Todd at PCC is friendly, professional, dependable, extremely knowledgeable, his customer service is incomparable! After a horrible experience with the only authorized Mac dealer on the Big Island, from their rudeness on the phone, lengthy weight times, far higher up front cost than the quote they gave me on the phone to more of the same at other computer repair shops, one who told me they "would rather sell their mother", Paradise Computer Consulting is a godsend! If you are in need of a reliable, comprehensive, computer repair/maintenance expert who goes the extra mile (literally, Todd did not hesitate to come to my home), who is affordable, always delivers a like-new computer in a timely fashion, look no further. Paradise Computer Consulting your one stop shop for unparalleled quality, experienced, customer service. Be sure to ask Todd about his Virus Protection System. It is second to none.
