Our experience with Pinnacle Window & Siding Co. was outstanding from our initial phone call to completion of the window installation. Unlike other window company representatives that we met with, Dennis Williams listened to our needs, fully explained the many options available to us (in window types, installation and payment) and helped us sort through those options . . . at all times responsive, respectful and professional. After making our window selection, both Dennis and Nancy quickly handled finalizing the quote, ordering the product, and scheduling installation . . . all in the promised timeframes. Installation was completed by Robert Cole and his associate, Kevin. Robert and Kevin were genuinely polite and respectful as they completed the installation with obvious knowledge and experience, attention to detail, and ownership and pride in a job well done. They professionally handled some needed trim renovations overnight so that the project would be completed on time. Even at the end of the first day on the job and knowing they would be right back the next morning, our home was clean and undisrupted. The windows look great and we can already feel a noticeable difference in room temperature/comfort. A great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone considering window replacement.

We have used Pinnacle before to replace a door out to our deck. From that job we knew that Pinnacle was a great company to work with when we needed our windows replaced. Lee Fuller is a first class person and will spend all the time you want discussing the job and the product to be installed. From Lee to the installers and crew and office folks they are all very professional. The work site was kept clean and except for the new windows, you would not have known they were here, inside or out. We had neighbors showing up to look at our windows and one of them also used Pinnacle to replace their windows too. Windows look great and we are very happy with them. Thank you Lee and your team!

Robert Cole was our installer for Pinnacle Window and Siding. Mr. Cole and his associate were on time on the scheduled installation day and did an outstanding job. Mr. Cole walked us through what he would be doing throughout the installation process and then began the installation. Mr. Cole and his associate were very professional, courteous and respectful of our living space. They cleaned up so well inside and outside the house after the installations that it was hard to tell they had even been there except for our beautiful new windows and door. The entire process in dealing with Pinnacle Window and Siding has been a pleasant experience. Our sales rep, Dennis Williams, provided information and quotes, home office personnel Nancy Stephens handled our scheduling and answered questions, the installation went smoothly with Robert Cole and we received a nice phone call from Lee Fuller, the owner. We are planning to replace the remainder of windows in our two story home and will be using Pinnacle Window and Siding to complete the process.

From the product knowledge of our salesperson Dennis to the professionalism and attention to detail of Steve, Robert and crew - this was a first rate job. First, we found the right product to meet our needs and budget. Then we made selections and placed our order - and paid $0 down, which is an unusual benefit today. The windows & doors came within the full timeline that was expected. The crew was experienced, knowledgeable, and handled set backs well. For example, the window frame covers we selected turned out to be a different color from the windows and they helped us quickly identify a new color, brought the new stock to our home within 3 hours, and we ended up with a perfect match and only a few hours delay in completion of the project. We were also impressed with the team's attention to detail in sealing the windows, doors?even buying quarter round that was the exact match with our hardwood floors. The professional crew was very careful with cleanliness in our home, and when they left we did not have to do anything to clean up behind them. We believe this company should be the first choice for any residential home owner looking to replace their windows and/or doors.

Everything went great. These guys are excellent. Steve, Mark and Jason arrived on time and stayed late to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The doors look great. These guys went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I am very happy I selected this company to do the work. I would not hesitate to call this company again. Pinnacle was incredible in all aspects. 1. Unlike four other, mostly high pressure firms, Pinnacle excelled in all elements: price, quality, professionalism, and desired end results. 2. The sales presentation by Mr. Fuller, owner was timely, efficient, to-the-point. One firm stayed almost three hours, trying constantly to goad us into signing an immediate contract. Pinnacle, on the other hand, listened to what we wanted to achieve versus trying to sell us something. Once Mr. Fuller understood we didn?t just want to replace the single pane windows in our Lanai/porch, but wanted to turn it into a usable room, and he offered an appropriate solution. It meant we needed extremely effective windows and a door to keep it both warmer and cooler as appropriate for the season. He brought in specific samples. They were of incredible quality compared to the other samples we had reviewed. He then worked up the price: unbelievably, though clearly better quality, it was over $2000 less than the high pressure bids! And no money upfront! All in about an hour--not three! Moreover, Mr. Fuller is a fine gentleman, honest,knowledgeable?it is no surprise he has been a successful business owner for so many years. 3. The products arrived in about three weeks. A convenient time was set up, and Robert and Kevin arrived right on time. They were courteous, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, quiet, capable. The windows and door look outstanding: a very upscale French door and solid windows which clearly has improved our home value. 4. But most important, did Pinnacle?s solution achieve our goal? We wanted to turn our 300 sq ft Lanai into a usable room, not a single pane/storm door freezing cold or burning hot neglected space. We knew immediately: there was an unexpected cold front that dropped into the 40?s. Normally the room would match the outdoor temp. But we had a comfortable 68 degree room where we enjoyed an early breakfast and lingering coffee. We continue to be thrilled with the results! In summary, Pinnacle is heads and shoulders above every other firm we reviewed. Not only are all staff, including the receptionist and Steve the measuring man, exceptional people, but the product quality and price were excellent. We have no reservations in recommending Pinnacle!

We were impressed and pleased. The owner, Lee Fuller listened to us and studiously provided us options to consider; from popular brands, less expensive yet equally effective options and prime alternatives in assorted colors and features. We were given, in writing, six alternatives for each window and door in our home. Mr. Fuller didn?t sell us the world?s best window, he consulted with us. He provided outstanding alternatives that more than met our specifications for comfort, price and beauty. Then Steve and his crew artfully installed each window and door, carefully attending to our freshly refinished hardwoods and carrying away old windows and doors from our home and several from a neighbor who asked for and received their generous help. The process was seamless. We met with Dennis to review the products and determine what we needed. Dennis followed up with a quote in a day and we decided that we would go with Pinnacle. Steve came out to do the measurements on our home and perform a lead test since out property was built in the 60's. Unfortunately, the lead test was positive, so this required extra work and cost. I decided to forgo replacing the garage window, since I wanted to keep within our budget. That is when I received a call from Mr. Fuller letting me know that he would help reduce the impact of the lead remediation cost and ultimately allowing me to replace the garage window. This was an unexpected and much appreciated gesture. Steve, Mark, and Jason showed up ready to work. They did an awesome job replacing all the windows with no impact to the rest of the house. They were very professional, clean, and great guys to talk to. You couldn't ask for anymore from contractors. These guys are true professionals. I was very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. This organization has it together.

Lee and his team are the BEST. They were very thorough in helping me understand all the features of available windows and what would work best for me. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves and followed up to make sure I was happy. Very recently a mower threw a rock that put a hole in a screen. Lee sent someone out to replace not only that screen but another that they noticed had a tear (probably for the same reason) for no charge! I would recommend Pinnacle to others and would use them again, for sure!

From the initial call speaking with Nancy, who was pleasant and helpful, to the salesman, Dennis who was knowledgeable and made suggestions without pressure, to Steve and crew it was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them. I was surprised at how neat the caulking job was and also the excellent carpentry work. They replaced the blinds and cleaned up....Steve came back and did a walk thru to double check. They even did a few extras at no additional charge. They exceeded my expectations!!!!! I have since noticed the temperature in the house stays more comfortable.

Back in 2011, after in-depth researching and getting recommendations from neighbors and colleague, we had narrowed down to 3 companies to give estimations for windows replacement. Pinnacle Window & Siding was the most stand out company. The owner of the company, Mr. Lee Fuller, came by in person to gave an initial consultation. He was thoroughly explaining the window samples he bought along with him and patiently answering all the questions we had. There were no pressuring from him in term choosing which kind of the windows or how many windows we had to replace at a time. With the reasonable quote, quality of the product, and most of all the professionalism of Mr Lee's attitude, we finally decided to hire him & his crew for the job. The communications between us were very good, and we were able to catch a small mistake before the order was submitted to the manufacture. Due to our budget, we had to replace our windows in 2 separate years. Both process were flawless and the installers were very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. This year, we wanted to replace three exterior doors. Because we had such great experience doing business with Pinnacle Window & Siding , we decided to use them again. Since we're a recurrent customer, Mr Fullers gave us a good deal for the doors by lowering the cost. In additional, the doors were replaced on the coldest day of this season, but the installers were showing up punctually, ready to work and finishing the job as promised. We love all the new doors and will enjoy them many years to come. Also, we're greatly appreciated all the hard work the crews had put in. The last thing I want to add is the customer experience with this company starts from the owner-- Mr. Fuller, and his employees include office manager---Nancy, installation team lead--Steve & Roberts and their teams are very professional, courteous and personal integrity. We were referred by our neighbor who had use Pinnacle Window Company last year. After receiving several quotes we decided to go with Pinnacle based on quality of the product and the confidence we had in the owner, Lee Fuller. As the day approached for the windows to be delivered we received a phone call from Nancy telling us the time the crew and windows would be at our house.The crew leader, Steve Stephens introduced us to his crew and explained what they would be doing over the next two days. The crew was courteous and went about their business with very little interruptirooon to our day. Since the windows were installed we have had several phone calls checking to see if were satisfied. I have, and will continue to recommend Pinnacle Window and sliding company.

Everything progressed seamlessly. Dennis came out to discuss what I wanted and gave me multiple options without any pressure. The doors were installed in a timely manner and are absolutely beautiful! The quality of work is excellent. One of the lock types was not what I had requested. I called back to let them know. It was immediately taken care of. In addition, I decided to change the lock type on the other door. The locks were ordered. Nancy called me to let me know that the ordered locks had arrived. Mark came out and installed them in a timely manner. i will definitely use them again because their work is very professional and their product is of very high quality.

I was prepared to replace the window but Dennis said it would be cheaper to have it repaired. He does not do repairs; however, he recommended someone he said does good work. I appreciate his honesty and will hire him if I ever need new windows.

We recently hired Pinnacle Windows and Siding to replace over 75 windows and doors in our home. Of the 6 companies interviewed, we chose Pinnacle for several reasons. Lee's approach was to first listen to the problem and then make a product recommendation (others walked in with a window to sell). He showed us 4 or 5 samples from different manufacturers and talked through the differences. He's very knowledgeable about the features, manufacturing and industry in general. He provided us with a great deal of information that we used in interviewing the other companies. The way he runs his business stood out too. He stands behind the product and labor and will fix any issue (even if the manufacturer doesn't). He gave such rave reviews of his install team that I didn't quite believe it. But he was right - Steve and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. They went out of their way to coordinate with our security company regarding window wiring. They left the house clean when they finished each day. And I love Steve's attention to detail. We are very pleased with our windows and doors and would highly recommend Pinnacle Windows and Siding.

Replacing every window in your home is a big job and a major investment so we did our homework and gathered quotes from recommended companies with good reputations. From our first contact with Dennis Williams, our salesperson, it was clear that Pinnacle Window & Siding was a standout even in a field of top-notch competitors. Dennis was on time, prepared, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure having him in our home. He took his time, explained everything clearly and in detail, and thanked us for the opportunity to present his company's products. He told us he would have a quote to us by email that evening and he did. My husband and I never felt any pressure from Mr. Williams to make a decision on the spot or to buy a particular window. Instead we were given all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Pinnacle's prices are competitive but it was the details about the company - no sub-contractors, no payment until you are completely satisfied with the job, and the ease of communication - that made them our choice. Robert, who would be our installer, came out and measured our windows. He took his shoes off before coming in! which was an introduction to the meticulous process that would mark the installation of our new windows. For the four days of the installation, Robert and his other-half,Kevin, treated our home with a level of care, respect, and consideration that has become rare. Robert explained what he would be doing, accommodated our time schedule for morning arrivals, and cleaned up as he went. He clearly loves his job and is a master at what he does! With a job this big, I was nervous about the mess but Robert assured me (repeatedly) that he would treat my home like it was his own, and he did. At the end of the day, there was nothing to clean up, absolutely nothing - not one thing. I actually looked, just in case. :-) During the job, Dennis called a few times to check on how things were progressing and to see if I was happy with the new windows and the process. I also spoke with Nancy in the office, another exemplary employee who answered my questions promptly and with expertise. Dennis said that Lee Fuller, the owner, treats his employees like family. By the last day of the installation I too felt like I was a part of that family! My new windows are absolutely gorgeous; better than I could have imagined or hoped for. There's a lot of hype and promises out there. Pinnacle Windows and their entire team are the real deal and embody what it means to conduct business with integrity, honesty, and straightforwardness. Their products are high-quality, fairly priced, and cutting-edge technologically. Look no further if you want a company that is exceptional from the top down.

They did a great job, cleaned everything before they left. Love the product. The installers were friendly and took care not to damage plant and shrubs on the outside. I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace windows

Steve and his crew did a great job -- on time, professional, polite, and a perfect installation.

After the initial consultation, Steve came out and measured the space and tested for lead. As an old home, it did have lead on the outside and he showed me the sample result. The windows came in sooner than expected, a nice surprise. The time frame allowed for up to 5 weeks. Today Steve and crew came out and in just a few hours, quarantined the window site while they removed the old (lead issues), removed an old aluminum awning, then installed the new windows. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, the quality of the windows, how much brighter the kitchen is, and their overall nice personality.

It is very easy to say many good things about this company and the personnel. From the beginning, Dennis Williams the marketing person, was excellent in helping us choose the door, hardware, and type of glass. Steve and his crew, Mark and Jason, were the best of any contracting crew we have ever had. They were on time, did excellent work, removed all the material, and cleaned up spotlessly. They were very maticulous in installing the new door perfectly.

I am now focusing my search on Carpentry providers.

Pinnacle's installation team was wonderful! The installers were punctual, professional, well organized, detail oriented, personable and took great care in making sure every little thing was to our liking. Each member of the installation team seemed to really care about us as a customer and in doing the best job possible! Being an older home none of the window/door openings were "square" but the team did an extraordinary job making sure the windows and door were perfectly placed. The job was done in a very timely manner and we, actually, believe the house was left cleaner than when they arrived. We can, honestly, say the installation team was outstanding!
