didn't return phone calls sometimes. Otherwise, I give them high ratings and will use them again.
