Mr. Fuller came out and educated us about windows; the installation crew was great; the office receptionist was also more than competent - and everyone was personable besides.

Lee was very personable and easy to work with. He gave me several choices of windows and descriptions of their features along with the information to check out the companies websites for myself. My husband was traveling and we needed to get this project going before year end, so I interviewed all the companies. Lee was willing to met with me and didn't require my husband to be there. He wasn't high pressure, but was willing to answer questions and come back again if we needed him to. He was patient during the time delay between our meeting and my husbands return and didn't pressure me during that time. When we called him to schedule to project, he was very prompt in meeting with us and when his installer came for to measure the windows, he was prompt and he knew his stuff. The installation crew arrived on time and were courteous and also knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable being at the house with them while they worked. They did excellent work and I couldn't be happier.

They said it would be a week and a half to two weeks but it ended up being three weeks. I had to call them to get a response. They did not call to schedule installation.

From initial presentation through final installation entire process was handled professionally and expeditiously. Lee Fuller explained all facets of various window types, pros and cons and fulfilled all commitments in a timely manner. Not necessarily the cheapest but you get what you pay for. In this case we felt the price paid was worth the end product and installation we received. The installation crew was a joy to work with and cleaned up behind themselves to a high level of satisfaction.

I loved the work that Pinnacle did for me. They were really outstanding and they were very good at their trade. I would definitely use this company again. I would recommend these folks to anyone that needs their windows replaced.

One of my new windows did not work correctly with the slider not adhering. I called and they were out within for 48 hours to fix it. The replacements have saved money already on electrical bills. This was a great investment as far as I am concerned.

I was super impressed by this company. From the moment Lee came to give us a quote we felt that this was the company to deal with. His cost was a little higher (not too much) than the other bids I got but the service and quality was A1. Pinnacle was the only company willing to replace our interior curve specialty windows and the were done very well. The guys showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. All in all a great experience.

Lee Fuller arrived on time to provide an estimate. He provided me with plenty of information and absolutely no pressure. He was able to sell higher quality windows for what other companies quoted me for lower quality products. The individual sent to take measurements arrived on time and finished the work quickly. Installation was again on-time and cleaned up appropriately. I would use this company again.

Lee's sales presentation was VERY thorough and helped me feel comfortable with choosing his recommended product (Simonton windows). Our installation was delayed by several weeks, but this only happened because Lee was attempting to honor my request to have the octagonal window framed in PVC before installation (it's prior frame had rotted). My windows were not broken and Lee took no money down, so the delay was not a problem for me. I was happy to have it done right, rather than done fast, and was pleased that Lee took that approach to his business. It was a pleasure to do business with Pinnacle and I will definitely hire them again, since I've got another 15 windows that need to be replaced over time.

Haven't pulled the trigger, yet on this work. I'm going to investigate getting a few of the windows repaired first. Also, there are a couple of other large projects for us this summer, so I'm trying to sequence the work.

Lee was one of about twelve that I talked to about doing the work. Lee was great in letting me know when the work would start and making sure things were done to my satisfaction. he even stopped by a few weeks after all was done to make sure that nothing was wrong that was missed before. He even installed my new column, door bell and light fixtures at no cost. I would recommend him to anyone and have already referred some friends to him.

Pinnacle is one of the best companies we have ever found for windows. They are neat, professional, courteous and ensure you know what they are doing before they begin. We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows we installed and the price was well within our budget.

Terrible. He took the money then never finished the job.

Lee came out and did preliminary measurements. He was on time to go over the door choices and pricing. We chose a door and scheduled the final measurements. The person was again on time and very courteous. The door was ordered and right about the time it was scheduled, Lee called to explained that he received the door but the lock set was on the wrong side - an error made in manufacturing. He expedited the change and within two weeks the door was scheduled to be installed. On the day of the install the installer - Victor showed up be fore the door did and remeasured everything and started to get to work. He was very efficient and cleaned up promptly. He had some minor repairs to make after removing the door and did an excellent job making sure all was done correctly. He was great. Overall this company delivers on its promises and is very customer service oriented. I will have not problem recommending them to anyone.

Lee Fuller came out and demoed a lot of windows and narrowed it down to the best ones for us. A couple of weeks later, he called and offered us an upgrade, at no additional cost. Lee was very helpful and easy to work with. The window crew came out and did the job in less than a day. The job was excellent, and not a trace of debris was left behind. The windows are so nice to use compared to our old sticky wooden ones. The house is quieter and the air conditioner works more efficiently now. From the very start Mr. Fuller represented his company with the utmost of integrity. He spoke with us as much as we needed and answered all questions before we made our decision. There was never any pressure calling, or sales, and he was willing to let US make our decision in our own time. The two installers were professional, beyond expectations, and were careful and sensitive to our concerns and questions. We have never replaced windows before and were concerned about damage to existing molding and walls. There was not the slightest scratch anywhere, and all molding looks just as if it were brand new. The pricing was more than fair, and actually more competitive based on the quality of the product. The Simontine Generations Windows are the best that we have seen out there. We had 5 quotes with other manufacturers and they could not compare to what we received from Pinnacle windows. Lee and his staff were a joy to work with and we look forward to replacing all of our windows soon.

Salesman was perfectly on time. He listened to our needs and demonstrated the products and gave us a quote. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. We were also having siding done and he asked for the name of the siding contact so he could coordinate his work with theirs. The windows came in over a week earlier than he thought they would, but was still able to schedule an installation at our convenience. The installers caused absolutely NO damage to our home or new siding. We had no touch up to do inside the house. The company even sent someone out to wash our new windows. We did not pay one penny until the windows were installed and we were satisfied. This company is great.

Very good. Work started on time, but was delayed by cold weather. Completed promptly. Excellent results.

Fantastic! Was really worried about replacing windows and interviewing companies but Lee Fuller was great! All meetings were on time and he was very relaxed with no sales push. He prepared an offer and left the decision to us. Other companies went cheaper (but started to add up as the level of detail increased) and we sheepishly called Lee back. Not only did he intend to honor the original quote, but he improved the offer by making us a deal with new "Generation" windows that we could not refuse. After working with us to pare down a few things to work with our budget we were ready to go and had the windows two weeks after the final measuring. Ed with Pinnacle came out for the installation and he was great. He is as committed to customer satisfaction and an excellent craftsman. No mess was left behind and our house was spotless. The difference in our house is huge and we can't believe we waited so long. Call Lee and ask for the Generation window; you won't regret it!

I am a single woman and was having bad experiences with other companies (i.e., others had high prices or arrogant salespeople) so it was great to find Lee. His prices were very reasonable; he gave the lowest estimate of five companies. He explained the selection of windows and pros and cons. The installation was scheduled promptly, the crew showed up and finished on time, and Lee promptly followed up. During his inspection he found finger prints and called a window cleaning company to come over; which was great! I will use this company again.

Lee Fuller presented a solution for our window problems, priced it competitive and delivered on each and every promise, on time. His team of installers were just as professional. Pinnacle did not ask for a penny up front, and did not expect any payment until the job was complete and I was satisfied. Well, I had no reason to hold back on payment. Everything was just the way I wanted it.
