I did several comparisons with other window companies, both to compare prices and to see how I liked each company. It came down to Pinnacle and one other, but for the price and quality product we were getting, we decided to go with Pinnacle. The process went smoothly after we made the decision to go with Pinnacle. Talked with Bob and Lee extensively about our options; both were very knowledgable and professional in offering the pros and cons of our options. Steve arrived early the day of the install and, although it took much longer than they had estimated, I was relieved and impressed that he wanted to take the time to do the job right the first time instead of rushing to get it done. Great company and staff; I wouldn't hestitate to use them again in the future.

Our experience with Pinnacle Windows and Siding was outstanding from start to finish. Steve and Jason arrived promptly on the morning of the install, then worked non-stop until the job was completed. They were very professional and courteous – they even washed the windows and took time with us going over the warranty information. Lee stopped by while the work was being performed and showed us how to operate the new windows. The quote we received from Pinnacle was lower than two others we had obtained, and we believed we were getting a superior window to what the other companies had proposed. We feel we made an excellent decision in choosing Pinnacle and would not hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone considering replacement windows. In fact, I’ve already had a request for his contact information from a neighbor.

The job went very well. They have quality products and they are very efficient windows for keeping in the cool air and keeping out the hot air and vice-a-verse. They were top of the line products. The work was done very efficiently. They cleaned up well behind themselves. They were very professional. The owner even called back to verify that everything was done correctly and to see if I needed anything else. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

I decided that after 15-20 years, it was time to replace the original aluminum windows. I had 18 windows in my home I wanted to replace so I started my search using the Home Reports guide, Kudzu and Angie's to get a list of recommended vendors. I picked about 10 to talk to and in about two weeks narrowed it down to 5 vendors and that?s when the fun started. I am the type of customer that asks lots of questions and compare every window at every level/metric to get the bottom line in respect to quality and value. I?m a software QA engineer so I can be very anal when it comes to trying to determine which window will work with our budget while ensuring that we get a high quality product. Well after about 4-6 weeks of making the sales guys crazy I decided to go with Pinnacle and Soft-Lite windows for the following reason; 1. Bob the sales guys never tried to pressure use and always made the time to answer our question no matter how loaded or challenging the question might be. An example was when I asked him why I should spend more for using a credit card instead of using cash. I expected him to fold but he stuck to his guns and explained that it was a cost to them they just could not absorb since their estimate to me was already their bottom line. I can respect that. 2. It was amazing how many of the vendors would bad-mouth their competition. I even had one vendor ?Davis Windows? tell me that I should consider the age of the Pinnacle owner because the Pinnacle business may not be around if the owner retires. Well that coupled with some other comments ended my consideration for them. Not once did Bob the Pinnacle sales guy say anything personal or negative about another vendor. He only spoke to the quality of workmanship of his windows and company. 3. Bob brought out and left his samples with me for several days so I could do a one-to-one comparison of the other windows which I could only get for an hour here and there. He did miscount one window but to his credit he made it right. 4. Nancy, the brains at their office was a real pleasure to work with. She walked me through the whole process of scheduling, payment and listened to my crummy jokes. Then when the magic day arrived to install the windows the crew showed up on time and the lead installer talked me through the process of what they would be doing. Well the first window proved to be a challenge. In fact they said all the windows would be installed in two days but two hours later they got the first window done so I thought, two days, no way. Well then they hit a snag when it was determined that the manufacturer of the windows did not send the special color caulking so instead of going out and purchasing another cheaper product which probably would not match the color, Pinnacle informed us of the problem and said that we would need to delay until they could get the proper caulking from the manufacturer. So about a week later Pinnacle called, said they had the proper caulking and rescheduled the installation. Once again they arrived on time, told me the process and then finished the job in two days. They then had my wife open and close every window just to make sure she could do it and also showed her how to open the windows for cleaning. Then the lead installer sat me down and went over all of the warranty info for the manufacturer, their warranty and even gave us a letter that would have a window cleaner come out to do a free cleaning of all of the new windows. Now that I didn?t expect. Then of course I would add to their headaches when just the day before they were done I find out that our credit card had been hacked so I had to get replacements FedEx to me but that meant they had to wait an extra two days to get paid. They didn?t complain or give me question me on the matter and then didn?t even call me two days later. I called them and they were just so ?No Big Deal? about it. So the bottom line is that you will not go wrong using this company. I highly recommend them because their windows and service are extremely high quality and good value for the money.

I was very pleased with the overall experience. We had been wanting to replace our windows for six years and finally decided this would be the year to do it. We had some of the window companies that you see at the home shows come out and gave us the SAME estimated price for just two bedrooms and a bathroom. I just knew there had to be a better way to replace our windows. Bob Weber was our rep and he did a excellent job in explaining the different windows Pinnacle carried. He made multiple trips out to our house to explain the windows again and rework our estimate. I kept adding more windows, because of the price. We narrowed it down to Pinnacle and North Georgia Windows (which I really really liked too). It was a very hard decision. I even had a hard time calling NG Window to tell them we were going with another company. Pinnacle's estimate was $500 more and NG Windows had an interest free payment plan, but it was the Simonton window that sold us. I had researched the two different windows and they were both very comparable to each other, but I kept going back to the Simonton windows. The big day came and I was amazed that they had installed almost all of the windows by the time I came home from work. They really did a great job. They had to come back the next day to replace the other bedroom picture window (because there was more wood frame damage) and they were in and out quickly. There is not much to write about the installation because it went so smoothly. When we wrote the check to them, the final price ended up being $500 less then the original estimate. Then after the owner called me to see how things went, he found out we were an Angie's list subscriber and sent us a $250 refund. So, in the end my windows were less then what I had been debating about with NG Windows. The only thing I WISH Pinnacle had was an interest free payment plan, because writing the two checks out (deposit and final) wiped our savings out (that was one of the things I really debated hard about). I didn't want to charge it, because there was a processing fee using a credit card. We really like our windows and have noticed a difference, because the bedrooms take a direct hit from the sun in the afternoon and our bedrooms are a lot cooler than before. I will use Pinnacle in the future, because I have 14 windows in the sunroom and 2 in the basement to replace.

Pinnacle Window & Siding Co. sent out their sales man first and we decided to go for a top of the line windows because our 34 year old house didn’t even have double pane windows. The salesman showed us four different selections. He was very knowledgeable about the product that we ended up buying. We were really very impressed with their price. Another company had quoted us about $6000 higher than what Pinnacle Window & Siding Co. ended up quoting us. The windows arrived a week earlier than expected but we preferred to stick to the original appointment we had agreed upon with them. They measured each window individually and custom made it for the house. They are a family business. The installers were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely accommodating. They worked quietly and just did their job well. The windows look absolutely beautiful. They did a fabulous job and the product was also fabulous. I feel that the house has a different feel now after the new windows have been put in. It’s quieter and that’s probably because there are no leaks for any air to get in. So we are expecting to see a remarkable difference in our utility bill too. Pinnacle Window & Siding Co. also provided us with a free window cleaning service after the install. I would use them again in the future.

They did a great job and were very responsive. Lee came out himself several times to answer my questions. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look great. They offered a higher quality window for a lower price than the other companies that I contacted.

I liked the way the sounded to me over the phone and how they sounded, they were informative and upfront with the pricing. But I ended up going with a friend to do the work instead of hiring someone.

Timely estimate, knowedgeable owner who came out and spent the time to go through the process and show all the products, windows installed on time and very professionally done.

Sales & installation experience were very straightforward. The staff has great attention to detail and offer a wide array of products. This is important as we have noisy train tracks right behind our house and this room will be the nursery for our child.

Pinnacle Windows is one of my favorite companies of all time. Lee Fuller and his staff (Nancy, Steve and Jason) are top notch... they are all prompt, professional and very nice people. We've been replacing windows in batches and this was the second set of windows that Pinnacle Windows replaced. I went with Lee Fuller's suggestion as to what window would look best in our house and am very happy with the results. The windows look fantastic both inside and out. I could also tell a big difference in the rooms that had the new windows this past winter as they retained heat much better than rooms with the old windows. I highly recommend this company!

Now that the job is done I probably should have used them but there was some extra work that had to be done that they weren't going to do. It was some extra framing work that had to be done or so I thought because I had some rotten on my old windows. They said that if they get in there and tear the window out, you need extra framing work and somebody else would have to do that because they were not prepared to do that. I guess they just do the main framing work but I needed some repairs on the boxes and it ended up that I really didn't need that much. They probably could have done it but at that time I was worried so I didn't use them. They were very good, responsive and straight forward with their work.

I liked them because they were a local company. They had great ratings on Angie?s List. They were very professional. They were not the least expensive, but they were competitive. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We did part of the house back in the Fall, and we plan to use them in the Spring for the the other part of the house. The price was fair. We had 3-4 people give us quotes and they were right in line with everyone else. Their quality of service was above and beyond. We felt like their customer service and interaction was above and beyond everyone else. They were here within 24-48 hours after we called them.

Provided a great solution to dampen the noise from a busy road outside our bedroom window. We have been living with it now for more than 6 months and its been one of the best purchases we've made in a long time- we were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of the company. Windows were installed in a few hours, but we did have to wait a month or so for the custom windows to come in from Europe. From the estimate to the install to the months of use, we were fully pleased as a customer and are planning on calling them in the future for further work. We believe we were honestly given opinions from the company,and they did not try to up-sell us or tell us we needed to replace the small windows on top which would have greatly increased the cost but would not have done anything to reduce the noise. They were interested in solving our problem in the best way for us, and that made the experience great.

The owner of the company, Lee Fuller, came out with several samples of windows to help us make our decision. He had a range of quality to give us a range of prices. He was very professional and was not pushy for a decision. He left us with several different options and asked us to call him when we make a decision. We chose a quality window which was at the higher end of the price range and also chose windows with the grid inside of the glass for the front of the house, 13 windows, which added to the price. The installation process went very smooth, as the installers were professional and very courteous and cleaned up their mess as they went along. It has been over two years since installation and we are still very happy with the windows and it also improved the sound and temperature insulation of the house.

The job went very well. They were professional and on time. You can rely on there quality and work.

I had to contact them twice to come out and schedule an appointment. They seemed to have good recommendations. I had to leave a message. I wanted them to come out and give me an estimate on window replacement/repair. However, I never heard back from them. Their service and their response to me were terrible. Nobody ever answered my calls. I will not contact them again in the future.

So we set up an appointment with a rep. from this company. He was puncutal; but unfortunately, my husband and I were not. An emergency came up and we had to go tend to business elsewhere. BUT my mother was at my house so she let the rep. inside our home and our sunroom. He looked at our sunroom and gave us a call and we explained what we wanted to do with the windows in the sunroom via telephone. He said that we'd have a quote in two a three days. We never got a quote; and we kept calling the company to see if he could send us a quote but the rep. never called us back.

Pinnacle Window & Siding gave us a discount because we accidentally got dropped from the calling list so he gave us a $125 discount. I dealt with Lee and he never asked for a deposit or anything even though we had a custom door made. I would recommend him to anybody. The house is very old and not everything is level and they went to the extra extremes to make sure that it was properly installed and they also worked in some awful conditions. I called them a few weeks after because I was having difficulty opening the door and the same people came out to fix it. The door is an excellent door and we can tell that the room is warmer now.

It took me a couple of years to finally decide on replacement windows and a company to do the installation because I was very concerned about such a big investment. I was really impressed by Lee's no-pressure informative approach, and willingness to come out twice. Nancy was very helpful and patient with placing the order and working around my schedule for the installation. The installers were very professional, hardworking and pleasant. I love the window's Lee helped me decide on, and feel I chose the right company for the job. I still have the front of my house to do and I'm sure I will use this company.

They were very courteous and friendly. They did a great job and cleaned up their mess afterward. The windows look great.

Mr Lee (the owner) came and showed the Simonton and Soft Lite window pros and cons. After doing elaborate research we decided to go with Soft Lite windows. Once we finalized our decision Steve came and measured the window openings and placed the order. It can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for the windows to come. Once the windows came we were informed and a date to install was fixed. They give you at least a week's time to decide on the day and time for them to come out and install the windows. They worked with us on changing the day of the original install due to bad weather. They replaced any and all rotten wood they found around the window openings before installing the new windows. They capped all the window frames on the outside, with metal. After the job was complete they put all the blinds back in its original place and cleaned any window trim with dirt marks. They cleaned all the work area inside/outside the house before they left. They even helped me fix my front door air leak problem without charge. Before leaving they went over the paper work and any questions we had regarding warranty or windows. Tip - your windows are only as good as how well they are installed (something I found out through my research).

This job was slightly more expensive than another quote I got, but I thought the quality of the product was better. They gave me references in the local area and these people were very helpful in my decision process. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product, installation and price.

I was very happy with the workmanship from start to finish. Lee Fuller the owner of Pinnacle Windows and siding was just as picky as I was in regards to detail and workmanship. The boards are all very tight with some gaps nearly invisible. Chaulking job was excellent. On final inspection Lee was unhappy with a replacement header board of garage doors and sent his crew back out to resand a rough spot near a knot and smoothed out with a wood caulking and repainted. I used Pinnacle two years ago they replaced 21 windows in my house my complete satisfaction with that project made my siding decision an easy one. Anyone is invited to call or stop by to look at Pinnacle's work. I highly recommend them.
