Lee Fuller came out and showed 3 different type windows. He actually advised against the most expensive window since our climate is not extreme enough to justify that particular energy rated window. Lee was professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. He encouraged us to get other estimates. Lee uses Robert for windows and Eddie for doors. Both men are great. Professional, thorough, perfectionist. No mess afterward. We are very pleased and would recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Two installers were able to complete the job between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The work is beautifully done and the job site was left absolutely immaculate. The only glitch in the entire job came at its conclusion, when the installers finished so much earlier than I had expected. I was walking the dog when they finished and in that confusion, I neglected to ask about documentation for the tax credit. I called Pinnacle several days later when I remembered that I'd need specifics on U-factors, etc., in order to claim the credit. By that point, the window labels had been discarded, but Lee promised to personally follow up and obtain the necessary documents for me. He was true to his word and the necessary documentation has been tucked into my tax file, ready for next spring's filing.

Very Pleased with job from start to finish. Robert came back out after a month to address a couple minor concerns that where easily fixed. I am sure my winter heat and summer cooling costs will see a significant reduction. I WAS AMAZED AT THE NOISE REDUCTION New Windows created. Would Strongly Recommend. I plan to use PINNACLE to replace my siding in the future.

Of the three companies I called for window estimates, Lee from Pinnacle was the only one to bring actual windows to my home to show me. Over 2 hours, he gave me a thorough education in how windows are built, what makes one window better than another, and what makes one window a better value than another. He went over the various features and functions of 8 different window types from several different manufacturers, demonstrating each window's energy efficiency, noise blockage, heat and light transferal, and overall structural quality. Both of the other companies simply told me the model number of the window they would be installing and literally hurried off to their next appointment. Only Lee took the time to arm me with the information I would need to make a sound decision on which window was right for me. Pinnacle's cost estimate was in the middle of the 3 that I received. There are several key points here. One: the window Pinnacle installed was far superior to the windows the other two companies were trying to sell. Lee was charging less for far better windows. Two: Lee did not ask for a penny up front. He assured me that I would write a check only when the job was 100% complete to my satisfaction. Three: I was guaranteed that the estimate would be the final bill total. There would be no surprises, no add-ons, no extra expenses during the job...no matter what. Lee told me that if they removed my old windows and found rotted wood or studs that needed to be replaced underneath, it would be taken care of without raising my cost one cent. While this should not ever be the deciding factor in choosing a contractor, it made it very easy to feel even better about my decision to hire Pinnacle. Lee was also very up-front about how he runs his business. He told me right away that he has ONE installation crew. This allows his installation foreman to be on-site every minute of the job, personally installing the windows himself. He is not running back and forth to multiple jobsites, simply leaving a crew of laborers behind. Because of this, however, it may take some time to get on the work schedule. If my installation needed to happen on a specific timetable, Lee let me know that Pinnacle might not be the best fit for me. I was willing to wait, and it was easily more than worth the wait to have that peace of mind. I have contracted many crews and companies to work in, on, and around my home. I would unequivocally recommend Pinnacle Windows & Siding higher than almost any other crew or company I have ever worked with. From the communication to the workmanship to the honest and thoughtful pricing practices, Lee Fuller and Pinnacle have my gratitude, my endorsement, and every last bit of my future door and window business.

Lee contacted me within 15 minutes of my contacting him via the internet. Lee was out the next day for an estimate. He was extrememly knowledgeable and his quote was the best that I got for this project. His installer Robert came out two days after that to measure. He arrived ahead of me for this visit and was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Robert and his assistant arrived on time the day of installation and worked extremely fast and professionally. In 3 and a half hours they had installed six windows and cleaned everything up completely both inside and out. I love me beautiful new windows and the service I received from Pinnacle. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking for quality professional window installation.

My husband and I are thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the windows and doors and service provided by Pinnacle. Our windows open easily and close tightly, which means they buffer sound, as well as help us conserve energy. Our doors function just as beautifully as our windows. They are strong, solid and have a durable locking system. Lee remains attentive and professional from the moment you meet him until the work is completed. The installers are always on time. We loved Lee. He came to the house and gave us an honest sales pitch with no pressure. He told us to take time and think about it because windows are a big purchase. He recommended doing it piece by piece, rather than all at once, to make sure we were happy with the new windows and his service, etc. We finally decided to do it. They came and installed the windows... but due to some miscommunication between us... neglected to caulk around the exterior between the windows and the existing trim. When I called they said they would have someone come back to take care of it. It took a few weeks, but they came and did the caulking. It was not a big issue so I wasn't worried about timeliness. All in all, I trade timeliness and quick response for working with a person I trust. He might not take care of me TODAY, but he will take care of me. Period.

We had a sliding glass door vandalized on our rental property. I called Pinnacle based on the ratings I saw on the list. I spoke with Mr. Fuller and after hearing what I needed done, he suggested a couple of options he thought would be less expensive, including contacting the installer he uses. He gave me the gentleman's name and phone number. I think he went above and beyond, so I would definitely call him again when it's time to replace windows on our new house.

I never got a return call or email. I sent a detailed request through the company website about 4 weeks ago and nobody has ever called from Pinnacle.

It was one of the most pleasant companies I've worked with. Mr. Fuller, their representative, was very kind and caring. The crew that came out was efficient and they started work right on time. They completed the work in a timely manner. They made sure to clean up after themselves. They were in line with other companies, as far as price goes. It was a great experience.

Emailed Pinnacle for an estimate to replace all windows. Lee responded the very next day. He was very professional and quite courteous. We set up an appt. which I later canceled due to the fact that we decided NOT to replace windows. Instead we decided to repair all the wood rot. Lee called us back even though we canceled our appt. in order to provide us with a carpentry referral. I think he went 'above and beyond' on his customer service. I would definitely consider using their services in the future!

The process was very smooth and with out any hiccups. Lee came out to give me a quote within a week of placing my first call. He was prompt and extremely professional. While he wasn't the cheapest quote it was in the ball park of other companies and he was by far the most pleasant and gracious. He appreciates your business and he goes above and beyond to earn your trust and respect. His installers were just as professional as well as tidy and efficient. The work was done within the estimated time frame - about 4 hours and they cleaned up after themselves.

I have a room with stained wood on the interior walls, so I could not simply replace my existing windows with the standard white vinyl windows offered by most of the window companies. Mr. Fuller at Pinnacle listened to my requirements, and found a special order window for me. He brought a salesman s sample to my house for me to examine and approve. He gave me an estimate, which I accepted, and ordered the windows without a down payment. In fact, it took five weeks for the windows to arrive, and another week or so to get them scheduled for installation. I never paid a penny until all work was done to my satisfaction. The installer did an amazing job, and even made note on his own of a missing weep hole in one window and a lock that was a little difficult to open on another that needed to be replaced. A week or so after the initial installation, the installers partner came out and installed the replacement parts. I am very happy with the windows and the quality of the installation.

That was a very positive experience. They were very good. They were on time. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up well after themselves.

It went pretty well. They were courteous and polite. They were professional. It took a while for them to get the door here. So they had to come back and remeasure. Other than that it went well.

The workers were proficient and friendly. I was not going to replace two basement windows but decided to add the windows at the time of measurement. Due to this change, the two basement windows were missed in the original order. However, the windows were ordered and put in approximately two weeks later. Pinnacle wanted no money up front and would not accept any payments until the job was finished. Pinnacle includes a visit from a window cleaning service to fully clean both the inside and outside of the new windows. All work was done well. There was a delay in the installation due to the amount of work that Pinnacle has. I was told that it would be two or three weeks until installation and it was five weeks. However, I was kept updated about the progress.

I recently had the need for replacement windows. After getting several estimates, I chose Pinnacle above all the other companies. Their representative took the time to listen to what I was looking for and then showed me all the products available and explained their features and answered all my questions. He wanted to insure that I was completely satisfied with the windows and their installation prior to accepting payment. The seals on several of the windows on my 12-year old house had broken. Lee Fuller of Pinnacle came out and discussed various options with me (including a scientific demonstration of the effectiveness of low-e windows that really impressed my engineer neighbor!). I decided to replace all of the windows rather than do it piecemeal, including replacing a large gridded window in my kitchen with a slider that's almost like a picture window. Throughout it all Lee was responsive to my questions and, in spite of some confusion about the date of installation, both he and the installers were professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with the result. It took a little longer than I expected from order to installation (about 5 weeks), but the actual work was done in no time.

Wonderful. Mr. Fuller did the estimate, and followed up regularly to be sure I was pleased with progress. I had to reschedule because of other work being done on my house, and Pinnacle accommodated the change with no inconvenience to me (although likely some to them). The windows are lovely and installation was careful and professional. Highest recommendation.

Great! Lee was great from the start with quote and recommendations, some of which even meant saving money by not replacing windows that didn't need replacing. Very thankful for his honesty. Robert ran the on site crew and was very personable. We were even expecting our first child during all of this. Lee put in the order and made sure we were first on their install list. One window required the crew to come back the next day with some extra hands (tough install, high up in the foyer). They knocked it out while my wife slept. We had the baby the next day. Very nice to come back home to house with finished, installed windows. Thanks guys for the all-around experience.

They quoted us the highest-quality windows of the 3 quotes we received. They brought us samples of the windows and discussed what would best fit our needs. They worked with us on price and payment. We did not pay until the job was complete. Everyone who visited our home was respectful and knowledgeable. We love the new windows and are using Pinnacle to replace an old door in the coming weeks. I cannot say enough good things about their attention to customer service.

Pinnacle responded very quickly to our call, even though this is a somewhat small job. Even on the phone, they understood the issue (rotting surround, small sidelights). Their salesperson talked to us about what it would take to replace the door and referred us to a contractor to do the work. It was a great experience.

From estimate to installation to final adjustments Pinnacle was professional. A problem with the sliding glass door was corrected immediately.
