Everyone associated with Pinnacle showed up when they said they would - exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. Each day (they took 3 days to put in all new windows and doors) when I came home from work I had new windows, but absolutely no mess. I was amazed when they told us that they worked for the company for 20 + years! Steve. Robert, and Kevin did such a fantastic job. We love our new windows and doors. Our front door is my favorite - it totally gives our 25 year old house a face lift. Nancy, the secretary, filed all the warranty information for us (I would have forgotten). These windows and doors are guaranteed for life. We are so glad we found Pinnacle and will recommend them to everyone! We cannot say enough good things about the job that was done!

They came by and measured the windows. It is a large window in the front of the house that consists of 4 separate windows: a half-round arch, 2 sidelights and a single double-hung. Since it was a custom size, they had to order the replacements. About 6 weeks later they contacted me to schedule the replacement. They arrived on time ready to go. Took them a total of 4 hours to do the complete job. They cleaned the entire area and took the old windows with them. That night it rained very hard and not a single leak.

Estimator was on time and provided a lot of details on the windows they offered. He was thorough and did not try to up sell or pressure. It was a great way to start the process and added a level of comfort. They measured and gave us a timeline for the install. Once thr windows were ready the installers arriver and did an amazing job. They cleaned up and, orher than the windows, you would never know they were there. The owner followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy. I will recommend thrm to everyone i know. I honestly could not be happier with the results and service.

The whole interaction was very professional and friendly. They came to install the doors and noticed some termite damage. I was shocked and upset with the news, but they were very supportive and told me what to watch out on the repairs. They didn't accept any payment and told me to focus on the repairs first. After the repairs were done, I called and they came to install the doors. Again, Steve and Jason were very professional and friendly. Steve told me that when they work on a house, they treat as their own and I felt very comfortable and taken care of. After the installation, the owner called me to make sure that I was satisfied with my doors and to thank me again for choosing them. I sure am going to hire them again for future projects and totally recommend this Company!

Process went great from the first sales meeting with Dennis right through the quote process and the install with Robert and Steve's crews. The company does exactly what they promise and more. They are truly craftsmen and take pride in their finished product. Our window install was a bit more complicated given the hardi plank siding and the existing vinyl windows, but the crews did a masterful job in two days. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for windows or doors.

The installation crew came, removed our old windows and installed the new one and cleaned up inside and outside around the window area. We have noticed our heat and a/c run less and we are more comfortable in our home.

We used this company last year for replacement windows and a door. They were great, so we used them again for this phase 2. This time our job was much more complex as we were replacing specialty windows and creating new larger windows, in place of some smaller windows. Some were very large palladium windows and large picture window. Robert and crew brought along Steve & crew, due to the size of the job. Everything went smoothly, including replacing wooden window trim that had to be removed for the install. They are professional in every respect and did a great job. Indoor & outdoor clean-up was exceptional, as was the correct replacement of custom drapes on all windows. My wife was very pleased. To have successful replacement windows, you need to buy good quality windows and have them correctly installed (not by subcontractors). I found Pinnacle as well as other window replacement providers on Angies. Pinnacle promptly replied to my inquiry, send a sales person promptly and provided a quote on the spot. I had three custom picture windows that the seal had broken and had fogged over so badly that you couldn't see out them. The sales person suggested a different product that had a lifetime warranty - Lifetime - I would never have to pay for the replacement again! Music to my ears. I also had custom colors on the trim and they worked with me to match the color perfectly. When the windows arrived, I immediately received a call from Nancy to do the installation. They installed the windows and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. The windows are beautiful. I only wished I had called them the first time. I would use Pinnacle for my next home!

Pinnacle Windows recently replaced all 26 wooden windows in our house with Soft-Lite Elements, based on Lee?s recommendation. We are pleased with the windows, the installation, and the entire process. The double panes already mean less air conditioning required for the few warm days we?ve had so far this season. Glare from the sun is reduced as is street noise. Lee came to our home, showed us the product, answered our questions, and didn?t pressure us to make a decision. We went to his office to compare a couple of windows and chose the one he had recommended. Steve and Robert came out to re-measure before the order was placed just to double-check everything. Steve and Jason did an excellent job installing all the windows. We were shocked at how little mess they made and that they cleaned up every bit of it both inside and outside. The windows were installed within the timeframe promised. We believe the price was fair. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

I have a stucco home and called and got quotes from all the major window replacement companies and also 2 highly rated independent companies found on-line. It took a lot of time to get educated on the window replacements and many of the larger name brand companies wanted the quote process to be an all day event with a lot of up-sales and marketing details that didn't seem to amount to much real value. However, Dennis from Pinnacle came to my house and it was a completely different experience. He recognized I didn't have all day and was already very educated on the products. He tailored the quote process to answer my questions (he didn't take me through a 3 hour sales pitch) and he gave me a very detailed itemized cost quote that made it very easy to understand the different window options they sold and how much it would cost per window. It was the best interaction I had out of all of the quotes and it was low pressure. He and I traded emails and calls for a few weeks to nail down all the details and he was very patient with me. He even came back for a second visit to show me the window products again. I was concerned about the installation process so Dennis invited me to one of their active job sites. I met Steve, one of their crew leaders at a current install and he then educated me about their installation process and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and took me through all of the details of the process. I opted not to have my exterior widow trim "wrapped" with aluminum cladding as part of the window replacement, which is what most all of the companies do; I instead asked for the window stops and brick molding to be replaced so that the wrap wasn't needed. Most window companies didn't want to do this because it is much more labor intensive, and it requires a detailed carpentry skill that many crews probably don't have. Steve knew this was what I wanted and also shared with me some new PVC products he could get from his window supply house that would even allow me to have the external window stops replaced with PVC. I was sold at this point - their pricing was in the middle of the pack, their team was solid, I had seen their products and final install work, and they provided me a product I couldn't have gotten anywhere else (the PVC trim replacement vs aluminum cladding). I then worked with Nancy in their office to order the windows and she was like the rest of the team - helpful and easy to work with. After I placed the order, Lee, the company's owner called me up to discuss my order and to make sure I understood the challenges with what I was asking them to do (the PVC trim replacement vs the wrap). He just wanted to make sure I knew that this process could be more challenging and they were comfortable to do it, but it may require me to have painters follow up to paint the new trim and repair any stucco that may be damaged in the process. The windows arrived and Nancy called to arrange for the installation - I was able to set the date that worked best for me, which again, was very customer friendly. Steve showed up on the day of the install and he and his crew got to work and within a few days, the job was complete. They couldn't have done a better job. At the end of every day he followed up with me on what they completed and what they had left to do. They maintained a clean job site and I had the pleasure of watching them install a few of the windows - Steve and his crew are true craftsmen and really take pride and great care in what they do. Steve and his team treated my home as if it were their own. I was very pleased with the workmanship and the overall experience working with Pinnacle. I would recommend them to anyone.

The salesman was prompt for each of two sales visits. He was courteous and thorough. Since our door frame was defective and out of square we required a proposal that included the door framework fix, a new threshold and all inclusive door and storm door installation. The total process took about two months from request for quote, order lead time and installation. The installers were prompt and worked well as a team to assure that every detail of the fit was perfect. The doors are high quality. The fits are perfect. The workmanship is super excellent!. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend PINNACLE WINDOW & SIDING CO for exterior door and storm door installation.

Dennis Williams, Sales Rep arrived at our home on time and very professional and polite. Gave a much better presentation than a competitor did in regards to the products available to us. Dennis answered all of our questions and kept in mind our limited budget. We agreed on a price and window to replace to some of our outdated windows, windows that allowed cold air to enter and the glass was also distorted. Nancy kept us informed via email and phone in regards to anticipated delivery of the windows with an upbeat tone to her voice. Always felt like it was a friend calling us, definitely an organized woman. Robert Cole and his brother Kevin arrived at our home on time and ready to get to work. Sometimes when a worker enters our home we can tell right away that this will be a positive experience. Both men introduced themselves to us and got to work. We noticed how "in harmony" they worked with each other. We did not have to remove any blinds or Alarm sensors from windows as those were removed for us. Windows were installed, blinds and Alarm sensors replaced and any debris was removed. All I had to do was write out the check! The next morning we noticed how much warmer the room was thanks to the new windows. The glass is so crystal clear! Easy to open and clean when needed. We were very impressed when the owner of Pinnacle, Lee Fuller called us the day after install to inquire about our experience with his staff. This is the A+ company that we searched for on Angie's List, how many Company Owners care about a job that was completed and paid for? Mr Fuller spoke highly of his staff and their ability and competence to get the job done, whether it be in the office or out in the field. We will definitely contract with Pinnacle in the future when our budget allows for additional window install.

I had a great experience with Pinnacle. Steve and his team came today to install the patio doors and did an amazing job! He was prompt, professional and a perfectionist (a good thing)! The doors look great and we will certainly be using Pinnacle in the future. I even received a follow-up call this afternoon to ensure that service went well. We replaced had to replace multiple windows and got various estimates. Pinnacle provided a better estimate for more windows (was debating about changing a couple) with better grade (Argon filled) than the other 5 quotes for fewer windows. Not only that, the windows quoted by Pinnacle (Okna Insul-Tec) are higher rated by most reviews on the net (by installers and homeowners). Once the installation was scheduled, they came out very punctually and replaced all the windows and replace all the rotted wood etc. around the windows. The team was very particular about doing things right - I noticed that they put up some of the trim, came down looked at it and then removed it and made some very minor tweaks and put it on again - I did not notice anything but they were making sure everything was done perfectly. They made sure everything was cleaned up after the job. The new windows look very good and feeling inside is even better - feel like the outside is kept outside. Overall a great job. The only drawback - it makes me feel like changing all the remaining windows too! Thanks to the team at Pinnacle for doing a great job from the quote, installation and the follow up calls to make sure everything was done properly.

This was our second experience using Pinnacle and we couldn't be more pleased. The product is top-notch and Robert and Keith were prompt, courteous, clean and crazy efficient! We love our windows! Everything about Pinnacle was professional and above average, from the first meeting through install. The only issue was a delay in the windows shipment to them. There was a loss of communication at this point when the time ran beyond what we were quoted. Once that cleared up there were no more issues. Sales team acted in our best interest and installation was prompt quick and clean up outstanding. Their price was good for the windows we purchased (Okna). We will be using them again for our front door replacement.

From the initial quote to the the final installation, Pinnacle Window & Siding was great to work with. They gave a fair quote and were very knowledgeable in their products. It took longer to order the windows than promised, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. The installers, Robert & Steve and their crews were easy to talk to. Robert explained everything that they were going to do and they even finished in less time then they estimated. The Crews totally cleaned up after themselves and made the work area as if they were never there. The new windows are in, and they look great and have a lifetime guarantee as well as the trim. This company really is great- the salesperson came out and brought three price levels of windows, measured all windows and gave me a quote. No hard sell - just information and benefits/features of each price level. A week later the installer came and re measured. When the windows came in, the installers came and they were great - we had a miscommunication on the color of the wrap and rather than settle for what they had, they made a few phone calls and got the right color and started the job - took two days and they did a beautiful job. They vacuumed on the inside around the window area and actually left my house cleaner than when they came in.

It was a great experience. I began in the late spring researching windows and doors. Dennis Williams came out and talked to me about my options. He answered all my questions. Because, it was a large purchase, I didn't immediately respond to his quote. In August when there was an incentive on the windows he contacted me again and by this time I was ready to purchase. The order took till mid October to fill. It was to be a 3 day installation. I was filled with dread, not knowing what to expect. In addition, 20 of the windows had lead paint. This necessitated extra precautions. Also, we had just obtained a 10 week old puppy that was requiring full-time attention. Then, Steve, Robert, Jason and Kevin showed up. They were wonderful. You could not ask for a better installation team. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and almost over attentive to my house. The windows look great and even better on Sat. Nov. 1 when the weather turned cold and windy, you could immediately feel the difference the windows made in the comfort of the house. No more cold drafty winds passing through. The garden door is so solid and easy to work compared to our old sliding door which many times left us locked out of the house. And the basement door is incredible. The wooden door that it replaced was some previous home owner's "special" handyman's job. The guys took a difficult installation and did a fantastic job with this beautiful wide jam(?) that will keep out water in the future. All in all, Pinnacle Windows, exceeded my expectations. Lee Fuller, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. This is a small company and they truly want the customer to be happy. They are the epitome of what great service is supposed to be. From the initial estimate to the final window cleaning, everything went smoothly. Lee's crew, especially Steve (wish I could remember the other names), were always on-time and pleasant. They went above and beyond to do everything I wanted. They even designed custom trim to match my gutters! I love my new windows and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (and already recommended them to several neighbors).

After making the decision that our house needed new windows, we researched companies on Angie?s List. We decided on two companies that had received outstanding reviews and contacted both for a quote. Both of the companies responded to our inquiry and set up an appointment. We were pleased with the first company?s presentation, but Lee of Pinnacle Windows and Siding really went above and beyond to absolutely impress us with his knowledge, professionalism and presentation of our choices in windows. Within hours of meeting with Lee, we received his quote and decided to contract Pinnacle for the windows. The windows arrived within the estimated time of five weeks and installation was scheduled for September 12, 2014. Our installation crew consisted of Steve, Robert, Jason, and Kevin. They came right on time and promptly went to work. These guys were so impressive with the way they worked together and they obviously knew what they were doing. Not only did they do a great job on the 14 windows, they also installed a new front door that we had bought separately. Another impressive point was the thoroughness in which they cleaned up all the debris as they went along. In fact, I remarked to my husband that there was no sign any work had even been done, other than our beautiful new windows and front door!
