Initially, I reached out to Brison's Plumbing because I had some concerns about my old water heater. Their team was incredibly responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. They walked me through the various options available and helped me select the perfect model for my homeâ s needs and budget. On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly and ready to work. They were professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. I was impressed with how efficiently they operated, tackling the installation with precision. Had a leaking garbage disposal and went to Angi to find a plumber close to me. After reading all the reviews, made an appointment online. Carl showed up on time and within 10 minutes, he had the problem isolated and gave me three options. He also put covered his shoes before he entered to protect my hardwood floors. I went with the middle option and in addition to putting in a new disposal, he also fixed the drain connections which weren't done correctly by the previous installer. To do that, he needed to go to City Mill for new parts and kept me informed how much the new parts would be and when he would return. When he was finished he also cleaned up the whole area. After he was done, he answered all my questions and shared that I chose the option he would have for his own place. Definitely recommend both Carl and Brinson's Plumbing. While Brinson's was not the cheapest quote I got, I also got a 5 year warranty which was the longest I got. Carl was also a nice guy and we "talked story" while he was working.

We originally had another plumbing company snake our downstairs plumbing as the toilet was backing up.. They reported a possible break in the sewage line because they were pulling up dirt. After discussing the situation with my wife, we started looking for companies that did sewage pipe repair/replacement to get quotes. When I called Brisonâ s, they recommended that they come out and do their own inspection with a high definition camera so that they could see the break themselves and then make recommendations. Jai and Chris came out (very prompt) and did the inspection with me at their side. All three of us looked and the camera and Jai and Chris explained everything that we saw. The good news was that there was no break. They tested the line and saw the water was flowing great! They were open and honest with us and said that most likely what the previous plumbers pulled up was rust and scaling. We are so happy we went this route rather than go with the original plumbers recommendation of replacing the line. Thank you, Brisonâ s!!

Overall, dealing with this company has been positive. They were not too careful when installing the water heater and left some markings on the wall that will require a paint touch up.

great experience. brison is a super nice guy and absolutely trustworthy. i inquired about replacing my broken water heater on angi and the next day brison phoned and offered his services for $600 less than the lowest bid offered. he bought and installed my new water heater 2 days later. thanks to him i saved $600 to $1000. i highly recommend him and intend to call him for any future plumbing needs.

We will contract Brison to do a job for us but it turned into a nightmare. He was so confident that you could remove the anode without a problem. Your brother seemed a little stand-offish when he came back without a socket for the anode. I can not and will not pay for this call. Another issue is he did not know that the cow bells as he called them had two sizes, one on each end. I had to suggest he try the other end. I previously tried with a 3/8 drive deep socket 1 1/16 in size that worked perfectly well but I recently broke a rib and did not have the strength to break it loose. At beginning of their work, they were very confident about getting this anode out. I also think the top of the anode is buggered up by them using the wrong size sockets.

Brison got in touch with me and was able to have someone come out within hours. His rate was fair and he didnâ t cut corners.

Found them on Angi List - Very responsive company had a quote in hours, not days/weeks. Scheduled the work 2 days after contact, arrived at 1`2-left at 3:30 - installed a complete sliding door, cleaned up after themselves and departed. Very Customer oriented. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
