Description of Work: John and his team built a small extension onto our laundry room and completed a few miscellaneous tasks unrelated to the laundry room project. Overall, I was pleased with the quality and price of the project. John's team demonstrated a high level of expertise in completing the principal tasks (framing, drywalling, finishing, flooring and painting). We are pleased with the final product. | |Our job grew in scope (additional odd jobs) during execution which contributed to some minor wrinkles in planning, scheduling and costing that had to be ironed out. John directly addressed the issues with us and ensured they were resolved. Throughout the project, John showed a clear desire to complete the project to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Pet door installation. This project was unique and had the potential to go bad since we were installing a pet door through an external wall, with no idea what cables, electrical wires or plumbing were behind the wall. John proceeded slowly until he could determine the extent of the work and interference. He was able to clear all issues and installed the pet door very professionally. I was impressed enough to have him return the next day to replace a wax seal on a toilet. Again, very professional, quickly completed the job on a Saturday at a reasonable cost.
