Lee's team of installers was professional, punctual, and very very neat. We were so pleased with the job they did last fall, I hired them again today. We chose a top rated Simonton window and have been very happy. They are so much more efficient than our originally installed windows. I would highly recommend Lee Fuller and Pinnacle Windows to anyone that is considering replacing their windows. You will get a fair and honest price, and a top quality product with a top quality installation team.

Everything went exactly as planned. They kept us up to date on when the windows would come in from the manufacturer and then were even able to install them earlier than was originally planned. They did a fantastic job. The installation was superior and we are completely satisfied. They cleaned up everything and took away all of the old windows and all trash from the job. It was like they were never here except we have completely new top of the line windows now! I would recommend this company to everyone!

These guys are wonderful. They put in new windows and doors on the front side of my house about a year and a half ago. I had them back to do all the windows and most doors on the back of my house this time. Just like first time they were respectful, quick, neat and just overall professional. When they put the cladding on the trim it did not match the front of the house even though they were the same color. Lee and Steve spent the next day trying to figure out what the problem was and figured out that they had changed suppliers after the first job. They went to the old supplier (at 6 am I think) and got the exact cladding. This meant they tore off some of the work they had just completed to redo it. They did this with a great attitude about making the job perfect.

I can't say enough about the services provided by Pinnacle. Dennis, the salesman was very and professional and helpful. He did an excellent job explaining the options and helping us choose which sliding glass door and replacement windows were best for our house. He didn't put any pressure on us to buy but waited for us to make a decision. The two installers, Robert and Kevin, showed up on time, knew what they were doing, and did an excellent job. As my mom would say, they worked at a run (worked hard all day). They were very polite and professional. The door and windows look great and really improve the look of our house. My wife and I can't believe how much light the new windows let in and how easy they are to open and close. We wished we had done this many years ago. If we every buy another home, we'll definitely use Pinnacle. Thank you Dennis, Robert and Kevin for the quality product and services you provided!

1) Sales Dennis Williams is a very professional salesperson. He was the only salesperson that brought samples for hands-on review. His follow-up was timely and beneficial. We were able to benefit from a $250 coupon found on Angie's List Production was well within the projected timeframe. Dennis also called to follow-up after the installation. 2) Installation Robert and crew (total of 3) arrived within the appointed time frame Robert ran into some unexpected construction difficulties that extended the installation time to 10 hours. The crew worked all day without taking a break while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. The workmanship and the cleanup were excellent. When the work was complete we hated to cover it up with the required window treatments. 3) Warranties We received written lifetime warranties on product and workmanship Frank & Monica Crail

Thet were just terrific. Very patient, very accommodating, extremely well versed in windows. No money up front - and no payment at all until I am 100% satisfied. Honor / respect / integrity. They did what they said they would do! I simply could not give them a better recommendation.

When I hear glowing reviews of companies, I tend to take it all with a grain of salt. I mean. this is 2013, and nobody treats anyone that well anymore - right? I hope those reading this will take this at face value, from the first sales visit through the installation, the entire company was outstanding. They had 5+ windows to choose from that met my general requirements, the salesman Dennis (?) went through all the features of each and the associated pricing. This was my 5th visit from window suppliers including Home Depot, Sears, and Window World. And I had spent over 20 hours researching this purchase on-line. My concern was getting a good window, paying a fair price, having them measured accurately and installed correctly. I immediately felt comfortable that Pinnacle took the measurements and installation as seriously as I did. Dennis took measurements for pricing and Steve, one of the installers, took the measurements for ordering. I signed a contract, was not asked to provide any deposit, and the windows were ordered. When the windows came in, I was contacted by Nancy ( a real pleasure to deal with), and we set up an install date. I had to reschedule to accommodate painting going on in the house, and they rescheduled to meet my needs. Robert Cole and his brother Kevin came out with a third installer, and did a tremendous job with installation in one day. They even replaced some molding around the inside of one of the big windows at no additional charge. Whey they were finished they hauled everything away and even took a big pallet, a broken door and an old ladder extension away for me as well. I literally couldn't ask for more, and the Okna windows really look great. And they left me with a certificate for a free window cleaning. While I can't imagine ever needing new windows again (I hope!!), I trust that Pinnacle will be there to take care of any warranty or service that I need in the future.

There were two visits to explain the window options and answer all our questions. Another visit for window measurements. We waited about 6 weeks for the windows to be ready for installation. I received a phone call to set up the installation. The two workmen were on time and very professional. The entire job (19 windows) was completed in one day. All the old windows were cleared away, the worksite was well cleaned up at the end of the job. I received a follow up call a few days later to make sure we were pleased with the work. Thanks to Angie's list I had an extra coupon for the work. Pinnacle gave me a coupon to have my windows cleaned once this month.

They were wonderful, they were not the cheapest, but they were really good.

Our experience with Pinnacle was first-class from quoting to project completion. Dennis was very patient and helped us decide on the products that best suit or needs. Steve and another gentleman were extremely pleasant to work with (friendly, always smiling, approachable, answered all my questions), very punctual and professional. They were extremely detailed (from start to finish) and worked well with other contractors for another project we had going at the time to get things done. We were expecting our baby girl to arrive in April and were in a rush to complete multiple projects around the house and Pinnacle has been very accommodating when scheduling our project. We especially love the windows they put in in the nursery! Project duration: 3 days

It went well. They are fair with their prices and the work is excellent. They guarantee free replacements regardless of what happens. I am about to use them again.

Mr. Fuller, Steve and Mark were all excellent to work with. Mr. Fuller gave us a quote for all of the windows in our house and broke it into 2 phases for us with associated pricing for each phase. He guaranteed the quote that he had given us for 2 years. We replaced half of the windows in December and the rest of the windows at the end of May. Both installations went perfectly. We were not asked for payment until we were completely satisfied with the windows and their installation. Steve and Mark were very professional in their installation of the windows. They worked non-stop both times, moved all furniture necessary, reinstalled all of our plantation shutters on the new windows, pulled all of the security system sensors so that our security company could reattach the sensors to the new windows, and cleaned up before they left. It is so refreshing to work with a contractor that does what they say they will do and do it on time and so well. The windows are great and they are so much better than the builder windows that we replaced. No more cold air coming in through them in the winter and no heat coming in through them in the summer. Another great perk as well is that Mr. Fuller provides each of his customers with free window washing for the windows that have been installed and the company that he uses does a great job! We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Pinnacle Windows and Siding.

The installation today marked the completion of several phases of replacing the windows of my home, which Pinacle has done over a two-year span. Each installation was coordinated by Steve, who does a magnificent job installing the windows himself as well as overseeing the work of others. Lee Fuller,the owner, provided me with all the options available for my budget and graciously kept me informed as each window order was placed. I found Pinacle from reviews on Angie's List and can honestly say that there is no need to look further for your window/ siding needs.

Great. The windows acquired are completely as identified by the salesman/owner, Lee Fuller. Steve & crew did the install and did a great job. The crew worked steadily all day but did not rush the job. Meticulous attention to detail. The work site was cleaned up throughout the day. Extra attention was given to the driveway to ensure at the end of the day that it was clear of any debris or nails that might puncture a tire. I highly recommend.

The sales person was the best and most informative of the three I interviewed. He was the only one who gave me the lead paint pamphlet to read and to fully explain all window options. The two installers, Steve and Mark, were prompt, friendly, professional and meticulous. They consulted me when there were options as to how to proceed or how the finished window would look. They followed all lead paint guidelines and cleaned up thoroughly. The whole experience was great and the end result lovely. Update 4/16/14: Still love the windows; they look lovely and perform well.

They are amazing! Mr Fuller came out to perform the estimate and gave us our options for replacement. The guys showed up a week or so later and did a fantastic job. They were clean and meticulous, the windows look great, the house is warmer/cooler

My initial call was returned quickly and the salesman Dennis was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the best fit for our home. Steve and Mark did an amazing job with the installation. Even when problems arose with our existing door frame, Steve said it was his job to make me happy and custom built a new frame on the interior and exterior of the home. I asked how much more I would have to pay for the extra work and he said it was all part of the job. This is by far the best experience we've had with any work done on our home.

Lee, Nancy and Steve are all excellent ommunicators. There were never any surprises and they really listened to what I wanted. Steve does the installation work , sometimes with an associate, and does it meticulously . He is a true perfectionist and professional. I feel really great about my new windows and the warranty that ones with them. I wish I had done this years ago!

Tackling the job of replacing all the windows in our home as well as most of the doors was daunting. After doing months of research, we chose Pinnacle and they made the entire job easy. Lee Fuller came out to our house to provide us with the estimate and was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Once the windows we choose arrived from the factory, Steve and his crew came out to install them over the course of several days. They were professional and left my house cleaner than they found it. And over the course of the days working in our home, they actually made the entire installation fun. They also went over and above our expectations in finding the exact door that I wanted and even making a few changes after they arrived to ensure that it was just what I wanted. I was thrilled with the windows we choose, the service we received and am confident in recommending them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors.

I needed eleven windows replaced of which seven of the windows were in very bad shape and joined each other. I had 3 vendors give me prices and sales presentations. The salesman from Pinnacle was very knowledgeable about his product, explained the process, answered my questions and concerns, and most importantly he was not pushy. After I signed the contract the person in charge of installation came to my home and remeasured every window to make sure there were no mistakes on the salesmans measurements. When the windows arrived an appointment was setup for the installation. The installation was very dificult because the old windows were rotten along with the supports. However, the instaIler did an outstanding job rebuilding the supports and installing the windows. I am extremely happy with the process and the end result. Fanatastic job!!!!

See above but the installation took only one day and the installers cleaned up well and were very knowledgeable.

Lee Fuller of Pinnacle Windows returned my call quickly. He was very professional and friendly, and said he would send some guys over to measure and see exactly what we were up against. He answered every question I could think of, from how to match the color outside without having to climb up and paint it, to what material would be used for replacing rotten areas. Mark and Steve came out, and when the window came in later - they are who came to install it. It was nice to see the same people, especially since they are the ones who had already had personal contact with the job. They were very professional, and were eager to show me what had happened to the window, and what they were doing so that it would be secure in the future. I would call them again in a heartbeat if and when I need more window repairs.

Installation was done right the first time and I am so pleased with the results. They clean up the entire area perfectly, too.

Up to this point, I am satisfied. The price included two extra windows.
