Don’t expect any return phone calls.. quality of work was not good, took short cuts installing my sun shade.. should have notched out the molding on the column that the bracket for the shade to center it properly, now it’s off center on my screen. Said he would drop off a can of touch up spray paint for frame.. never did. I dealt with Scott

We do not like to write bad reviews, but in summary: Too expensive for the quality of work, did not honor warranty, and did not attempt to make it right in any way. The porch screens installed by Screenmobile of North Atlanta started to sag within a few months of installation. When Screenmobile was informed of this defect, there were repeated promises to honor the advertised warranty. However, there was no follow through despite the homeowners’ many attempts to give Screenmobile the opportunity to make things right. We thought it would be best to have a specialist perform this work, but any handyman could have produced such a short lived installation for a lot less money.

It was somewhat difficult to actually get a firm appointment, but they arrived as promised and worked diligently until the job was done.

It was great. Showed up and took care of the job. It was about half a day of work.

Had the best experience with Screenmobile. Scott and Nick came to house and measured for 10 new screen panels. They gave us an estimate on the spot - with quote for upgrading to pet resistant screens. We ultimately went with the pet resistant choice, since we have two cats. The install was done the following week, by Scott and Nick. At the last minute we decided to add a plexiglass section in an area that the cats repeatedly make their own cat door. Scott gave us a good price, and came back to add that panel the following week. I really like the fact that they do the work themselves. Scott and Nick are a joy to work with. We love the look of the new screens. Wish we had called them earlier.

I made my appointment with the owner Scott. I took off work to make sure I'd be home for the appointment and he never showed up or even called. I called him once he was 1/2 hour late leaving a voice mail asking if he was still coming and he never showed up or bothered to call me back. This is now the end of the following day so he obviously cares very little about customer service. Probably better I didn't spend my money with him. If he won't call you back or show up for new business, can you imagine what will happen if you have a problem after the fact?

Terrible - just do what you say are going to do. No show while telling me they would be here. Needed 2 screens changed so good amount of work. Avoided calls - should have been a red flag. Never knew what price gouging would have been.

Working with Screenmobile was so convenient?they came to our house and did all the work on-site. Scott Raridon (owner) was prompt, knowledgable and very helpful. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely recommend Screenmobile!

It was an absolute pleasure conducting business with Scott from Screenmobile. Scott was very responsive to my inquiries and performed the services professionally and capably. The work he did looks great. Scott has a great personality and is a good conversationalist. I would definitely recommend Scott and Screenmobile to anyone who needs screen/fence work performed.

Amazing service! Very quick response time when scheduling. The day of service, all screens were able to be built and installed within a few hours. Nick was very professional throughout and flexible with my availability to be on-site. After the initial introduction I showed him the windows that needed screens and then was able to go back to work while they built and installed some. I then came back so they could do some of the installation that required them to be inside of the house. I just wish that I had printed out the coupon from Angie's List!!

We had a very well done, high-quality, existing screened porch that needed re-screening (the screens were 20 years old). We also needed the porch screen door replaced. Our house painter suggested calling a company that specialized in this to do the job. I found Screenmobile, and based on their reviews, made an appointment for them to look at the job. We are completely thrilled with the job. That first appointment with Nick showed me he knew his product, and made it easy to hire them. When Chris did the installation he was on-time and did an excellent job. Our special-order door, installed by Scott and Chris, is absolutely beautiful. Our final pleasant note was a follow-up visit in January. Since the new door was installed on an old frame, there was an adjustment that needed to be made. Nick and Chris came back and addressed the problem with a smile, a professional fix, and no charge. Hands-down recommend this company!

NO REPLY, very unprofessional

Perfect. I emailed asking for a price. Within 2 hours I recevied a reply and ScreenMobile was nearby installing screens within a couple of miles of my home. I loaded the 4 screens and took them to the job site. They immediately rescreened the 4 screens perfectly.

Punctual and reasonable. Excellent work. Wonderful to be able to have all work done directly on premise.

The provider was punctual on the first meeting, but late 45 minutes when returning and servicing the screens on 06/19/13. The provider committed to fixing the frames and screens. When they returned the screens they did replace the screen portion of the screens, but did not fix the frames as committed. The provider did not communicate the change in the committment. In addition, when they returned the screens they were not in the orginal order to go right back to the same window. This caused the provider to replace the window seal pins which left holdes in the window seal wood. The provider did not offer to repair the holes with wood putty or caulk them to ensure they would not rot in the future. The provider did not replace the guides on the upper frame of the window where the screens slide into, but flattened the orginal and put new guides in place. The provider was professional and did take their shoes off in the house and were professional, but the work and repairs were an average C rating.

They were great. Arrived on time. Replaced 3 screens very quickly from the outside (great because windows were not easily accessible from inside as they were in an attic space). My only complaint is that I had to call 3 times to get on the schedule (hence the B grade in responsiveness). Other than that, they were very professional and would recommend them.

Scott picked up my initial call and scheduled a day and time to replace a screen on my back porch door. He arrived and gave me an estimate on the spot and did the work. I would use Screenmobile again in the future.

We were pleased with the price and the service. The staff were very courteous and helpful. This is a rental house in another state, so we have to rely on vendors via long distance. The transaction was handled efficiently, and the renter seemed pleased with the outcome.

Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Screenmobile made it very easy and convenient. They picked up the screens over the weekend and brought them back a few days later. As we work all day, it was really nice not to have to take time off work to deal with this. The quality of the work was great as was their customer service.

Many companies want you to bring the screens to them, Screenmobile comes to you, which was important to us given the number of screens to replace. The company responded quickly to my call, gave me a good quote with a choice of screening available, and called when they were delayed. They did a good job and I would use them again.

What a great service! Scott did it all in a couple of hours. Who knows when we would've gotten to it. With the change in weather we've enjoyed opening the windows and airing out the house.
