The salesman was very nice and educational without giving a high pressure or gimmicky talk. We like the windows and feel we got good quality for the price compared to 3 other quotes. The gentleman who measured also installed the windows. He was very nice and professional. They arrived on time and worked quickly. We have gotten lots of complements on the windows and have not had any issues thus far.

I have owned 4 houses and had many contractors provide services. This has been the most satisfying exeperience ever! From the start with Dennis being very helpful (and low key) in selecting which product would best suit my needs, to the installation by Robert and Kevin, I could not be more pleased. The installation was performed with great attention to detail and followed up with a "clean up" that my cleaning person would admire

I will start by saying that my entire experience with Pinnacle was easily the best overall experience I have had with any contractor in over 15 years. As a former contractor who spent many years around various building trades, I am very particular about the quality of products and service I expect. I originally found Pinnacle when a colleague passed along several presentation packets from window contractors who had provided estimates for his home. I was immediately impressed with the quality, thoroughness, and technical detail of the material that Pinnacle had provided. It definitely stood out from the rest. When I began reading the customer reviews on Pinnacle, they were so outstanding that I was almost skeptical of their accuracy. After working on this major window replacement project with them, I can definitely agree with all of the positive reviews. When I called for the estimate, they setup a time that was convenient for me and showed up when they promised. The owner, Mr. Lee Fuller came to my home with multiple samples of different brands of windows, all of which they have installed at many other homes. It was very obvious that Lee only uses brands and models of windows with excellent quality by manufacturers who will stand behind their products. Lee's sales presentation was "no-pressure" and informative. After discussing what I was looking for, he selected about five windows that he thought would work for my needs and he carefully explained the differences among them. He set up all five windows side by side so that my wife and I could directly compare their appearance and functionality. In addition to complete specifications and manufacturers' literature, Lee also showed me a detailed price list for all his windows. This was literally a binder containing installed prices per window for the various different sizes and brands of windows we were looking at. Not only did this make it very easy to see the relative price differences among window types/brands, but it also provided a simple way to know how much various upgrades would cost. For example, I selected tempered glass for some of my large picture windows and laminated glass for some of the bedroom and office windows. I also selected a woodgrain laminate interior finish for all of my basement windows. We narrowed the choices down to several brands and a few select options while Lee was here. He then followed up that same evening with a detailed email with complete pricing for several different options. We previously had a number of other estimates for our windows from a variety of different companies. We had mixed experiences with those estimates. Some had pushy salesmen who were not very knowledgeable. Some were unbelievably over-priced. Almost all of them used sub-contractors for their installation. One company would not even provide the price in writing unless I was ready to sign the contract. Most of all, I was just not impressed with the overall quality of their window offerings, nor was I confident that their installers were properly trained to install the windows correctly. With windows, proper installation is every bit as important as the quality of the window itself. The quality of Pinnacle's products and the fact that they used their own installation crews definitely stood out from the rest. When I reviewed Lee's pricing proposal, I was pleasantly surprised. It was certainly not the lowest price I received, but it was also nowhere near the highest price I received. While a job of this size is obviously expensive, Pinnacle's pricing was actually quite reasonable for the quality of product I was getting. They also provided a lifetime warranty on both the materials and the installation. Their price was complete, including materials, tax, labor, clean-up, haul-away of the old windows and all trash, and even professional cleaning of the newly-installed windows. Lee even had his insurance company provide me with a detailed certificate of insurance when he sent his estimate. Everything about the process was very professional and transparent. Lee even provides his direct cell number to customers. Although it was a tough choice between a couple of the window brands, we ultimately decided to go with the OKNA 800 Series windows. Not only do they have excellent energy ratings, technical specs, and functionality, but they are remarkably detailed in appearance -- looking very much like a high-end wood window. Once we decided to move forward, Lee had his installation manager, Steve, come out to do a detailed measurement of every window. We also got to meet Steve's wife, Nancy, who is Pinnacle's office manager. While Steve was taking measurements, Nancy took photos of one particular large window that is above our front door so that the unusual grill pattern could be exactly matched with the new window when she ordered it. After meeting Steve and Nancy, we were even more confident in our decision to use Pinnacle. We were literally treated like family by everyone on the Pinnacle team. The replacement windows are all custom made for each job to be an exact fit for the window openings. Before placing the order for my job, Lee and Nancy emailed a detailed chart of my windows showing the sizes, along with any selected options, for my approval. Their attention to detail and interest in getting everything right the first time was excellent. Despite the fact that these windows are custom built for my home, Lee does not take any money in advance. We simply paid in full upon completion of the entire job. This is a refreshing change from the way many contractors operate today. When we ordered the windows, we scheduled a target installation date that would work well for us. Due to the large number of windows (61), Lee said that he would send two installation crews so that we would not be inconvenienced by a lengthy installation time. I also had a few specific details that I wanted done during the installation and Lee was very accommodating to my special requests. The crews showed up on Monday morning exactly as promised and began to install my new windows. Steve, Robert, Jason and Kevin did a fantastic job with the entire installation process. I had a number of large and heavy windows to be installed, some of which were 25 feet off the ground. The job was done very efficiently and professionally. The crew was very polite and took excellent care of my home and property. They took the time to discuss the process with me and they asked for my input on things when needed. They were extremely accommodating to anything that I asked and it was obvious that they took personal pride in their workmanship. Each window was removed and the new one was immediately installed in its place to avoid long open times. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly each day. There was great attention to detail by the installation team as well. I had a couple of openings where we replaced two narrow "double" windows with a single larger window. This required rework and replacement of the inside window stool. They did an excellent job matching everything and they even replaced an existing cracked stool on another nearby window. Their work on the outside where they wrap the existing exterior trim with matching PVC-coated aluminum was outstanding. The fit was perfect with very tight seams. On the front of my house, I have a wider type of trim than the standard brick moulding. Due to the profile of the trim, it is easier and quicker to wrap it with a two-piece process. However, Steve took the extra time to custom-bend a one-piece profile that fit exactly over my trim, and it looks fantastic. This was typical of the extra steps they would go through to do the job right. The installation crew finished the entire 61-window job by Thursday afternoon (less than 4 days). This included cleaning up everything inside and out, as well as reinstalling all of my blinds and window treatments wherever they had to be removed. They provided a certificate for professional window cleaning that I could schedule at my convenience. I called the window cleaning company the following week and they came right out and thoroughly cleaned every window - inside and out. I was so impressed with the installation work that I had Steve and Jason come back out a week later and install three exterior doors that I had purchased months earlier (originally intending to install them myself). Again, their attention to detail with making sure the doors were installed properly (even in some areas where the house had settled a bit) was phenomenal. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Everything went perfectly and the new windows look great. Noise levels are greatly reduced and the comfort level is much better inside. While I only have a few weeks of data so far, it appears that I am already saving between 25% and 30% on energy (air conditioning) with the new windows. This is comparing similar average temperature days before and after the installation. In summary, I highly recommend Pinnacle Windows and would definitely use them again! They have a business model and approach that all contractors should follow.

Mr. Lee Fuller, owner, and technicians Steve and Jason completed this project exactly as promised. Their expertise was evident from the beginning when Mr. Fuller visited our home with a very thorough and reasonably-priced proposal for an outstanding product manufactured by Okna. He was very knowledgable about numerous window product lines and explained the various technical points that we should consider in buying new windows. There was never any pressure to buy during his visit. Steve and Jason arrived precisely when promised and completed the installation in one day, and the new window color is a perfect match to the existing trim and other windows in our home. The old window removal and new window installation were seamless, efficient procedures, and clean-up was meticulous and complete. They took the worry out of having to remove any damaged or weathered wood in the old window frames prior to new window installation. From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience, and we are thoroughly delighted with the results. For years we were concerned about the poor energy efficiency, appearance and usefulness of our old, contractor-grade windows, and we are confident that these new Okna windows from Pinnacle will give us peace of mind during future weather extremes. The sales presentation was more informative than any of the other four vendors we interviewed. The product chosen, OKNA Insul-Tec, appears to be superior. The installation of 19 windows was completed in one day. They removed and rehung all window treatments, removed all debris, and at the end of the day you could not tell any work had been done around the house except we had superior new windows! Definitely would recommend and use again.

This company has good products, great employees (no subs) and they do professional installations with professional materials. All of which are key when you are replacing windows & doors. Robert did our installation and it was clear that he had the experience & knowledge to accomplish this job properly. We are very pleased with the results. He was also able to repair another exterior door we were having trouble with...no charge! The owner (Lee) & salesman (Dennis) made follow up calls after the installation to check up. We will use them to replace additional windows/doors in our home.

I contacted Pinnacle Window & Siding in regards to replacing my front entrance door. When I called I spoke with a very professional employee, Nancy and she took my information and had Lee the owner return my call as soon as he got back into the office. We scheduled a time for him to come out and take measurements and show me catalogs of what doors that he had to offer and would suit my needs and requirements. On the day of the appointment, Lee showed up exactly on time, explained the process from decision through the installation process. l had a few choices based on my needs, after coming to a decision I called Pinnacle and scheduled with Nancy for their Installer to come out and get the exact measurements, door swing and a few other bits of information prior to the order. I then called Lee to give him the approval to go ahead and place the order. Because there was a two week lead time from the placement of the order till it arrived at Pinnacle door I had time to take care of a couple other items in the home. When the door came in, Nancy called me to schedule the install. On the morning of the Install, Steve and his helper arrived on time, had me come out to inspect the door to insure it was the correct door, swing and style. These two men were extremely professional and showed concern for my home, they put down floor protection as to not damage the hardwoods, were extremely careful to remove the casing and brick mold as to not do any damage to the interior or exterior walls. The install went great without and glitches and when they were done, the door was fantastic, the sheetrock on the inside looked perfect, you honestly couldn't tell the moldings had been removed and replace, no painting was required to repair any nicks or splits. The outside was perfect, floors perfect, I honestly don't think I could have had a better experience with another company. If and when the need arrises for addition work to be done with windows, doors or siding, Pinnacle with the be first company I call and give them a chance to do the work. Steve

Here goes -- here are the details! QUALITY!! QUALITY!! QUALITY!! PROFESSIONALISM from my first contact with business and the ordering process!! TOP-NOTCH PRODUCTS from Soft-Lite Window to Pro-Via Doors to Schlage Locks!! ETHICAL from installation perfectionism through final payment! I researched this business on Angie's List. The reviews were very positive; but, the price seemed a bit high. I decided to go with it anyway -- there must be something this business is doing right. My first contact with the business was with Nancy via telephone. Dennis was scheduled to come to my home 3-28-2014. He arrived as expected. After about 2 hours, doors and window replacement order was decided upon. Later I decided to add another door to my order; so Dennis made a return visit on 4-4-2014. He emailed a detailed listing of my updated order on 4-5-2014. He also advised me that Steve would be coming out later that day to take measurements. I made a few more changes to my order; order was finalized on 4-7-2014 via email. Steve did, in fact, come as scheduled. Measuring only took a short time. I received a call from Nancy to schedule installation 6-6-2014. ( I was aware before the order was made that it would be weeks before installation.) Steve, Mark, and Jason arrived at about 9:00am. The first thing they did was to let me know they were on my property. They worked all day -- until about 5:30pm. If either of them took a lunch break, I never knew about it; because, someone was always working. They worked like a well-oiled team; each one knowing his job. They showed respect to me as the homeowner from asking to enter my home to replace window to asking my permission to let them open the garage door to provide easier access to replace basement door. I watched, from time to time, while they worked. I was very impressed. For example, they eyed a door from every direction to make sure it fit as snug and perfect as it could possibly get. When they left, I told them I would see them again for more doors and windows.

First off I had this work done by another company last year that installed the door jam so poorly it had to be re-done. I was having leaking issues as well as other issues with the patio doors. The entire process with Lee and his installer Steve was top notch. It is not often that you receive the kind of customer satisfaction that Lee and Steve provide. I would reccomend Pinnacle to anyone without hesitation. Thanks a lot Lee, Steve and crew for a job well done!

When he arrived he told me his company doesn't make 8' doors. We talked for some time and he told me if I could find a company that makes that size door, he'd be happy to find someone to install it for me. He was so helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional. He is the kind of person I really like to work with. My only regret is that he couldn't help me.

Pinnacle windows had the best service I had ever experienced. I had to replace windows damaged by termite with the house that I just purchased. Pinnacle is putting their customer first, making sure everything is done properly, bending backward and do extra miles to ensure everything is good. The owner sent a very knowledgeable person to make the initial quote which provided us with better quality windows and installation at nearly half the 2 leading "Chain providers" in the area. The install team arrived at exactly the agreed start time and completed the entire installation and site clean up in less time than stated in our quote. Other than having new, more energy efficient and easier to clean windows than before or those quoted by the competition, you wouldn't have known anyone was here.

Of all of the home improvement projects I have undertaken, spanning a lot of years , by far this was the most professional --from the sale to installation-- I have ever experienced. No high pressure selling. Thorough sharing of the many options available, scheduling and installation was hassle free. The installation team was fantastic and the job looks terrific. This has exceeded our expectations. I researched this company before engaging and received bids from other companies as well. Everything you see as a review from others in the past are true. These guys are the best.

They did a great job from when they first came out to discuss our options to the final installation. Their quote ended up being the most reasonable, but that was also because they worked with a number of window providers and were able to figure out what would be the most cost effective way of meeting what we needed, especially the unusually large casements. Unlike several of the other companies we met with, they were not pushy at all, and I definitely felt most comfortable dealing with them, in addition to their coming up with a good price. As soon as the windows came in, they were great about scheduling and, then, rescheduling because of a rainy day. The installation went quickly, but was also obviously very carefully done. They arrive nice and early despite bad Atlanta traffic. There were some complications because of the size of the picture window and the fact that the window boxes originally designed for the house were not perfectly even, but they took care of those things carefully so it wouldn't be a problem. They were polite, as quiet as they could be, and even worked with us having two babies at home who needed to nap at certain times in certain rooms. They cleaned up well and helped us out with a few small tasks unrelated to what we purchased, properly caulking windows that had been installed before we purchased our home and installing new weather stripping on our back door.

When we decided to replace our 27-year-old original wood windows, we knew the process wasn't going to be a lot of fun. Sifting through piles of conflicting information, reading reviews, getting multiple bids from the usual suspects (Pella, Champion etc) took a couple of months, and we were still no closer to getting new windows. We just knew that what we'd seen so far was not a good value for the extremely high prices we'd been asked to pay. Oh, and that window salesmen were apparently competing with car salesmen to be the pushiest, slimiest, creepiest tricksters. Reading through home remodeling sites like Gardenweb, I started noticing the names Okna and Softlite repeated by many as examples of excellent windows, highly superior to the products sold by Home Depot, Lowe's or the big name window companies. Homeowners and contractors alike raved about how well-made these window brands are. I got a referral to a Softlite rep in my area and contacted him. From that moment on, we had nothing but wonderful service from Lee Fuller, the owner of Pinnacle Windows. His communication is perfect- phone calls and emails are immediately returned, and any questions answered. When he came to our house and showed us his wares, it was like night and day compared to the other bids we'd had. He didn't bring any gimmicks. He was kind, soft-spoken, explained everything in a way that we understood, and didn't pressure us to make a decision with "if you sign right now, I can give you the windows for $xxxxx!" , as we heard from every other salesman. He tried to get us to sleep on it! But we were so impressed by his integrity and professionalism- not to mention the beautiful windows and fantastic price, almost half of what his competitors quoted us! We made the choice to use Pinnacle then and there. Installation was on-time and finished in one day. The crew were courteous and left things clean in my home and outside. Lee called while they were there to make sure things were going well. He says that if we ever have ANY problems, we are to call him, and the problem will be fixed for free. I believe he said "We don't even have a form to charge for repairs." I was very reluctant to replace my wooden windows, because I thought of vinyl as much less attractive. But these windows are SO pretty, and make my house look so much better! They also slide open and shut silently, and lock effortlessly. We have 5 more to replace, and wouldn't call anyone but Pinnacle. I cannot stress enough the difference in quality between these and the other big-name windows that we saw- and remember, they are A LOT LESS MONEY, TOO! When was the last time you got value like that? You will be completely satisfied with Pinnacle Windows in every way.

I had used Pinnacle to replace all of my windows five or six years ago. I was very satisfied then and immediately called them when my outside doors needed replacing. Lee Fuller came over and explained all of the options available. He took detailed notes and measurements. The install was scheduled for a Thursday but the temperature was not supposed to get above 30 degrees and they were concerned about the caulking and also about the deep freeze invading my home while the doors were out so they asked if they could come on Sunday to do the install. A crew of four showed up and went to work. All of them knew their jobs and they worked as an efficient team. They started with the basement door, the simplest, and went to work. The doors went in quickly and they did a great job applied the cladding and caulking the doors. The back door went in quickly. This is a full glass door and, with the argon gas in the double pane window, the door is actually better insulated than my outside walls. The front door was a monster with two attached side lights. They prepared the opening and carried the door up the front stairs. They got it installed but then the installer stepped back and took a long and careful look at the door. .I do some carpentry work and the door looked okay to me but the installer was not happy with the way the door was hanging. They uninstalled the door and worked on the rough opening. They reinstalled the door but it was still not exactly right. They finally determined that one of the factory installed hinged had a burr under the hinge and the hinge was not seating correctly. They removed the hinge and fixed the burr. The door then hung perfectly. The crew did a great job cleaning up. They were very professional and would not accept anything other then the best. The man who did the caulking was a wizard. He laid a bead of caulk like "Tommy playing a pinball machine." The doors are well fitted and very tight. We had HardiPlank siding put on by another company three years ago and the job was completely botched. I am actually considering getting a quote from Pinnacle to have my three year old siding replaced so that I will know that the job is done right and not just done as quickly as possible so that the company can get paid and get out of the neighborhood without caring about the quality of the workmanship.

After my first meeting with Lee Fuller to discuss our project I realized that when it comes to discussing residential windows + doors his knowledge and passions are second to none. Through out the whole project Pinnacle staff exhibited professionalism, honesty and highest quality of service and customer care. Steve & crew have done excellent installation job, showed up on time and done thorough clean up after job completion. We are doing window replacement project in phases. We are very pleased and satisfied with completion of the two phases of our project that includes all windows on the first floor and a big fix window above the entry door in the foyer area. The window products they sell are of top quality and so are their service, which makes this company the ultimate choice.

Pinnacle showed up on time for all the appointments, even coming on New Years Day to measure for the new front door. I cannot begin to say how pleased we are with their service and products. They have now replaced every door and almost every window in our home. The difference it has made in the atmosphere of our home is unbelievable. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I'm very satisfied with my experience having Pinnacle replace 8 windows in my house. The salesman who came on the initial visit took his time to compare the different features of the windows they sell and help me to make a selection. It was completely without any sales pressure and I appreciated that. It took a few weeks for the windows to be fabricated by the factory, but scheduling the install was quick once the windows had arrived. Steve and Jason arrived promptly at the scheduled time and were very professional. It was cold and windy on the day of the install and I was worried that my house would be cold with the wind blowing through, but they taped up a plastic sheet over the window opening on the inside of my house and were able to do all the installation work itself from the outside. They cleaned up after the windows were in and left my house probably cleaner than it was before they arrived! My house is so nice and warm after getting these new windows installed. And there is an added surprise benefit that it is much quieter now too. I'm very happy with the windows and installation from Pinnacle and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Dennis was very knowledgeable and very confident in the workmanship of team from Pinnacle. Robert and Kevin arrived on time and installed the front windows, front door with sidelights and the front storm door. Robert discovered the rot was due to water getting behind the brick at the top of the house and flowing down to the bottom with the wooden framing around the door and sidelights absorbing the water. So he caulked the second floor window that was above the front door along with the vent that was about that window. He informed me that neither were caulked. Robert said he would not feel right if he left without discovering why my front door had rotted in the first place. The other thing that Robert did was he called a second crew, Steve & Jason, to come out and install the back sliding door so that the whole job would be completed in one day rather than two. Steve & Jason did a terrific job installing that door. I greatly appreciate what they did and have recommended them to my brother who is having issues with his front door. It is so nice to be able to look out my front windows and not see any condensation. Not only that, but I can open my blinds and not be embarrassed by the condensation. Both the front door and storm doors work great as well as my back sliding patio door. Thank you Pinnacle for a great job!

IT WENT GREAT, I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. ALL MATERIAL AND LABOR WAS TOP QUALITY. I COULD REALLY TELL THE DIFFERENCE. I COULD TELL THE CREW WAS COMMITTED TO THE COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER, WHICH I DON'T FIND VERY OFTEN. CLEANED UP ALL DEBRIS AS THEY WENT. THERE WAS NO UPFRONT MONEY. DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED AND THE LABOR AND MATERIAL HAS A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I HAVE ANOTHER DOOR TO BE TO REPLACED SOON AND I WILL SURELY USE 'PINNACLE'. I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE ONE OF THOSE 'TV' COMMERCIALS BUT I CAN'T HELP THAT. IT'S THE WAY I FEEL.
