I have to say that everyone that I dealt with at Pinnacle was polite, professional, and punctual. The gentleman who came out to give me an estimate was very thorough and was more than happy to give an estimate for replacing all windows, or just the front windows. At the time that was scheduled, Steve showed up and they got to work. They replaced all windows in about 3 hours. Their clean up was immaculate! I love my windows and think that they improve the looks of my house so much! I plan on eventually replacing the remaining windows as my budget allows me and I know without a doubt that I will use Pinnacle again!

The Pinnacle team is first class all the way around. Over a year ago I had used another replacement window company that I heard on the radio and the difference between that company and Pinnacle is night and day. The windows are high quality and the customer service is even higher quality. The installers do great work, clean up after themselves, are friendly, and always on time. There was a slight mix up in the windows that came to the house and the Owner, Lee, took care of the problem right away and wanted to make everything right. I could not have been more happy with how easy it was to do business with pinnacle. You may find a cheaper window out there but you never know if it is installed correctly. With pinnacle I have absolutely no concerns and will call them again if I ever need new windows for investment property or a new home.

We contacted the company through Angie's list and received a prompt reply to our email inquiry. Bob came to our home and presented us with three window options/grades of window. He was thorough in his explanation of the pros and cons of each option and spent a great deal of time educating us in window attributes. We walked the house, room by room, and discussed options. In some cases, we replaced two windows with one larger one. For our two architecturally shaped windows, he recommended we downgrade to the next level of quality window as those would never open. A quote was emailed to us within a few days and an order was placed. The most difficult part of this entire process was working with our HOA to gain approval to have the windows replaced. Pinnacle was very patient and understanding. All contact withthe office was made with Lee and Nancy. They too were a pleasure to work with. Steve came out to confirm measurements and double-checked each componet on the order. As each window was custom made the existing openings, I was very glad this step was not omitted. Our installation was scheduled for three days in mid-August. Instead of a crew of two, what seemed like a small army of skilled craftsmen arrived and got right to work. Steve, Hamlet, Rocky, and Jason worked in concert; with one staying insidethe house and the other three working high and low on the exterior. After day one, 75% of the windows had been installed. Work was completed on day two. The crew cleaned up all debris as they went and could not have exercised more care if this had been their home. One of our goals in this project was to improve the energy efficiency of the home. I was anxious to see how much wood rot they would discover and home well they would insulate and caulk. No rot was discovered (thank goodness) which helped to expedite the total installation. The windows are in, plumb, caulked, and sealed. Beyond looking great, the house is quieter. We are amazed at the immediate change in temperature - we can feel the coolness of the AC when it comes on now in the family room. Before, we knew the AC was on but did not feel the cool "blast" when it started up. We opted for the higher end window option and fully understood up front we would be making a major investment. The all-inclusive price (labor, materials, disposal of old windows) was convenient but I would have liked to have been provided with a more detailed breakdown of fees. As an example, the price included repair or replacement of all rotted wood. While none was found, this was a savings in labor for Pinnacle but none of that was shared with the consumer. Legend has it that Lee (the owner) will buy any of his employees lunch if their name is mentioned in a review. For the sake of the crew that did such a fantastic job at our home, I hope you get a nice dinner instead! Our overall experience was exceptional and right in line with the hundred or so other reviews you will read on Angie's List. We endorse them with enthusiasm.

From the day Lee walked in with samples, photos of jobs they had done, and reviews, it was like having someone you've known all your life solving your problem. No pressure, just honest and reliable advice and choices.After talking to Lee and seeing his low key, awesome presentation we knew who we wanted.It only got better after we signed the agreement.The crew was on time, great guys that knew exactly what they were doing and couldn't have done a better job. After contacting three window replacement companies, we decided to go with Pinnacle Window and Siding. Their salesman, Bob Weber, was prompt and professional. He spent time explaining the difference between window styles and glass options. He answered all our questions in a thoughtful manner. When we decided to order through Bob, he said it could take 4-6 weeks, but the windows arrived in three weeks. The installation was held up due to rainy weather, but we finally had them installed Aug. 1 by Steve, Hamlet and their crew. These guys were terrific. They explained what they would be doing and encouraged me to ask questions. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left behind no mess. After the installation was complete, they explained the proper way to operate the windows. I don't think we have ever worked with a nicer group of professionals.

A week ago, Pinnacle Window and Siding Co. installed four new windows for me. The old wooden ones had been weathered severely and were replaced with Vinyl windows. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service I received. During the planning stage, I received good information with several window samples brought to my my house, so I could feel that I had all the facts presented to me, in order to make up my mind. The owner and employees were always knowledgeable, friendly and professional in their interactions with me. The actual old window removal and new vinyl window installment was done by a skillful team of three men who worked together very well and fairly quickly, doing most of the work from the outside-in. Steve and his colleagues were careful inside the house and cleaned up the debris from the outside very efficiently. My new windows look beautiful and are easy to open and clean.I would like to add to that, that I had used the same company for a prior installment/replacement of my front door two years ago-and had been pleased with that experience too. Let me start with saying that my experience with ALL of the other major window companies was horrible. I called Pinnacle because I was at my wits end, and having read other reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give them a try. They are a wonderful company. From the first phone call to the installation, the experience was professional, courteous, and a breath of fresh air. There was no high pressure sales tactics, and I really appreciated that. The install of the 6 windows took less than one day. The guys doing the install were professional and friendly. The results were better than I expected. I ordered 4 more windows to be installed from them, and I would recommend this company without hesitation. Price was very important to me, and the cost was more than competitive. All in all, I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone, and I do without hesitation.

i had 21 windows replaced. Awesome experience from the quote (no pressure sales, just a very knowledgeable explanation of the product and a personalized choice of what to use on the job) to the install. The installation was quick and clean. The windows look great. Lee has been in the business a long time and loves what he does. I enjoyed everything he was willing to tell me and felt like I was in good hands from the start. Steve is easy going and the installation was flawless. Although there was an initial problem with the manufacturer of the windows, they quickly recognized it and handled everything well. I could not be happier. They were very professional from the owner down to the installers. They did very meticulous, neat work when putting in the windows. I compared their price to others and they were right in line. They were by far the best after talking to other companies. They had the best reputation, which clearly showed in the job they did. I am planning on doing additional windows with them.

After reading the above review, the manager, Lee, called to talk more about this. He was very professional, extremely apologetic, and absolutely sincere. He and I both agreed that communication and understanding lapsed on both sides. He seemed serious about talking frankly about how he can improve for future customer encounters and asked thoughtful questions about how to approach a discussion with the sales rep with whom we had worked. I assured Lee that the sales rep demonstrated a deep understanding of the company's products and services and felt confident that he needed no additional training in that realm. Lee did not even attempt be "sales-y" by asking "what can I do to change your mind and have Pinnacle do the work for you?" In fact, he stated that he was "sure that the company we chose will do a quality job for us" and he wished us luck with the project. I appreciate Pinnacle's overall professionalism and am sure that they can deliver a quality experience!

I met with Lee Fuller (owner) of Pinnacle Windows to obtain an estimate on replacing single pane (with grids) wooden windows with double pane insulated vinyl windows (no grids). Mr. Fuller's professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm towards our project was very evident from the moment we met. After meeting with several companies, I selected the Elements Soft-Lite windows represented only by Pinnacle Windows. Our older French doors were replaced with ProVia doors. Due to the size of our home and the total number of windows, my husband and I decided to replace the windows in two phases. Phase one included 36 windows on the backside of our home which were in more need of attention as well as all four sets of French doors. Upon receipt of the windows and doors, Nancy called to set up the initial installation date. Steve and Hamlet arrived Monday as scheduled and had the windows and doors replaced in five days. Their teamwork made the replacement non-invasive as possible. They were conscientious about window treatments, debris removal and making sure my two dogs could not be harmed or accidentally allowed outside of our home or fenced area. We did not pay the first penny until the work was completely finished to their high standards! It is also important to note that my security company praised the work done by Pinnacle Window upon their visit to reestablish the alarm connections. I love my new windows and am looking forward to Phase two! I HIGHLY recommend this company! You will find none better!

The crew showed up on time and introduced themselves. They started work and I rarely knew they were on the premises. They asked questions when needed. They removed window treatments and did exactly what I wanted. They installed the 11 windows and completely redid both back doors and re-installed the storm doors. After all the installation was done, they cleaned up any mess. Everything was left just the way it was when they arrived just with gorgeous new windows and doors. The presentation of their products was well done, and we quickly received an estimate. The large order took several weeks to manufacture and installation was completed in 3 days. We like the way all exterior wood was carefully covered, because we had had previous problems with wood rot.The house is definitely more comfortable and the added benefit of much less dust on interior surfaces is great! We must have had some serious air leaks that we were not aware of. Steve and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional, cleaning and removing all construction debris as they went. They re-installed the 2 storm doors that we already had, and left them in much better shape than they found them. Since Pinnacle and Lee Fuller have been in business for so many years, I trust that if we ever have problems, they will quickly respond. The installers take great pride in their work, a quality that seems to be hard to find these days.

From the moment Lee showed up at our house with window samples until the moment the installers left, we had an excellent experience, probably our best ever with a contractor. There were no negatives. Our windows had lost their seal and we needed new ones. Lee showed us several samples and put no pressure on us to buy the most expensive ones, or, indeed, any of them. We wound up choosing his best ones because of their build quality and potential noise-reducing and heat-blocking qualities. The difference in noise and heat transfer was immediately apparent and we're very happy with the new windows. We were also surprised by the low price. Pinnacle also brought and installed a new back door and it's now the only door we have that shuts solidly. The installers were very professional and got along well with our two dogs. I can't imagine how Pinnacle could have done a better job. We plan to have them replace our front door in the future. Very highly recommended!

All windows and old trim were removed. New windows, trim, caulk were installed. Old doors and trim were removed, new doors and trim was installed to add architectural interest. The work was done in sections. They only removed a window when they were ready to install the new one. A person was always available to clean up the site immediately. There was no damage to any existing surrounding structure or landscaping. The employees were extremely adept at all the aspects of installation including adding extra insulation around the new windows before trim or caulk was applied. At the end of every day the site and home was in great shape. The owner Lee Fuller was in charge of all aspects of this project and was easy to reach by phone anytime I wanted to check on arrival of doors, etc. I would highly recommend this company. We had several companies out for viewing their products and estimates. Pinnacle offered the best window for UV protection and heat/cold reflection of any company. They carry all lines of windows and price ranges. We chose the very best for us because I now don't have to cover my windows with blinds half of every day to protect my oriental rugs, draperies, and wood floors from fading and sun damage. We couldn't be more pleased. Our home is only 11 years old, but the builder had installed his own windows; these had significant rotting issues in many places. Now no more worry about that ever happening again, and the home is sealed so much better that I don't feel the cold sinking temperatures in the home at all. We have had many compliments by neighbors and friends.

While Pinnacle wasn't the least expensive (wasn't the most expensive either), it is definitely true that you get what you pay for. What I got was outstanding customer service, the best windows on the market, and a first-rate installation. Everything about Pinnacle?the people, the products, and the labor?is exceptional. Lee Fuller, the owner, came to give the estimate. He showed me three different window options ?good, better, and best ? and never once tried to persuade me to pick one over the other; he just explained all of the features and benefits of each in detail. Lee's integrity and knowledge of windows is truly second to none. Nancy, the woman who runs the joint, was super-friendly and very helpful every time we spoke. She was always available when I called with questions and also called me on several occasions to keep me updated on where we were in the process. The installers, Steve, Hamlet, and Cody, are truly experts at their craft. In addition to their top-quality work, they were very respectful of my home, cleaned up all of the construction debris, and put back everything they had to move. The new windows and doors are fantastic too! I initially thought that any new windows would be an improvement. I don't know whether or not that's actually true, but I'm so glad I decided to spend a little bit more to get the Soft-Lite Elements windows. My energy bills are already showing a savings and even with the cold weather we've had lately, I haven't had to use space heaters to help keep my house warm. And they look wonderful too!! A week or two after the work was completed and paid for, Lee called to make sure I was happy with everything and to let me know that they're only a phone call away if any issues arise. Considering the quality of the product and the installation, I really don't think I'll have any problems, but I'm confident they'll be here ASAP if I ever do. I decided to go with Pinnacle Window & Siding Company after reading numerous reviews on various websites. I believe you can find high quality windows with various companies, however I was looking for a company that would have high quality installation which I believe is more difficult to find. Everyone I dealt with at Pinnacle was very professional and friendly from start to finish. This was my first time purchasing windows and they made the process very easy and hassle free. They did an excellent job with the installation which was my primary concern -- no issues at all -- and I've had the windows for almost 4 months now! They also did a good job with the front door installation. They took their time to make sure it was done correctly. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone who wants quality windows and installation.

We just moved in to a new home in Atlanta from another state. The house is a "fixer-upper" to say the least. The windows in the home were very old single pane windows that needed to be replaced with more efficient windows. We went through four sets of estimates from different vendors and came across Pinnacle via Angies List. Pinnacle was the last group wte looked at from the four. What sets Pinnacle apart from other window companies is that they took the extra time to talk about the quality of the windows and the differences between them. They educated us on the various types of windows and why they are constructed the way they are. Even after our initial consultation, they answered different follow-up questions my wife and I had. Other Larger Home improvement companies just ran us through the other windows looking for the sale without fully educating the consumer. The most important part was the price. There price was the most resonable we've seen to date. They had to reschedule us due to weather, which was perfectly understandable and called a few times to let us know they when the product was ordered, arrived and ready for shipment. This is was key for us. When we called to check in they were always very polite. It took two days to for installation. The three man team worked efficiently to get it all done correctly with little hastle. They were meticulous in the details during the installation. The three man team cleaned up quickly and left nothing behind. This was the most amazing part separate of the quality work that was done. Overall, We would use them and recommend them to anyone looking to get windows done for their home. Finally, they called to let us know if we had any issues to call right away and they would come back to make sure the job was done correctly. Steve and his team get a double thumbs up! Great work!

I chose Pinnacle windows to install 17 replacement windows in my 1950 brick home. From the moment Lee Fuller showed up to give me a quote I was impressed with his company. There was no pressure to buy only a full demonstration of several windows he carries. After a few days we placed our order and Steve Stephens the installer came out for the final measurements. The scheduled day of the install came and the crew showed up on time and did a wonderfully professional and detailed installation of all 17 windows. When they were finished for the day they had replaced everything they had to move inside my house. They returned the next day to complete the install by sealing and wrapping all the windows. They took their time with this and the quality of the work shows it is amazing! It is much better than some wraps I have seen on other windows. The wrap really makes the windows visually pop. Lee Fuller called a week later just to be sure I was satisfied with the windows and the install and to let me know that should anything come up don't hesitate to give them a call and they will take care of it. I now wish I had replaced my old mildewed single panes long ago the Soft-lite Elements window I choose is so much cleaner and more energy efficient. A great window with a great installation by a company the seems to be run the way I would run the company both before and after the sell...treat your customers the way you would want to be treated and take no shortcuts on the installation. What more could I ask for.

The installation of my windows went very well. Steve and his crew showed up and immediately began unpacking the windows and assessing the current windows to determine how they would be removed. The project took two days to complete, which is what was originally estimated. Steve and the crew were very respectful of my home and property and did an excellent job installing my windows. I observed the entire project and watched Steve as he meticulously cut each piece of window cladding by hand to make sure that it fit the exact contour of my siding. Steve was very flexible and worked with me as issues came up to make me aware and ensure that I would be happy with the final product. After I had my windows installed, I also had my house painted. Steve came back to my house a couple weeks later and repaired a piece of window trim that got damaged while the painters were fixing the siding. Overall, my experience with Pinnacle was excellent and each person that I interacted with was extremely pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone and will use them again in the future if I need for windows.

Their window prices are very competitive but my project involved more than just windows. I know that they would have done a great job. I just felt that they are more centered on windows rather than the extra work.
