Description of Work: Overall a nice company, good work and good price. However, they seemed a bit disorganized and failed to follow through on items they were supposed to complete. The answer usually being "I didn't come prepared for that" when it came to reattaching shower fixtures and other things normally considered during the scope of their job.

Description of Work: In June 2013, service provider and I agreed to start date of project on July 16, 2013. Service provider cancelled because of out of town project that lasted longer than expected. My project was rescheduled to July 29, 2013 and was given "first priority." Again service provider cancelled because "transmission went out." On 7/28/13 & 8/4/13, messages sent to confirm new dates of August 7 & 8. I did not receive a response. I understand life circumstances can get in the way, but it seems I wasn't going to get this work done. I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to a new tiled shower.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this vendor to redo the tiles in a shower and was told by the vendor that they could not do the job for the price of the coupon. They stated that the coupon was for a tub-shower combination re-tile job, not a separate shower that was pictured in the advertisement on the Angie's web-site. When I contacted the vendor they told me that there would be no problem getting a refund for the coupon from Angie's list and that they would give me a special rate on the work I need quoted. I am not please that there was a misunderstanding, however I am very please with the way this vendor handled the situation.

I have friends commenting on what a beautiful job and want to know who did it. I highly recommend them if you want the best work at a fair price.
Description of Work: I had them replace the tile on the floor and tub surround on two of my bathrooms. The walls were so bad, he had to tear them down and build them back up.
