I know I just reviewed James, so coming right back with a second one should give you a pretty good idea about how much my wife and I think of his work, and him, personally. James is professional, does quality work, including thinking outside the box to come up with innovative ways to fix issues others either couldn’t, or created.

On time, completed several projects, easy going and friendly.

James Altman with Altman Handyman Services is a real professional. He has completed severals jobs for me: shed renovation and deck stairs and post replacement. He was very courteous and a good listener when I was explaining what needed to be done. He completed all jobs in a timely manner, was very thorough and always showed up at the times he said he would. Also pricing was affordable.

It was fair. He was punctual. Had to find the screen door myself but wasn't too bad. Install was fine; he had to touch up a few things afterwards. Door still need some patch up work after install like putting weather strips in to fill a little opening and paint an area.

Excellent. He stuck with me to work with my crazy schedule. I don’t trust well and always feel super vulnerable with contractors. This was an A+++ experience all the way. I have now the most amazing pantry. He also fixed another issue while on site. Very pleased

James arrived promptly on time and performed an excellent job hanging my new curtain rails, curtains and assembling a dining table. Very professional operator and replaced some of the cheap supplied screws and fasteners with better quality ones from his toolbox. Got the jobs done quickly and made it look easy! I will have him back in July for some other items and highly recommend.

James is a total profession and very efficient and he was able to complete the entire house in 7 hours.

While replacing the flooring upstairs I ran into an issue with the transition to the staircase. James was able to cut off the step overhang, cut and install the stair riser to fit along with trim. He then installed the stair transition along with a handful of hardwood boards to ensure it connected well to the rest of the flooring. James was quick to answer or respond throughout the scheduling process and arrived right on time for our appointment. He went about the job efficiently and finished in about 5 hours which included a trip to Home Depot to get some supplies that I did not have on hand. Overall I felt that James was very professional, showed a respect for his customer's time, and completed the job as quickly as possible while still doing a thorough job.

James replaced molding and the sweep on an exterior door. We had previously used another service and the job was not done correctly. James exceeded our expectations with the repair and he is very professional. His prices are also reasonable. We will definitely use his service again.

I am THRILLED......to meet Allen and crew. Very thorough, neat, picked up all materials. Very professional and explained what they were doing. I told him, will call him again. Husband and I are elderly. We need someone we can depend on. I need 3 more fans installed, that will require them putting a piece of wood in attic - to attach the fans to. Mr Altman came out very quickly and replaced my garbage disposal right away. He even repaired a small emectrical issue while he was here. Awesome guy. I used credit card to pay him. He accidentally overcharged me and I never knew it. He came back to my house to tell me he overcharged me. He went to the bank and brought me back the cash difference. I was very impressed! Will definately use him again and you should too!

James was right on time and did an excellent job. I even added a small side job (putting a spacer piece of wood in my kitchen cabinets) and everything was very professionally done. His price seem a little high to me but the work is very professional and extremely well done - not to mention that he is a very friendly, kind man.
