Brison's Plumbing, Inc.

They advertise satisfaction but they did not do the job right and the owner argued with me. No satisfaction. He said he would get back to me and I waited all day for his call. Oh well, I made a mistake in choosing Brison plumbing. He said since it works, that is good enough although it was not installed according to the instruction sheet. I even sent a photo of the error, but he does not care. I am going to try to make it right myself and that is sad when you pay a lot and the job is not done correctly. The men that came were nice and he said to call if I needed help. Too bad I do not have his phone number because I could not get help. I hate to write such a bad review but I tried to reason with the guy and failed. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Anyway, that is the way it is.

Great customer service all around. Admittedly there was some miscommunication from my end where I was not clear enough about what I wanted (this is a common issue with me) so naturally, when I got my estimate, I made a call to make an adjustment. My estimate was updated without any issues or complaints. Everyone was very professional and timely. I will be hiring them again on my next project or if I need service again.

The project was top notch. The crew came early, finished the project early, and did a final walkthrough with no leaks.

Replaced the main shutoff valve to the house. It was a hard labor job as there were roots complicating where the valve was. Brisons guys powered through it and got the job done. Unfortunately, there was a leak after replacing and I had to call them back but they warranty the work and got it resolved without issue. Highly recommend them.

Brison Lagaret of Brison's Plumbing, Inc. more than exceeded our expectations. He was extremely responsive, even returning my call on a Sunday, the day after Christmas. Because I am recovering from a serious illness that prevents me from being able to walk or drive, Brison picked our new hot water heater up for us and unloaded it for the install. He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. Throughout the install, Brison was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful. I would strongly recommend hiring Brison's Plumbing, Inc. for any job, and will absolutely call on him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Very happy with my plumbing experience with Brison. In my opinion and experience, Brison - the owner - runs an honest business and does his best for his clients, to resolve any issues they may have. Both Brison and Shandon attended to issues I had with a leaking shower faucet, cartridge,and broken sink drain cover that I had in my condo unit. On his first visit, he diagnosed the issues and had the parts ordered to replace the fixtures. That did not take much of either of our times, as he knows what he is doing and what to look for. On his second visit, he had Shandon replace the sink drain apparatus while he handled the shower issues. In no time, all my issues were resolved and I am a very happy customer. Something I didn't mention was that the resident management for my building provided me with the wrong cartridge model which Brison obtained from the parts store. Though no fault of his own, Brison went ahead and got the right part to do the job. I feel that Brison and his team go above and beyond to provide the know-how and the service to his customers. I don't believe any negative reviews on here. There are two sides to every story, and based on my experience, I will always be on Brison's.

Awesome experience from start to pau (finish) to convert low-boy water heater to tankless Stiebel Eltron. Brison listened to my needs and made appropriate recommendations based on those needs and budget. He was professional/responsive to calls/emails/texts, handled coordination with electrician, and completed installation a day earlier than scheduled. Truly grateful that Brisonâ s Plumbing, Inc. returned my call, and Iâ m reassured to know I can trust and rely on Brison for my future plumbing needs and recommend him to family and friends.

Provide an estimate of $400.00 to remove and installed a new toilet. Over-inflated the final cost to $786.08. The estimate was just a con. Remove this Brisons Plumbing Inc., just another con small business contractor.

They did a great job and communicated with me the entire time since I was in a different state. Absolutely recommend!

Brison runs a top notch outfit. He is extremely responsive, professional, and perhaps most importantly, the quality of his work speaks for itself. Brison installed a water heater for us over a holiday weekend and saved the day. Good to know we now have a go-to, trustworthy guy for our future plumbing needs as well. Mahalo, Brison!!!

He showed up, that was a big plus. He identified the problem as a leaking toilet seal or wax ring and replaced it. We assumed it was fixed, it is a guest bathroom we don't use much. We noticed a sewer gas smell again and water around the base of the toilet. We called at least 3 times over a couple of weeks and left messages to see if we could get the problem corrected. He never answered our call or responded to our voicemail messages. Not fixing the problem the first time is one thing, but not returning our calls and ignoring us is inexcusable.
