The representative from the company was the very best, Lee Fuller. No pressure, no phony sales tactics or gimmicks. He showed us a variety of windows from different manufacturers, explained in detail what the differences were, and allowed us to make an informed decision. In addition, the company not only did a beautiful job installing the windows, but they also capped the exterior trim with textured PVC aluminum trim coil so we will never have to paint the trim again or worry about wood rot. The windows were custom manufactured to be within 1/4'' of each opening, and the sealed the inside and outside with premium caulk and insulated around the middle and anywhere there were gaps. Needless to say the glass keeps the hot sun out in the summer and our heat in during the colder months, and between the window and how it was installed, we don't have any more drafts or hot/cold air leakage. We estimate that we are saving over 30% of what it used to cost to heat and cool our home.

I called Lee at 4:55 p.m. on a rainy, nasty Friday afternoon. While he only sells custom doors that need to be ordered in advance, he offered to come out and see if he could at least secure the door. He had to go and get plywood and then head over to my house, so it was way past regular working hours. He secured the door and worked to make the cosmetics a bit better, too. I asked to see a catalog of the doors he sells and installs (and they are gorgeous), but I did not feel pressured in any way to buy one right away. Although I have not decided whether I will replace my door with one that is as luxurious as the ones Pinnacle sells, I would definitely like to be able to hire this company again.

Excellent. Installers were on time, professional and did exceptional work. I was impressed with the way the entire job went from when Lee bid the job all the way until the installers were complete and Lee came back and reviewed the work with me. He found a couple of items that needed touching up and had them fixed and also is lining up to have all of our new windows professionally washed to remove factory smudges and things that didn't show up to the installers. There were two difficult windows that had to be replaced, one over the bathroom that was a combination slider with a half moon and the other was a very large window above our front door. They turned out great and met our expectations.

Lee Fuller arrived on time, brought all the information needed to make our selection, was patient while we decided, and then scheduled the work at our convenience. The work was professionally installed, the job was done cleanly, and the the slight adjustment necessary to our tile floor was done immediately and the repair cannot be detected. There was a problem with the door latch that was a manufactures problem, not an installation, and this was handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We would gladly recommend that anyone considering a new door or window installation give Mr. Fuller a call.

Phase two also went off without a hitch. Once again Lee was very professional and detailed about what I wanted done. I never felt like I had to worry in any way. Lee ordered all the windows for the front of my house, called when they came in and had them delivered right away. Again he worked with my schedule in having phase two installed. The day of installation the installers were on time, professional, courteous, and again did a fantastic job. I had no problems with Lee or the installers. Everything went off without a hitch and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to replace windows. I also have to say the Simonton Window is a fantastic window. It's well worth it's price. For anyone reading this they have to realize I'm a perfectionist when it comes to having something done and I was so happy with how everything went. Great job to Lee and his installers (Bill, Tom and Ross). Keep up the great work.

We would recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding Co., Lee Fuller's company, to anyone. From beginning when we were shown the products, explained the products, ordering and timeliness of the product coming in, and coordination with our other contractor was superb. The installer did an outstanding job to ensure the tweaking of the product's operation was perfect. We would recommend Lee Fuller and Pinnacle Window and Siding to everyone. He was not the cheapest estimate nor the most expensive, which by the way was bizarre. But the quality of the product, timeliness, dependability, and honesty is what makes Pinnacle a great company to do business with!

It was important that we found a company that we could trust, ensure a seamless installation, and would stand by their work. Lee imbued that sense of trust in our initial meeting and throughout the process. Although we met with other contractors who offered generous warranties. We found there were a lot of catches and a feeling that they weren't as "connected" with the installation process as we would want in the event of problems. Lee's knowledge and experience with windows/installation reassured us that we not only got the best product and price, but a quality, problem-free installation. The crew that did our installation were very thorough, courteous, and dedicated. They worked through one of the coldest days of the year and didn't miss a beat. Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Lee kept in contact with us throughout the process and even did a final check after the installation. This level of service ensures quality workmanship and a commitment to the customer. Thank you!

Lee Fuller did an excellent job of explaining our options and the process of window replacement. We decided to replace all of our windows,and one French door. The installation took three day. Mr. Fuller communicated with us at every turn, that the order was in, when the order came in, when the installers would show up, what to expect, and he stopped by several times to make sure the process was going smoothly. He has come by after the fact to see if we are completely satisfied, and we are!

The first time Lee came to our house with samples of windows, I could see he was passionate & knowledgeable about windows. Initially, we were only going to replace the 15 windows on the back of the house, but got so excited about having new windows, decided to replace them all at once. Since it was such a big investment, Lee came out several more times to go over things with us and answered all our questions. Dennis took final measurements and determined how much brick mold needed repair. We wanted the work completed before Thanksgiving; Lee went out of his way to make it happen. On day of installation, we had two crews working on the project and they were done in less than a day. Clean drop cloths were put down on all carpeted areas. Worker's shoes came off when they entered the house. Window coverings were taken down and furniture was moved as needed. It was as stress-free as possible. We LOVE our new windows and not a penny was due until the job was finished and we were satisfied.

The crew was well-mannered and truly cared about the quality of the install. They had to go through quite a bit as the house is over 30 and settled. I did not have to pick up one thing and the windows turned out beautiful.

Lee's workmen preformed their work in a very professional manner and were able to complete the work in a single day. We have had some chilly weather since the work was done and it looks like Lee was successful in making the house more livable in cold weather. A bonus to this work is that it looks really great. The windows were installed perfectly and the new doors are a big improvement over the old ones.

We had three estimates. The other two companies seemed very good, but Pinnacle had the best price and had the windows that I liked best. Lee Fuller was amazing. He discussed all the features with us, and spent as much time as necessary to be sure we understood the implications of each feature. He kept us informed every step of the way from signing the contract until the windows and doors were fully installed. The windows and doors are exactly what we wanted. The installation crew was excellent and our neighbors compliment us frequently on how great the house looks. I highly recommend Pinnacle.

Lee brought window samples to our home and helped us to understand the various types of windows on the market, and why he represented Simonton windows. He was the ultimate contractor professional, polite, considerate, punctual and reasonably priced. He and his crew were here when he said they would be; cleaned up after themselves; and came back a few days later to check on their work. The windows are beautiful. Simonton, the manufacturer, overnighted some brass locks when he discovered they had omitted them in the shipment. We could not be more satisfied with Lee and his crew. We intend to order doors from him in the near future.

I found Mr. Fuller thru the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Mr. Fuller is very prompt! I was researching 9 other companies, that had given us estimates. One company had 7 complaints, and was considered no longer in business by the BBB, because they wouldn't respond to inquires by the BBB. They would call and lower their prices, to no avail! Others had similar histories or none. We interviewed Mr. Fuller twice, and researched his products. The quality we wanted was there, and we chose Pinnacle. He was a little higher, but well worth the price. We are extremely please with the results of our project! The cleanliness & quality craftsmanship of his installation crew is phenomenal! They are exceptional craftsman, and they pay attention to detail, that is not their concern. My father is a retired builder, and was very impressed with Mr. Fuller's crew. My wife and I are completely satisfied, and would recommend Pinnacle and Lee Fuller, to anyone seeking quality improvement.

I was very pleased with Mr Fuller's professionalism both over the phone and in person. He told us that our windows were okay and how we could fix the minor problem we had with minimal cost. He also walked around the house and showed us some water damage that we had to our doors that we could also fix at minimal cost. We weren't aware of this until he pointed it out. His suggestion today will save us thousands down the road. He actually did not do any work for us, but he was so exceptional at every interaction that I had to let others know. If we ever do need services that his company provides I will only use him.

After receiving 4 quotes. Selected Pinnacle because of professional presentation and price. I was very pleaed with installation. They were always on time, courteous, and neat. All scrap material was hauled away. I initially was glad that Pinnacle did not require both of us to be here. He quoted and gave presentation to my wife. This was important to their getting job.

I could not be more pleased with my new windows and all the personnel at Pinnacle Windows and Siding. The existing windows were terrible. We baked in the summer and froze in the winter. I had acquired 2 estimates. One estimate was to replace all the windows with new wood windows and the other for vinyl replacement windows. I got a bad feeling about the vinyl estimate. I just didn't feel I could trust him. Then, my mother directed me to Pinnacle Windows. I called and got an estimate from Mr. Fuller. I have been in the construction industry for many years and know what to look for in a company. Mr. Fuller knows his business and his product. What set him apart was his interest in meeting my needs. His crew was punctual, respectful & professional. The difference in my home with the new windows is amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Fuller to anyone that asks about my windows.

They were a professional staff who maintained great contact. They had a written portfolio with all the costs, list of windows and explanations of various products, and the follow-up with owner was excellent. The staff who came out were professional yet friendly and very thorough in their clean-up (no disposal fees unlike other companies!!) I loved that they were on time!! They were an English-speaking staff.
