Pinnacle Windows is a very professional company. It can be a long process to order custom windows and have them installed . They were very communicative throughout the process. Even more, when a question was needing answering I received a call from the owner of the company. That is unheard of with most companies. Both Dennis Williams, general manager, and Lee Fuller, owner, TRULY care about the experience for the customer. We started out doing a portion of our home because windows are a very expensive expense. We are excited for the 2nd phase of the project. Thank you Pinnacle for a job well done.

We are so pleased with our new replacement windows. We needed to replace 18 of the 32. We wanted the Okna Enviro-Stars Series 800 with SunSeal Deluxe Glass with a color match, since a white exterior wasn't an option for us. The Sales process with John Fitzgerald, was very easy. He listened to our needs and was willing to 'work a deal for us' to delivered what we needed. The installation crew was 'outstanding', lead by Hector Peralto. I was expecting good craftsmanship from this company, this they come highly recommended, and these men certainly 'shined'. Thank you! On the day of install we received a call from John and 2 days later a call from the Owner Lee Fuller. We like the fact that we have a Lifetime warranty on both the windows and installation. You can't beat that!

Exceptionally well. First of all, do not confuse this company with another company using a Pinnacle name. It is trying to cash in on the fantastic reputation of Pinnacle Window and Siding Co. The work crew for Pinnacle Window and siding Co. is employed directly with the company. They do exceptional work and are very professional. Clean up after the job was excellent. They work was accomplished within the time span specified.

We had a great experience with Pinnacle. These guys are the best! We had our windows and front door replaced and could not be happier. The whole process from sales to installation was very easy and painless. Everyone was very informative and professional plus the final product looks great. We would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Pinnacle installed a new french door, replacing a slider, and a new front door with side glass panel. It was quick and easy to schedule a quote (they actually came out twice since we added a second door), the price was fair (appropriate for the good quality of ProVia doors) and installed immediately after the doors were shipped (build and shipping took ~8 weeks). They were super responsive and easy to get a hold of via phone and text. The installer, Steve, and his team took great care to do the job right. We have a quirky, old home and they made sure everything was balanced and level and they kept the work site clean the entire time (they were very sweet to my toddlers and bulldog too). Great experience! Definitely recommend!

If you need new windows or doors for your home, look no further. This company is simply the best. From our initial meeting with Dennis the Sales Manager to the installation of our windows, everything went very smoothly. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and can answer all of your questions regarding new windows. Our installation crew was Robert, Steve and Kevin and they were outstanding! We have used Pinnacle to install numerous windows and doors in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

The overall experience was great; from our initial product description meeting / sales call, to our signed contract and our window door installation. Pinnacle and their OKNA Enviro Star 800 Series Windows / Legacy Doors are excellent; a vast improvement over our 25+ year old wood counter parts that were replaced. The energy efficiency is remarkable and very noticeable. All of the Pinnacle Pinnacle Window & Siding people were excellent, very responsive and responsible; from the Owner - Lee Fuller, to the General Manager / Sales Manager - Dennis Williams and both of their Installation Crews (managed by Robert McKonkle). Installation is scheduled promptly after product manufacture / delivery. Actual installation is very quick, trouble free and professionally completed; everything is handled by the installation crews -including clean-up after installation is complete. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends.

Pinnacle did an excellent job. From the estimate, thru the installation, and followup, everything was handled very professionally. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. All of our questions were answered without any pressure and an estimate was emailed to us. Once the installation was scheduled, the crew showed up on time and installed 25 windows in 2 days. A couple issues were resolved within a day. The windows were installed and fit just right. The crew also took down and put back up blinds that we had in each window. Crew was very courteous and cleaned up the work site afterwards. Overall, would highly recommend the company.

Went great without a hitch. From sales to installation was really good. A shout out to Dennis Williams who was the person who communicated with me regarding the door sales and arranged for installation date. They were on time and their Provia door had the best price too.

Pinnacle replaced 23 windows at our house in July 2018 and did an incredible job. Dennis Williams, salesman, was great to deal with and Trevor and his team followed up by doing an excellent job on the installation. I surveyed 6 companies offering windows from 7 manufacturers and chose the OKNA 500 Insultec product and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Pinnacle provided excellent service through the entire process. My door was not a standard size so it had to be special ordered. They kept me informed when to expect it in, and scheduled it right away when it arrived. Robert and his crew did an exceptional job with the installation. The trim/finishing around the door looks so much better than it did before. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again!

It is easy to do business with Pinnacle. The sales manager, Dennis, was knowledgeable, professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. We had a large custom window that others declined to tackle. The installation crew led by Hector arrived promptly as scheduled and worked continually until the job was done. Very pleased with the quality of the windows and expertise of installation Pinnacle staff.

They did a great job of communicating and provided a level of comfort in offering their services that I did not receive from the two other companies I spoke to. They were not the cheapest offer I received but I felt the price was extremely fair and worth the quality of work that they provided. Please remember that when ordering your windows they are all custom made and that it will be a few months before the actual install. This appeared to be the case with all 3 vendors I spoke with but I felt Pinnacle was the most open about the wait and did a great job of communicating. About 8 weeks after signing the contract, Pinnacle contacted me that they had received my windows and doors and we scheduled the install. I am having trouble with remembering their names but I believe it was Pablo and his brother came and performed the install. They took their time to do the install properly with high quality and it was easy to tell they took pride in their work. If I had to have this work done again I would request Pablo and his brother specifically. I was that impressed. After the install was completed the owner contacted me by phone to ask if everything was to my satisfaction. You can really tell that this company cares about the quality of the install job and not just the product they are installing. Do yourself a favor. Get 3 quotes but make sure Pinnacle is one of them. You'll see the difference in what a good company will bring to the table by talking to them.

Very good customer experience in all areas, starting with the sales person being very attentive and not push, to responsiveness and installation. This was a large project with 39 windows plus the front door; installation went smoothly with a very good and professional crew. The work place was clean and they made sure to leave it organized and clean at the end of each day. The product sold, Okna Enviro-Star Model 800 is very good. We are very happy with the product and the whole process of buying & installing with Pinnacle. We highly recommend them.

What a great experience with Pinnacle. Pablo and Rafael did a fantastic job of removing 40 year old windows and replacing with new Okna windows and a Provia front door. Very detailed and hard workers (from 8 AM to 7 PM). In the middle of their work I requested cladding on a bay window to match the new beautiful trim. They were very accommodating, as was Nancy on giving me a new estimate. The very poor company hired this summer to replace some rotted siding put trim over old trim on my bay window. Pablo and Rafael removed all to do the job right. Cannot tell you how impressed I am with Pinnacle and their attention to their customers. Thank you so much Pablo and Rafael!

This is the second home where we have used Pinnacle/Lee Fuller for replacement windows. At the last house, only a small handful of windows were replaced, and we were pleased with those. At this house, all of the windows, 27 in total, were replaced including a picture window as well as a large decorative window in the two-story foyer. Lee came out in April to give me an estimate on the project. I told him I was not planning to do anything until the fall, and I was not sure if I would do all of the windows or half now and half later. I had his quote the next day and felt that of the four companies I had talked with, I still liked Pinnacle and Lee the best; I did not feel that he was trying to pressure me in to anything like I had felt with some of the others (one guy wanted me to give him a check right there on the spot for $10K). Lee quoted me on the Okna 500 series window, and I was thrilled because I had been wanting to talk to an Okna dealer as my research had indicated that the Okna 500 and 800 series windows are some good windows. I did not know that Lee carried Okna, and I did not specify to him that I was looking for those in particular. I had seen Sunrise, Panorama, a locally manufactured brand, and Aeris/ProVia. I chose Pinnacle again because of Lee, our satisfaction with their work at the last house, and the Okna window reviews I had found. I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and have the whole house done at once. I did not want white windows showing from the street on my cream trimmed house, so I chose to pay extra to have the window trim color-matched to the house trim color; I also had interior windows that I wanted stain-matched to wood trim in the family room, so this was also an additional expense. Robert and Steve came out to do a second look and measurement before ordering the windows, and Robert helped me with the color selections for the outside and inside trim and stain matches. The biggest hiccup for me in the whole project was deciding what to do about the decorative window in the foyer. To get the same grid pattern in the window, the grids were going to have to be white on the interior, which was not a problem because it was white before, and the exterior, which gave me concern as I thought it was going to be a noticeable, glaring bright white showing on the outside against the the cream. Lee and I talked a couple of times about this, and since I wanted the same grid pattern, I decided to take a chance with the white inside/outside facing grids, and I am glad I did, as you cannot really tell a difference on the outside given the tint in the window, at least not enough to matter. When installation time came, Hector and his helper did a first-class job of everything. They installed all of the windows except the decorative one; a second full team, including Steve and Robert, came out on a Saturday morning and worked getting that big, heavy window out and the new one put in. We were all amazed at how well the interior and exterior color matching was. As I told them, I didn't really know what to expect on a project of this size, but everything had exceeded my expectations and went better than I could have imagined. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and I could not be happier. They truly did a quality job, and the house looks so much better without those gapping windows showing. It was also nice to stand at the kitchen window on a recent cold, windy day and not feel a breeze coming in from the outside; same situation in the family room--I no longer feel a draft blowing through the room. I also got rid of the old style windows with grids and went with no grids so that the plantation shutters inside could show better; the windows look far less "busy" across the front of the house without the all of the grid work and shutters showing street view. I highly recommend these folks, and if I ever do this again, they will be the ones I will call...but I do not plan on doing this again. Lee, Nancy, Steve, Robert and Hector were all great. the quality of the work and service all the way around were the best.

We could not be more happy with our ENTIRE experience with Pinnacle Window and Siding. John Fitzgerald was a very knowledgeable about all of their products and even brought the samples back a second time at our request so that we felt comfortable with our choices. Our windows arrived in the time frame promised; we did not pay one cent until the installation was completed to our satisfaction. Installation by Hector and Rafael was fantastic; the dynamic duo! Professional, friendly, thorough and detailed, they worked for 1 1/2 days to install the windows and complete the finishing. My husband, who is a very discerning critic, was totally impressed. He kept texting me about how wonderful everything looked and how pleasantly surprised he was that the installation was so smooth. We had a few windows with rotten wood; those were replaced at part of the installation, so no hidden or extra costs. At the end of the first day, I received a call from Pinnacle's owner, Lee Fuller, who wanted to check and make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I told him he has an A+ team and installation crew. Pinnacle Window and Siding (not to be confused with another company with a similar name and super cheapo products) is the best in metro Atlanta. Great job!

I am extremely happy with Pinnacle and our new windows. I chose Pinnacle after talking with multiple window replacement companies (a couple recommended by other friends). I liked their window options the most and felt they would do a good job and stand behind their windows and work. The Pinnacle salesman did a great job with showing me options and explaining all about the windows. We originally needed to replace a few windows but after choosing the windows, we decided to replace all of the windows in the house. It made a huge difference in the appearance of our home. The installers were amazing and very nice. They were very detail oriented in making sure the windows were in perfectly. They left all areas clean. They also left our alarm contacts just as we asked so they could be hooked up again by the alarm company. We were very impressed overall. All communications with this company have been great. I would highly recommend them.
