This was the second time that we used Mr. Altman for work at our house. His knowledge and expertise regarding the many projects he completed for us are outstanding. He is a professional that we plan to continue to call upon as the need arises.

James returned my initial call the same day and was able to schedule my repair within 72 hours. He arrived on time, was friendly, personable and professional. He went above and beyond to do the repair both efficiently and effectively.

James is Great! I am an Interior Designer that needed new lighting hung in a clients home. We needed two chandelier's hung where there was one box. That means new boxes, wiring and sheetrock repair. James did an excellent job. It looks like the home was built that way. He also hung two lights above the Island in the kitchen and a large chandelier in a high two story entry. The homeowner and I are very happy with James's work and will use him again.

He has been great! I’m sure I will be using him again and again. He charges a flat rate ($300 per day), so it’s nice when you have a lot of projects. You know exactly what he is going to charge for the day. I think it’s a lot simpler than having to pay for each individual job.

Very nice guy, it took a little too long for him to go get supplies. He seemed to do a pretty good job, but it seemed to take too long to complete.

He was wonderful! He arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. It was the highest level of professionalism and cleanliness. We will use him again and refer him to our family and friends.

James is very professional and does an excellent job. He was able to fit my job in when he knew that I was very anxious to have my washer and dryer reinstalled. I really appreciated it! James worked constantly except for a short break to go buy the new electrical box and get lunch. The work on making a new opening in the sheetrock and patching the old opening was excellent-can't see the old place at all. He hung the chandelier just in the right position.He was very courteous and prompt!

He was very competent. I plan on using him again. He was pleasant and professional. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Scheduling the appointment was very easy and he really worked with my timeframe.

It went very well. Mr. Altman is very accommodating and knowledgeable. We bought the wrong cat doors and Mr. Altman returned the ones we bought and got the correct ones. He was timely, tidy and accurate.

James got in touch quickly about doing some minor repairs to the house for sale. He showed up on time and was able to give a quick estimate on time and the work that needed to be done. Everything looks great and it was done in great time and at a fair price. Would highly recommend him for your handyman work.

We have a rental property and live out of state. I contacted James about installing a kitchen sink faucet and sprayer and he was able to get to the house the next week to install. The tenant is very satisfied with his work.

He did everything I asked him to. He got a lot done in the day that he was here. He was very efficient and accomplished all the work. I chose him because of the reviews that I saw. He was booked for a couple of months.

James is a wonderful handyman. I paid for the day which was a VERY reasonable flat rate. James took out my broken garbage disposal and replaced it with pipe, he then took out my old kitchen faucet and replaced it with a new one. He took down two lights and replaced with new ones that I bought and took down two old ceiling fans and replaced them with new ones. I can not say enough good things about James. While James was working on the garbage disposal he noticed that he could hear water running. He asked me about my water bills and my gas bills and went outside to check my water meter. He took the time to show me that the red triangle on my water meter was spinning and no water was running which probably meant that I had a leak somewhere. One of the problems I was having was that I could not get any cold water in the kitchen. James stated that it was probably because I had a leak in my hot water somewhere near the sink and that was why I wasn't getting cold water because it was being surrounded and heated by hot water. James was right. I called a plumber and they came out and found the leak in under the slab of my sink. The repairs have been made and thanks to James I am looking forward to lower water and heating bills. He is amazing!!!!! I am already starting my next list for him to do.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He did the job in a timely manner and was able to stay within budget.

Mr. Altman is very punctual and capable of accomplishing home repairs with professional details.

James is meticulous in his attention to detail. He replaced an interior bedroom door and painted said door. He replaced an exterior garage door. He closed up a square space for a box TV over the master bedroom fire place. All jobs were performed well and he cleans up after himself which was much appreciated! His knowledge is vast and his cost is reasonable.
