When Lee came out and did the presentation he was very laid back and not pushy, which we like. We did the shopping in February but did not do the job until September. We looked at a number of window companies but Pinnacle was the easiest to work with.

This is the second time I've used Lee and his team and I am so happy. The first time they replaced a palladium window with a broken seal. This time they replaced my back patio door, which was completely off center and an energy drain. In one month my energy bill dropped $250, with no change in outdoor temperature!! I found Lee on Angie's List and have a quote for every window/door that needs to be replaced in this house. I was honest and told him that I would never be able to afford to do it all at once and would need to stagger the projects out. He didn't flinch and responded with "my guys always need work". He came to my house when he said he would and didn't try to sell me the most expensive windows. In fact, he told me not to do them - they were unnecessary. Lee's entire staff is polite, curteous, and professional. Nancy always answers the phone and is a great asset to their team. I was home for the first job, but left my home unlocked for them to come and replace the back door while I was at work. Had it not been for a fabulous new door, there was absolutely no evidence anyone was there. I love that!! I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them until every window and door on this house is replaced. (and they are awesome with dogs!)

Estimator was professional and low key, not high pressure at all. Window order took about a month. Installation scheduling was done at my convenience. Crew arrived a little earlier that projected on the day of installation. The worked straight through, not stopping for lunch. My only area of disappointment was having to pay by check rather than credit card. It was explained that this helps keep costs lower. This was only a very minor issue.

I purchased new windows and doors for our home from Lee Fuller of Pinnacle Windows because I believe their products are the best and their prices are fair. The windows I purchased are all premium-quality, vinyl, double hung, double paned, with high energy efficiency and Argon UV and glare protective coating. Pinnacle Windows installed around 23 new windows including two large picture windows and four hand-crafted Provia doors with hardware. The price included expert installation and a transferable lifetime warranty on all of the windows,screens and doors.I appreciated Lee's highly-informative,"no-pressure to buy" sales presentation. Lee is an expert at all things windows and entry doors and he has a passion for what he does. He helped my husband and I to understand and appreciate many available window and door features. He provided us with expert guidance and gave us some good ideas that we had not previously considered. Before we placed our order, Lee and his installation experts came to our house and walked window-to-window and door-to-door with us to make sure every last detail was exactly as we wanted it. The 4-man crew were experts at their craft, completing the entire job in two days and leaving no mess behind. We are extremely satisfied with our beautiful, new, premium quality, energy efficient windows and doors. I think the price was commensurate with the quality. All of the new windows and doors came with a transferable lifetime warranty that also includes screen repairs. Lee sold me a gorgeous, handcrafted, Provia fiberglass door for our front entry at a fraction of the retail price. I honestly believe we have transformed our old house into a beautiful, energy efficient one thanks to Lee Fuller's helpful guidance and expertise. I highly recommend Pinnacle Windows for new windows and door products.

Called to request an estimate on a broken window and described the damage. The receptionist set up an appointment, I took time off work only to have the technician come to the house and tell me that the company only does window installation, not glass repair. He very politely explained that their receptionist was new, apologized and left.

Lee Fuller came out with 5 sample windows from a basic low cost option up to a top of the line window, all of which would qualify for the federal tax credit. He thoroughly explained the differences in each of the windows, and details of the installation process. There were no high pressure sales tactics to pick any particular window, or attempt to get me to sign a contract on the spot. Steve and Jason arrived on time the morning of the install and went right to work, and continued pretty much non-stop until they were finished. They were very professional and courteous. With the exception of one window which was the incorrect size, the job was finished in one day. The remaining window was re-ordered and installed a few weeks later without issue. The price from Pinnacle wasn't the cheapest of the qoutes we received, but the window we decided on was a superior window to what the other companies had proposed, so we feel it was money well spent. I would definately recommend Lee to anyone considering replacement windows.

We discovered some rotten wood around a few windows and decided that this would be a good time to replace a few, but not all, the windows in our home. Lee explained our options clearly and didn't pressure us into choosing the most expensive windows or replacing more windows than we could afford to replace. Once the windows arrived, we scheduled the installation, and the team showed up right on time, worked solidly through the morning, and cleaned up before they left. They also made sure we had the necessary paperwork to file for the tax credit. We are very happy with the look of the windows and are relieved to know that the rotten wood has been replaced. Of course, we are hoping to see a little energy savings as well. We'll get Pinnacle to replace the rest of our windows and our front door as soon as our budget permits

From the first call they were very nice and professional. We made an appointment for them to show us some samples. He was on time and very helpful. He measured the windows to give us a quote. When we decided on Pinnacle, the installer came out to verify the measurements. We were called when the windows came in to make arrangements for installation. The installers were here on time, worked quickly and left no mess. Plus they, and everyone we talked to, were very nice. We love our windows!

Lee Fuller came out and gave me an estimate and showed me examples of the windows provided, then we discussed my requirements. I was satisfied. The men arrived on time and completed the work efficiently, all in one day, and totally cleaned up afterward. Steve answered my questions and demonstrated the correct way to open the windows.

Lee Fuller is one of the best contractors that I have ever used. He is very patient, professional and detailed. The job was completed on time and turned out great.

The work was very satisfactory, they took the old windows out and put in the new. They came out to the house and showed us samples of the windows and helped us pick ours out.

They did a great job. I liked everything about them. They were quick and on time. They did what they said. We are happy with the result so far.

Got my estimate in November and selected them in early December. The windows were replaced in early January. The removal of the old window sashes went very smooth. The new windows were a perfect fit. Installation went very well with no issues at all. Everything was completely caulked and sealed. The door was replaced a week later. There was some rotten subfloor underneath the threshold that had to be replaced. They removed the old wood and replaced it at no extra charge and replaced the trim on the inside of the door. Cleanup was excellent and the windows and door look great!

Our experience with Pinnacle Windows and Siding was outstanding from start to finish. They exceeded our expectations. Every employee, Lee, Sandra, Steve and Jason were professional, friendly and prompt. We could not be more happy with the quality of windows. This is a company that really knows how to provide excellent service to their customers.

Our experience was uneventful and everything ran like clockwork. I would recommend this company to everyone I know.

If Angie?s List allowed reviewers to give an A++ I would give one to Pinnacle Windows. Their customer service is outstanding and their products are great. Pinnacle worked with me to find a convenient time for both of us to have my windows installed. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. And there was no mess to clean up after the installation - they put my blinds and curtains back in place. The price ended up being exactly what was quoted so there was no surprise. When they were putting in my kitchen window they broke my kitchen faucet. They paid for a new faucet and replacement by a plumber without my having to push them! Pinnacle is an owner operated company and they take customer service seriously. Every time I called someone answered the phone - half the time it was Lee Fuller the owner. These days that means a lot. Oh and the windows have been great too - less street noise, no more drafts and I can clean them easily.

I called 3 different window replacement companies for quotes, and choose Pinnacle. All the quotes were close to eachother, and Pinnacle was actually the highest. But Pinnacle was the only company that didn't use subs, which gave me more confidence in their work. They did a great job overall. Robert and his 2 associates actually showed up early each day, were very professional, cleaned up after each window replacement, and hauled away all the old debris. When they left, the only thing way you knew they were here was my new windows. And they are beautiful!

We were satisfied with their presentation, and we just haven't made a decision yet. They had excellent examples of everything they showed us.

They were good and I?d use them again in the future.

Mr. Fuller brought us samples of his full line, from cheaper to his best, in the vinyl category that we requested. He explained the differences, with no undue pressure to select the best. (He had more selection and thorough explanation of differences than other contractors.) We selected a better grade and are very happy with the product. Installation crew was efficient and conscientious. They install mostly from the outside, which may may have plus and minus points depending on the house & they can explain their theory about this. If there is any minor flaw, it would be that an oddity of my house trimming resulted in an awkward fit of their aluminum trim at one very small area--again, very minor, and still well caulked against the weather (the best caulk too). Overall, a job very well done, and a great smoothly operating consistent window. If I can afford the windows in the future for the back of my house (we only did the front) I would call them to do it.

The installation went very well. The workers did an excellent job of keeping the areas they worked in clean and it was hard to tell they had been there in the end. The workmanship is very high quality. I was told work would start at 7:30 am and on the first day this did not occur because it was first day of school. Completely understandable for a Dad to be there for that event but I was informed after the fact so it was too late to change my morning plans. The next day they were very prompt. The prices were much higher than a quote I received from another company - $50 per window higher ($1000 total in my case). I was convinced that this was the difference in the installation The installation was very good so that may be the case. Still that is a big difference. When I updated my order to remove two windows, the credit was smaller than I expected per window. When I asked for an itemized invoice to understand why, I learned that they never give the per window price. They did give me a larger adjustment in the end. The only other disappointment was that I wanted the windows installed three weeks after the order. They promised they would shoot for this. It may have been that my order adjustment (removal of two windows) slowed things down but when it wasn't going to happen on the target week no one called me to tell me. Overall I am satisfied but for this kind of money - I expect a lot.

They have been great and I have also recommended them to a couple of people. They were always prompt and knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of the doors. The crew that they sent out was great. We had more wood rot on the doors than we realized and they spent all day till they got it right. They had everything that needed to be fixed and were fantastic.

They are very good and pleasant people. They were out here on time and everything went smooth. There wasn't any high pressure sales.

Robert was in charge of the installation and in fact did almost all the work himself with his brother acting as his go-for. It was an excellent experience. Lee is very easy to deal with, he even loaned me a window sample to show my wife as she was not home to see his presentation. The windows I chose were the most expensive he had but not the most expensive I was shown by other vendors. Herein lies the problem in buying windows this way. They all look some 95% identical, but it is the 5% difference that makes all the difference in the world. I was given quotes that came in at 1/2 of Lee's quotes and some that came in much higher, but when I went and did the research to determine why the price difference, it became obvious. Lee was the only vendors that carried more than one brand of window sample with him for his presentation. He had about 7 different makes. They went from low end and inexpensive to the top of the line, and of course, more money. But you really need to do your research if you want to get good quality windows, not just the cheapest. So Robert came out and measured the windows, came right when he said he would, showed up on the installation day at the appointed time, ran into a little snag by not having the correct color aluminum wrap, but it did not delay us too much. He took 1.5 days to do the work. The aluminum wrap looks much better than it sounds, very clean. Robert ran into a bit more window sill rot than he expected, as you could not see the rot until he removed the old windows. He didn't even blink; he went right to work replacing the entire window sill and did a great job. Robert did a great job and I can highly recommend him. I took time off work to watch the process and he didn?t have any problem with my hovering. They did a clean, fast, good looking job. I highly recommend Lee and Robert!
