Description of Work: The quote process was handled very professionally. Measurements of existing windows were taken and quotes of different levels of window styles we requested were created with no pressure to select any given style. We were also given the option if we wanted to install the windows a few at a time was available. | |The day of installation they showed up on time and went right to work. The installers placed tarps down where they were taking windows out and immediately cleaned up after the install of the window was complete on the inside. The we also very mindful of the indoor cat who thinks he is an escape artist. | |Since the install I have had friends over that are in the construction business and they have commented on the quality of the windows and the attention of the detail that was paid to the installation. Description of Work: Pinnacle Windows put in replacement windows throughout our house. They were courteous and professional. Their salesman made an extra trip to our house to answer questions. Because of rain the were not able to come on the day originally scheduled so they sent two crews headed by Jim so that the work could be done in one day and back on schedule. We can see and feel the difference the new windows make. We highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had a quote back in Oct 2014, and I ordered the window within 2 days of the quote. I never heard back from them until mid Feb 2015, saying they had misplaced my order, and just found it. It just so happened that I had closed (sold) on the condo that day, so I no longer needed the window anyway. They did apologize, and followed up with another call to apologize.

After a dreadful presentation from Home Depot, I started checking Angie's List and Pinnacle had consistently high ratings. On my first phone call, the owner, Lee, answered the phone and spent a good deal of time explaining their history, their suppliers and the whole process. |The subsequent sales call and presentation at our home from Dennis was terrific. Being an engineer by trade, I want to know the details and Dennis was able to talk knowledgably about the various window ratings, the differences between their suppliers' windows and even about the suppliers' manufacturing operations. |I appreciated that Pinnacle could show me more than one supplier's offer and he lugged in 6 windows from 3 manufacturers and went through the details of each. |Pricing was no-nonsense full disclosure of the manufacturers' price lists and since one of the windows was the same as what Home Depot was peddling, I could see Pinnacle's price was significantly better. I signed up to 30 Okna replacement windows and 2 French doors. |The installation process was first rate. The Pinnacle installation team was 100% professional, worked quickly, kept us well-informed through the process and cleaned up after themselves so you couldn't tell they'd been there. |One of the specialty windows (not manufactured by Okna) developed a stress crack not long after installation. One call to Pinnacle and the replacement was ordered without question and was installed in the same clean and professional manner by one of their installers. |We are extremely happy with the new windows. We cannot express how happy we are with the quality of our new windows/doors.The entire Pinnacle team is to be commended for their professionalism and attention to detail. Description of Work: I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone evaluating contractors for window replacement. In addition to the cost being very reasonable, the quality of product and workmanship was outstanding. Recently, I've had several contractors doing work in my home and Pinnacle stands high above everyone else relative to the efficiency of installation and the respect given to our home. The project leader and team worked like they have been together for a long time and made our experience as enjoyable as possible for a project of this magnitude (44 windows replaced over 2.5 day period). We are very happy we made the decision to go with Pinnacle.

Description of Work: I didn't end up using this company, but the owner was very helpful. He had me take a piece of my door and gave me some sound advice.

Description of Work: Pinnacle replaced one picture window and four double paned windows. The service was excellent. The price was reasonable. Once installation was completed I noticed that some of the windows had black foam insulation and others had white. This is because I have an older house and some of the windows needed to be custom made. Pinnacle replaced the windows with the black foam insulation that they all matched at no extra cost to me. I felt this was a remarkable service step to take.

Description of Work: Having Lee come out to my home to give me an estimate was a pleasurable experience. Not only is he friendly and knowledgeable, he assisted in making a clear decision on choosing the right window for me. Unfortunately, I will not have the pleasent experience of working with Lee: due to sudden changes, our family is moving.
