Description of Work: Don't remember the exact date, as it has been a while. However, I emailed and got no response. Giving benefit of doubt, I called, gentleman was polite, I scheduled the appt., however they were a no show. As much as I'd like my porch screened, I'm not willing to keep chasing someone to get the work done.

Description of Work: It took them 2 days to return my initial call. Was told that owners son would call me the next day, no call. Received a call with an excuse of a family emergency which I accepted. Then set appt. for the next day, never showed, never called me. Totally disappointed at the service. The least they could have done was call instead of no show. I had alot of re-screening plus wanted to get approx. 5 to 7 new screens.
