Description of Work: James did an outstanding job. He has an hourly rate and a daily rate. I chose the daily rate and had him install outdoor lighting, fix indoor electric GFI in bathroom and kitchen, fix a leaking toilet and install a kitchen sink. All was done professionally and fixed properly.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance...confirmed 2 days before...30 minutes before appointment he cancelled. Seemed like a nice guy and things happen I suppose, but I took off of work so it was quite inconvenient. Also, I felt like I had to keep following up to even get an appointment. I guess I am not used to working so hard to pay someone else money. :-(

Description of Work: Bought 1 day special coupon for $249 and ended up adding another day. James replaced 3 outside light fixtures, recaulked entire Master Bath shower, repaired various holes and cracks in walls & ceiling. He was very professional, detail-oriented and knowledgable. Would certainly use him again when we make another "to-do" list.

Description of Work: He did several things: matched wall paint color, put up a wall toilet paper holder, installed brackets for shower rod to secure it, painted section of ceiling where a leak had been. Everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Would use him again.

Description of Work: We called James out to come look to see if he could build some type of overhang over our son's back deck door of his house. He stared he hadn't done anything like that before but would come take a look at it. That was almost a week ago and he never returned our call to set up time. I would have at least appreciated honesty that he was just not interested.
