Steve, Nate, and Jason did an awesome job with installation. They arrived promptly, were extremely pleasant and considerate when navigating my property, did awesome work, and finished on time. The sales and pre-installation process were top notch as well, so much so that I've hired them to replace my front door as well. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding to anyone looking to purchase quality replacement windows and/or doors at a good price.

I have never had a more pleasant experience on any project in my house. From John, with sales, providing excellent information about the windows and doors without forcing anything on me, to Nancy in the office providing lots of communication and updates, to Steve, Nate and Jason installing with perfection my new windows and doors, I could not be happier. It was stress free and the smallest of details were attended to. The owner, Lee Fuller, even called me to apologize for the delivery taking longer than expected. We completely understood as the factories were delayed due to COVID. But it was so nice to get that special touch from the owner. I had read many great reviews about Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock and they lived up to all the hype. Thank you to Steve, Nate and Jason. I hardly knew they were at my house. They installed 14 double hung windows, 2 specialty windows, 1 large picture window, a single door to my screen porch and a front door with sidelights in only 2 days. They were respectful of my house and took great care not to damage the walls, wood floors, or any furnishings. And they left everything neat and clean when complete. I was so amazed at their professionalism, efficiency and respect. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock! I only wish I had another project I could contract them to do!

Pinnacle did everything they said they were going to do. There was a slight issue about paint color but, because of the weather change and all painters were also busy they could not complete which was not their fault. But, they made it right by giving us a credit. This company actually does everything they say they are going to do which is very rare now a days. The installers they have are good too and don't mind you asking questions which is a big relief for a home owner. I must also give a shout out to Dennis for all his patience and diligence in this matter. He is a very good worker and listens to the customers. The people in the office are also very professional and helpful in all matters.

The installers Steve, Nate, and Jason created the best remodeling/construction experience I have every experienced. They were precise in their work, courteous during the entire process and perfectionist to make sure it was done correctly. They were continually cleaning up after themselves and when they were done, the only way you knew they were there is that we had gorgeous new windows and doors. I honestly never even saw them take a break. They made sure each window was clean, the framing perfect and they took the time and treated this as though it were there own house (even better). This is what professionalism looks like. If you can ask for Steve, Nate and Jason, I give them my highest possible reccomendation and 100% satisfaction. Also, early on in the process, our salesperson John Fitzgerald did an incredible job of giving us our choices and he suggested some stunning ideas and we are more pleased with the outcome than we thought. He kept in touch with us and continued helping throughout the whole process. This is the company you want to do your doors or windows.

I put off having new windows installed for 25 years because I dreaded high pressured salesmen and having to clean up a mess that installers would leave. All for nothing. Mr. Williams was calm, polite, explained why they were the best with no frantic calls afterwards to pressure us on scheduling. Hector and Raphael were so quiet and polite that I hardly knew they were here. AND after they left, furniture was back where it belonged and I, a clean freak, could not find one teeny piece of plastic, a nail.....nothing. Have waited to write review because I wanted to compare utility bills (we also had storm windows which they removed) and they are even lower. Workmanship wonderful . They honor their estimate for a year which was good with the pandemic that started about two weeks after we got estimate and all precautions were taken as the work was done, which only took two days. Have received many compliments and recommend with highest satisfaction for both workmanship and price. Pinnacle is truly a very professionally run company and wish I hadn't waited so long. Special kudos to Hector and Raphael who were a pleasure to have in our home. Would take pictures but don't know how to load on computer but house with beautiful new windows looks very beautiful.

Pinnacle was one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. They had the highest quality windows, and the installers had excellent attention to detail. I am pretty picky about work done to the house, and was very impressed. They followed through on all promises. The owner followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. I will be hiring them again for additional work in the house, and will ask for same installers Steve and Kevin.

Dennis, the salesman, was very open and professional. After looking at and researching several brands, we ordered Okna Eco-Pro 600 series vinyl replacement windows to replace all our old wood single-paned windows. The installation process was delayed by 30 days due to the coronavirus outbreak. Thirty eight (38) of the windows were installed by the expert crew without a hitch; however, two windows were not measured correctly, had to be reordered, and delayed the installation of the remaining six (6) windows by about 5 weeks. This was a major irritant; however, the company offered to replace a transom window over an exterior door that was not part of the original order. This was a $350 value and included recladding the trim around the entire door. This offer was enough to offset the disappointment of living without the affected six windows for over a month. All in all, we are very pleased with the look and quality of the windows.

I just recently had seven windows replaced in my home and Pinnacle Window did a great job. Dennis Williams came out to our house to do our estimate and was very helpful, we had a broken window and he offered to seal it while he processed our order. When the windows were installed Steve did an awesome job removing the old windows and replacing them! I feel like a have a new house. They did such a great job, I'm having them replace another five windows and two exterior doors!

If you are in the market for windows, definitely reach out to Pinnacle. My windows were so bad, I could hear dogs, birds, and cars driving by. Dennis Williams came out to look at our windows and share our options. He was very friendly and very accommodating. He took the time to answer all of our questions along the way and worked through any concerns we had throughout the process. He was great about presenting options without being pushy. Robert and his team replaced all of the windows in our house and a sliding door in a single day. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. Once installed we had peace and quiet in our house as well no more drafts. I was completely amazed to get a call from the owner of the company the next day to see if we were happy with our purchase. Needless to say, we will definitely be reaching out to Pinnacle again for any window or door needs in the future. If you are someone like me who really does their homework when looking for a company, I highly recommend you give them a call if you are comparing companies.

Hector with his crew arrived on time. They did great job. We were absolutely satisfied with the quality of windows and job performance. They also removed french door we never used and installed picture windows instead. It looks stunning. No one even can guess that there were door before.

So happy with Pinnacle!!! We replaced windows on the back side of our house with their laminated windows and what a difference!! We live on a busy road so we wanted noise reduction. Now we can not hear anything, it’s eerily quiet in our house!! Steve and Kevin installed our windows and were so professional and knowledgeable. We are now using Pinnacle on the rest of our house. My review of Pinnacle Windows is lengthy, but if you'll take the time to read it, I'm confident you'll be glad you did. I have been an extremely satisfied customer of Pinnacle Windows (and doors) for 2+ years now. Although it has taken me 2 years to write this review, I never would take it off my 'to-do list' -- primarily because of how pleased I have been. That being said, I am likely the BIGGEST FAN of Pinnacle Windows. I would recommend them to ANYONE, ANYTIME, and ANY DAY. Here's why... I am self described as a Perfectionist (detail oriented, analytical, organized, etc.). Before I settled on Pinnacle, I did an extensive amount of research on windows and doors, interviewed multiple companies, etc. I truly did my homework. A lot of homework too. My goal: Replace *every* window and door in our entire home. The home was built in 1992. When all was said and done, I replaced 30 Double Hung Windows, 3 Specialty Windows (Palladium, Circle Top, and Rectangular), and 4 Doors (complete with new door frames). Of note, 2 of the Specialty Windows were quite large. We purchased Okna Insul-Tec 500 windows. The doors were made by ProVia. All was installed in June, 2017. Cost (including installation): ----------------------------------- $16,838 ... 33 Windows (3 of them Specialty) $12,143 ... 4 Doors (and frames) Now, in case your wondering, the doors I ordered were ultra-high end. Very. I could have easily chosen much less expensive doors (which would have still been extremely nice and high quality), but the doors I purchased are the ones I genuinely wanted. [hazard of being a perfectionist.] As for the windows, I would put the Okna brand up against Pella, Anderson, or ??? - any day of the week. Really, I would. The Okna windows are gorgeous, their installation is so perfect that they look like they were installed when the home was originally built (1992), they are well insulated and solidly constructed, and best of all, they are **AS ADVERTISED** on ease of use and cleaning. Even after having them installed for just over 2 years now, they still slide open and closed as easily today as the day they were installed. Furthermore, they slide down and fold inward which makes cleaning a breeze. All locks, slides, and releases work flawlessly. I can not state enough how easy our Okna windows are to operate and clean. My wife would tell you the same. The windows have a lifetime warranty, and additionally, this warranty transfers to a new owner (should I ever sell the home). How nice is that?!? Additionally, although energy savings was **NOT** the reason I replaced the windows and doors, I will say that my monthly utility bills have decreased after installation. Our home is 5,400 sq feet (3 levels), so this was an added bonus. I also need to tell you about Pinnacle Windows as a company. Please read this part closely. It's what I personally feel like set Pinnacle ahead (far ahead) of all others who I spoke with and interviewed. Mr. Dennis Williams initially came out to our home to show us the product line. Dennis is in no way your typical phony salesman. Not even close. Instead, Dennis is warm, friendly, and NO PRESSURE. Best of all, he is 100% genuine. He knows his product, he knows his competition, and he's willing to give it to you plain and straight. He doesn't try to wow you over by using big buzz words. Instead, he simply talks to you as a regular person and keeps things in laymen's terms. But, if needed, he can explain things in scientific detail as well! Dennis discussed multiple options for us to consider, brought with him several samples, and discussed the benefits and differences of each. He never got rushed and spent as much time with us as we needed. He allowed us the respect to make our own decision and never EVER did we feel any pressure to purchase from him. Never. Not even once. But, after interviewing multiple companies, Dennis easily stood out as our favorite. We liked him, we liked his product line, and we called him back out for a 2nd visit. Of note, Dennis does not live even remotely close to us -- yet he was happy to come back out for a recall visit. We told him that we needed time to review everything, and even after all that, I called Dennis on the phone one night and told him that we had narrowed our choice down between 2 different styles of windows, but were still having trouble deciding. Dennis had the solution: He drove back out to us for a **3rd** time and brought both samples back. When he did that, I was blown away. After that 3rd visit, we were able to easily make our final decision. Of note, Dennis brought with him his pleasant smile and gentle demeanor each and every time he came. Nothing but kindness from that man. Consistently. The windows were measured and ordered. Because of the size of the order, manufacturing time, and Pinnacle's other existing jobs, it took 6 weeks before installation began. (I was more than happy to wait.) As for the install, oh my gosh, where do I begin? Steve and Robert came out with a crew of 2 additional men. The were not on time; they were early! They didn't waste time and attacked this job with meticulous precision and detail. Their years of experience and expertise clearly shown as they all 4 worked in unison and just like clockwork. They were very much organized and worked like a well oiled machine. Nothing was rushed - ever. No shortcuts were taken. If something wasn't right about a window frame, they fixed it -- and took the time to fix it well! Their work ethic was so detailed and precise that you would have thought this was *their* home (not mine). Some woodwork on my home had been damaged (weather related), and they repaired it all (no extra charge). Mr. Dennis Williams had previously assured me that would occur (if home damage was found), but when it happened, it was reassuring to see all getting fixed (again, at no extra charge). All windows were installed, caulked and sealed, tested, cleaned, etc. To further describe how these guys worked, they reminded me of ants. Ants attack a challenge with a can-do/get the job done attitude. They don't stop; they don't tire; they don't complain. They just get it done - no matter how monumental the task may be. As for Steve, Robert and crew, you better believe they not only got the job done, but they got it done WELL. VERY WELL INDEED!! Now remember that I had 33 windows replaced and 4 doors. There was an additional 2 man crew who came for the door installation, and unbelievably (to me), this entire job was 100% fully completed in only 2 days. Yes, you read that right: 33 Windows; 4 Doors (and frames)....2 days!!! Done. After installation, the owner of the company Lee phoned me. He wanted to know my satisfaction level and if I had any concerns? After probably 30 minutes on the phone with me (shouting non-stop praises), I think Lee fully understood my extreme level of satisfaction! I have since talked to Lee on a couple of occasions, and he is as nice to me on the phone as the day I initially talked to him. Last, and certainly not least (not by a long shot), I have to mention who you'll talk to if you ever phone Pinnacle: Nancy. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Nancy on multiple occasions. Like everyone else I've dealt with at Pinnacle, she is 100% First Class! Always a smile (over the phone), always helpful, and always very knowledgeable to answer any questions I have. She too knows their product line, and on the very rare occasion where she did not answer the phone directly, she has always been very quick to return any phone messages I may have left. Trust me, when you phone Pinnacle, you'll like Nancy too! Pinnacle Windows is a company who genuinely cares about it's customers and who genuinely stands behind the products they sell and install. You need to know/realize this. Well, if you've stayed with me and read this far, I hope that you'll see my extreme Level of Satisfaction I have for Pinnacle Windows. They are the real deal folks. Replacing windows and doors is a big task, and like me, I know each of you work hard for your money too. You want to be 100% certain that you are making the best decision and getting the best quality windows/doors -- and all at a fair price too. It was time to replace our 29 year old windows in our home. Bob Weber provided us with an informative presentation of the window choices for Pinnacle. He went into great detail about how the windows are constructed, their features, etc. Pinnacle's pricing was competitive and we found their reviews and longevity to be very desirable. On installation day, Hector and Rafael were extremely professional and respectful of our home and quietly went about their business of replacing and installing the new windows -- all in one day's work! The whole Pinnacle team stands behind their windows and installation 100%. They provide superior service and products. We are very happy with the windows and would certainly use them again and recommend to others.

I struggled to find someone who could replace some older and oddly sized windows on our 25+ year old home. Most of the contractors we spoke to were not able to even identify a supplier for windows of our size (quite large.) Pinnacle not only provided us with multiple window manufacture options, but the windows arrived sooner than expected, and look great and work amazingly well. A room that has always been too hot in the summer is now the coolest room in the house, which was a nice bonus. The day of the installation, Hector and team did a great job replacing windows without damaging any of our stucco exterior or interior window trim. Overall we really enjoyed our experience with Pinnacle and will be using them for more window projects in the future.

I received a prompt response and follow up to my online inquiry. A door specialist (Neil) made & kept the scheduled appointment at our home. He was timely and professional; He assisted with door selection and arranged for next steps. The Next representative came out to measure, and arrived promptly for appointment; he was also professional. Door Was ordered and was ready even earlier than anticipated. The door installation appointment went exactly as scheduled. The installer (Hector) worked well in the home and was very pleasant and thorough. The door quality is exactly what we hoped for. The next day the owner of the company (Lee) called to follow up on the process and on the quality of the door and he personally shared with me the details of the warranty coverage. He then even emailed a $25 Starbucks gift card as an appreciation (thanks, Nancy) for doing work with the company I would work with pinnacle window and siding for door installation and other projects with no hesitancy.

Very professional from receiving the quote through completion of the work. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Tldr; Pinnacle met and exceeded all my expectations. I love the windows and their install and service were top notch. The Review: I got quotes from 3 different companies for the replacement of 26 single pane wood frame windows. Company A: Lower quality windows by a small measure. They did not have a true non metallic spacer like I wanted and the company that was installing them was a local outfit but the windows are major brand. If price was my main concern, I could have chosen them and felt ok about it, I think. Price quoted was Baseline - 2000 Company B: Local Manufacturer with their own install crews. They mainly are a wholesaler but have a small install business. The install was the biggest concern. I wasn’t sure how much support I could get from them in the future since this was a tiny part of their much larger business. The windows were good to very good quality with a non-metallic spacer. I just didn’t feel like I could trust their service and support considering the size of their install business and the focus of the company. Price quoted was Baseline Pinnacle (Company C): I met with them twice. On the second visit to my home the owner Lee came out and was great at helping me make my final decisions. The windows are Okna brand and were, from what I could tell, the best quality of the bunch in my price range. They are solid and **** good looking. Price quoted was Baseline + 2000 So, while Pinnacle may have been the most expensive, they weren’t by very much. They had the best reputation of all three, their main business is windows and they had the best product in my price range. The crew was great and had all the windows in the first day, then came back to finish up trim work on day two. I combined some sets of triple and double windows into single large sliders and the results were ‘Wow!’ when friends and family saw them. Post install, Pinnacle stayed in touch to make sure I was happy and that I understood my warranty replacement options. They have my highest recommendation. For Window shoppers: Here are some notes- Read this - [*** Link removed ***] Specifically, the section on non-metallic spacers. He also recommends Okna windows specifically. They are listed under Pennsylvania and not Georgia. Understand that you have a lot of choices to make: Grids or not – surface or between the glass Window color Trim molding color Double or single hung (or sliders) Etc. Do your research first but expect to spend some time with each rep you talk to and take notes. Don’t see three companies on the same day especially. Use reddit to ask questions.

WONDERFULLY WELL! THE DOOR IS PERFECT AND PERFECTLY INSTALLED.

Replaced 31 old style wood windows, including changing 2 movable windows to one large picture window. Replaced everything with Okna Eco-Pro Deluxe (DH600dx) Vinyl windows. Pinnacle did an excellent job in every way. I researched a number of companies and different windows, and Pinnacle came out superior to every other company and window. My sales call was with Dennis Williams and he was wonderful. All of my questions were answered and I never felt any pressure to go with his company, nor any pressure to replace more windows than I wanted. Dennis emailed me my estimate and also responded quickly when I had more questions and was considering other options. As I narrowed down my choice to go with Pinnacle, I asked Dennis to come out one more time to let me look at a sample window, just so I could be sure. He was out right away and I finalized my decision and he wrote up my quote that day. A few days later, Robert set up a time with me to come out for a final measurement of my windows and to place the order. Delivery and installation was expected in about 12 weeks. My windows arrived in about 10 weeks and installation was set about a week later. Hector and his crew arrived early one morning and worked diligently and with perfection for two long full days. What a nice crew and such hard workers. They took down my window treatments and replaced them (even using new screws) when the new windows were installed. Clean up each day was great and the whole process was seamless. I am SO happy with my new windows. They look great, there are no more drafts or windows that slide down at will. Pinnacle did a quality job and my house looks so much better on the outside and inside. I highly recommend Pinnacle in every aspect of replacing windows. This is a company that cares about it's customers! Money well spent!

Our only regret is not replacing our windows years ago. 😊 Pinnacle is a top notch company. No high pressure sales pitch. Either you want new windows or you don’t. Received windows in timeframe given at the onset. Installation crew did an excellent job. Very professional and courteous. No mess afterwards either which was wonderful. Love the new windows!! This was second time using Pinnacle and it was another great experience. It was smooth sailing from the time of the initial estimate, scheduling to the install. The crew is prompt, clean and hard working. The office staff is professional and pleasant. We highly recommend Pinnacle!

This was the third time we have used them for the replacement of doors and windows. We find that the variety, quality and reasonable prices they offer are exceptional. Dennis, in sales, can point you in the right direction for the best results. To have a good outcome, one must choose a good window and have excellent installation. Their installation crews headed by Steve & Robert are outstanding. They do not use subs. My crew for this installation was Steve & Kevin. They were meticulous and totally professional. We will continue to use them and we highly recommend them.
