Description of Work: I have used Pestban since 2001. In my previous home, we had the built in pest control system, which is wonderful. In our current home, they do a standard quarterly service. They will also come back any time if there is a problem. So far we haven't needed them to.

+ -1 moreOverall, the experience has been good. They have an internal system, which is something that's new to us. We don't have to be home when they do their quarterly maintenance. They can administer the spray from the outside, so that's very convenient for us. It's piped through the entire home. This also prevents staining of the woodwork and everything else in the home. Last year, we absolutely had no problems with any sort of pests!

+ -1 moreWe started using them about sixteen years ago. When the house is being constructed they put plastic suits on all the walls. Every three months afterwards they come and spray outside the house. What they do is very efficient. Once we saw spiders and called them and they sent out somebody the following day. They found out what the problem was and why the spiders were coming and treated it. They are very responsive. I rate them high overall and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: I use Pestban of Georgia for pest control. They come once in every three months.

+ -1 moreAccording to my wife, she always finds them to be very friendly and whenever we do see something they are out here the next day. They are very, very good in that respect and they are effective. After we call them and they are out here, we don't see anything anymore.
Description of Work: Pestban of Georgia comes every month. They come and check these things we have in the ground for termites, then we have a system in our home where they inject into the home through tubes and they check that as well.

+ 0 moreThe guy came back twice to check on the traps. He was an outstanding person, a good guy and very capable. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had some critters get in the house so Pestban of Georgia put an exclusion screen all around the house and put traps in the attic for flying squirrels.

+ -1 moreThey have been great servicing the contract and taking care of problems as needed. The techs are professional, courteous and helpful. They also have no problem fully explaining what they are doing.Flying insect and animal removal costs extra, but they are very reasonable. We had a tech come out and help us with a carpenter bee problem for the entire house at a cost of $75. It is true that they had a leg up on the competition, because they service their own builder installed system. Nonetheless, they have been great and their prices are quite competitive.
Description of Work: We have two yearly contracts - one for termites (in ground bate system) and another for insect control. They come out quarterly to manage the bate system and to do regular pest control. Our pest control includes management of Pest-Ban's in-wall treatment system installed by our builder. The technicians follow their regular schedule and do not need to enter thr home. They always leave a summary of service on our front door. What we really like is their prompt response to treat problems as they occur. If between regular visits, we see ant trails, for example, they usually come out withinh 24 hours (week days only) to take care of the problem for no additional charge.

+ -1 moreThey are very thorough. They always show up on time. They usually call to do a follow-up of the service call to ask if there is any problems. They are easy to schedule an appointment with.
Description of Work: I pay for a 1-year contract which covers both a pest service contract and a termite service contract. The last time they did service, however, they sprayed only for pests because that was what I having a problem with.

+ -1 moreThere is no need for me to be at home, so I never see them. They are very good, do a good job, and are very responsive as well. We pay yearly. I recommend them and I will continue to use their services in the future.
Description of Work: They come four times a year and inject the chemicals outside of my 3200 square foot house. I really like the fact that they can take care of all the pests from the outside. They take care of all possible pests.

+ -1 moreWhat this company does seems to be effective. I mean, we have not noticed any termites or pests in our home which is a good thing. From what I understand they also do regular termite control but I am not sure of what exactly they may or may not offer to the general public or community if you do not have one of these systems in our home like we do. I can tell you that to have one of these systems installed it costs literally like $200 is all. For us, its definitely been worth every penny.
Description of Work: When our home was built, it had a pest system installed in the walls. One caveat with using this company is that they have this weird system that runs in our drywall. Then, they come out once a month and they squirt stuff in the tubes and it goes to our walls. We pay $90 a quarter for this squirting service in our 4000 square foot house.

They are always are on time and if I have a question they are eager to answer it. I have a quarterly contract with this company, and I have them target the ants, which is my biggest problem.
Description of Work: I had them come out to my 2500 square foot home and spray inside and outside for all roaches and ants. They come out once a month and do the general spraying of my home.

They are very professional, and came out immediately to do an extra treatment free of charge when I found a dead bug in our home. I am very happy with the service that they provide and will continue to use them without question.
