My experience with Pest Ban and their family of companies has been one of the worst vendor experiences i've ever had. In November of 2023 we hired PestBan to get rid of roof rats that had infested our house from overhanding trees. Throughout the course of the service, which cost several thousand dollars, i encountered: 1. Perhaps the biggest issue is that we still have rats! Four months later and the rats have effectively beaten and outsmarted the company whose sole job is to get rid of them! 2.Overpromise and under delivery -- the technician providing the quote assured me that they would not stop until the job was done and the rats were gone. They would work top to bottom and inside / out to get the job done. Boy did this not happen! 3. Maybe the worst communication i've ever seen -- following each appointment i asked for a follow up appointment and tried to set dates to get exclusions and cleaning / deodorization done. This never happened! Not once! Every time i had to call them myself to schedule the next service or i would never hear back. Each time i complained and the issue never got fixed. 4. Not our job -- I was told multiple after pointing out new entry / exit points for the rats that Pest Ban doesn't handle that and that i'd have to find a different vendor. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the technician didn't promise comprehensive service. 5. Low quality work -- You would think that Pest Ban would be good at their only job -- finding and closing off the rat entry points. But boy was that not the case. After each visit i went around and found places that they missed and had to call them back out and point out the gap. Even their own technicians made repeated comments such as, "i'm not sure how they missed that. It's really obvious". This went on for at least 4 visits in a row. So, in summary, find a better vendor! Pest Ban will charge you a lot and leave you with a lighter wallet, a list of complaints, and a house full of rodents.

I renewed my termite bond and scheduled an inspection. When they came to inspect they did not open any of the termite traps and inspect them and the inspector did not inspect the interior of my home which he stated over the phone he was not going to do even though that was part of the inspection cost. So basically they took my money and did nothing. The inspector kept on insisting over and over when he called me that I leave and go somewhere before he showed up which is why I watched him to see what he was actually going to do.

When with them for 6 years and they are great. Very persistent. They have a really cool treatment system into the house. It equipped with tubs inside the walls. That spray for inside.

I think the price is fine. It's fair.

They come every couple of months automatically. They're very responsive, they come within the next day. I just pay the amount for the year and they come to do everything. If I have to call them for bugs I see in my house they come. There's no charge because I pay that big fee in the beginning or whenever they send me the bill. I think it's a fair price for what they do in a year. A lot of times they come, I'm not here, but they come. I know the last time they said they were going to be here about 10:00. I was running late and they were here at 10:00. It's only one person at a time that come to do the work. They're nice and genuine. They leave the area clean. The house have debugging things on the outside for termites and other stuff, so they just pour stuff in the little holes. I haven't had anybody inside the house for a while, but they're always neat and clean.

This company is highly inflexible when it comes to working with their customer's needs. I will not be recommending them for future service - there are too many good companies out there that truly have a customer-oriented focus. I have been a good customer for 7 years, paying on time every year, and when it came time that I needed adjustments to be made, they were highly inflexible and did not seem to care whether or not they retained my business. I do not think this company has a good perspective on what it means to provide customer-oriented service. Their technician (Felix) has been nice over the 7 years to work with; the company management is dreadful.

Very professional, helpful, and prompt. The tech that comes to our home is quite thorough and friendly. They have all been nothing short of professional and provide top-notch service.

Extremely professional and friendly, used pestban towards end of last season and did not get bitten once so hired them again this year and have been just as pleased. Would highly recommend.

I don't have a positive review with them. They were gonna charge me a re-initiation fee because I pulled the traps. I told them I like the service but I don't want to pay the re-initiation fee for the traps. As far as the service went, they were always on time. They did the job well.

They seem okay. They actually set a piping system around the house to help with bug prevention. They seem professional, but there is one guy that I don't quite get along with and seems like a know it all. They are very professional and in uniform. I do feel that their pricing is high.

They did not make appointment time or call to say running late. Will not use.

Pestban Inc. is really good and I really enjoy them. Anytime I call them for anything they are right on board there are not attitudes. For the past three years I have been using them I haven't had any bug problems at all.

Overall we are happy with the service, our previous owner had used their service and hence we approached them to continue treating our house. I do not see ants in the outside area of my house so far ( it has been three to four weeks)I do see one or two dead bugs like spider when I vacuumMy little one is just fine no harmful impact on her because of the chemical used for treatment.They have done their job as they promised to do over the phone. My husband set up the service with Pestban. They leave a flyer to let us know they have been around.

They are very responsive, courteous and thorough. Sometimes it takes more than one visit for them to get a problem corrected. We pay a yearly maintenance agreement fee. Every time we call they are courteous and they come out when they say they are. We can call them with a problem anytime and they'll come out.

My husband is the one that contacts them. They are reasonable in their pricing and they provide excellent service. Recently, they did an inspection for mice in one of our houses and they are still servicing 3 other houses. 2 houses belong to my son and another property belongs to my husband.

They do a good job! I'm picky, and I've been very happy with their service, so I would say they're excellent.

They are outstanding and very economical. They are very friendly and very knowledgeable. My overall experience with them is outstanding. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent.

To my knowledge they do a good job, I have no complaints against them. They seem to be good. They are pretty accessible and they come and do a special application if one needs it. I don't have any complaints against them. There is no negative opinion against them. They seem to be professional and the people seem to be knowledgeable when they talk to you. They are friendly too. We have not had any specific problem with them to say anything negative about them. They are competitive price wise but they are punctual, professional and they do a very good job.

Very professional and will call ahead to give me a date and time option for them to come out for service. They are very good at what they do. I would not go without there service. I would recommend them.

They have done a really good job. They always leave a card to let you know they were here. They always ring the door bell to let you know they are here in case you are home. They are always in uniform and their truck says who they are. They are very professional and always leave a slip to let you know if they found anything. They then take care of it to ensure there is no damage to the home.

They did a good job. This is our second year using them.

I think they are unique in the fact that we have tubes in our wall and they come and spray through the tubes. They treat the outside heavily and they only come in the house if we need them to.
