They did repairs and returned my lawnmower all in the same day!!! Awesome! Its working great! Price and service was great!! Would def use again and recommend to others!

These folks explained how to find the correct parts number, ordered it, and installed it, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for small-engine work.

Description of Work: Reels Lawnmower and Power Tool Repair is exceptional. The owner Richard is honest, straightforward, very nice and professional. If you have any issues with your lawnmover, push, ride or other power tools - do yourself a favor and call him first. Our Craftsman electric lawnmower and a weed trimmer was on the blink. The blade wasn't always spinning and cutting so I thought the belt was loose, and plus i the nut locking the blade i think was stripped. The weed trimmer was also not working. After reading many bad reviews and experiences about other services on Kudzu, and Google Reviews, I found Reels on Angies list. No question the reviews were accurate. I called and spoke to Richard, described my problem over the phone and he thought if it was the problem he thought it was it would be $40 just for the lawnmower. I dropped off the lawnmower and weed trimmer and he said it would take usually about a day depending if he had to get a new belt. To my surprise within the hour he called me back and had everything fixed. He even cut a strip of grass with my fixed lawnmover to show me it was working. The additional nice surprise was that he fixed it for a lower price than what he thought the initial problem was. You know any other shop would have charged more and possibly replaced a belt (or maybe not) but charge you for it - trust me I've heard and read about complaints). I highly recommend Reels Lawnmower and Power Tool Repair! Honest, integrity, great service, good communication, and very, very reasonable pricing is a rare!
