Description of Work: they dont call back. guy was on his cell phone for a half hour while I stood in the driveway staring at him. He was late as it was showing up, and then did this. as far as I know the plumbing work he did was fine, but the cs attitude was poor. understaffed and overworked.

Description of Work: We have some underground water leakage in the back yard. Ray was able to stop by within 24 hours after I called. He was professional, helpful, and friendly. He ordered the work for tomorrow. So far we are very happy about his service. I will follow up after the job is done.

Description of Work: tried to hire this company for some work on my condo, the person on the phone (sorry couldn't remember the name) gave me a decent price so asked if could send an estimate so i could get a check for the work, never received the estimate, called back a few days later and asked when the estimate was going to be sent, was given an excuse and told would be sent that day, still no estimate, so, its either a matter of having so much business you can totally disregard your customers, or just plain rude.will not call back again even if the work was free

Description of Work: We needed complete plumbing installed for an outdoor washer and sink hook-up. This was (to us) a huge job which entailed not only connecting hot and cold water but the drain connections, too. Ray looked at the job and said it would be convenient because the washer would be located near a bathroom wall. Ray directed exactly where the 12" deep trench should be dug, and we agreed that we (with "we" being my husband!) would do all of the digging. We said the digging would be done at a specific time, and both Ray and David were right there working minutes later. They worked for several hours with minimal disruption of our water usage. The next day they were back bright and early to test the lines and turn on the water. We had a second estimate, and it was 2 1/2 times the amount Ray charged! For the same job, with us still doing all of the digging! Yes, I can say that Maui Plumbing was an excellent choice. They were very professional, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone and hire them again in the future.

 + -1 moreI called Ray to discuss a re-occuring problem I have with bath faucets in my Kihei condo. Two previous plumbers had repaired the faucet only to have them exhibit the same problems. I also asked him what would be involved in replacing my kitchen faucet with a quality faucet. He came to my place to give me a free estimate for both repairs and I decided to only go with the kitchen faucet replacement since the bath faucet currently seems to be okay and the cost (cutting through the tiles and replacing pipes) would have been expensive. We are leaving the bath option for the event that the faucet exhibits problems again. We set an appointment to replace the kitchen faucet a couple of days later. At the day of the appointment he had a customer emergency so called that he was running a couple of hours late. It was fine with me because my situation was not an emergency. and I understand how these things go. He promised to call me an hour before he arrived which he did. He showed up and replaced my faucet quickly and professionally. He sent me my CC receipt by email which is very helpful for my records. Overall, it was a pleasure working with him. He has a 24/7 service and I am now using him as the company to call if something needs repairing in the condo while I have guests staying there. I am actually amazed that such a young person is so professional. You just don't see that any more.
Description of Work: Gave me an estimate for replacing both bath and kitchen faucets in my vacation rental condo. The bath situation would have involved cutting out tiles so I decided to only go with replacing the kitchen faucet.

He is honest and never charges me more than he has quoted me. He is also very patient and sweet to my children and pets. I am very happy to have found a plumber I can rely on and trust.
