Description of Work: I contacted these folks to start a scheduled house cleaning. I couldn't be happier with them. It's a team of 3 - 4 ladies who do an excellent job. They come every two weeks. There were a missed bath but they caught that up on the next visit and made it good. I would definitely (and do) re-use Heather and her team.

 + -1 moreI have been very pleased with the service I've received. I reached out to the Image Maids team via email, initially, and was able to conduct initial needs discussions via email, as well. This was tremendously helpful, as I was travelling a lot for work at that point. I worked with Heather Haney, who has just been fantastic; she pulled together service options and pricing very quickly, and got me on the schedule incredibly quickly. My first service was fantastic -- the team was early and they conducted an initial deep cleaning that delighted me. Everything in the house was ust shining! Even better, though, were the subsequent visits -- while members of the cleaning team have varied across visits -- I work from home and have been here to see/greet the team -- the crew leader has been the same during every visit to my home. I think the on-site management, and consistency around the manager assigned to my home makes all of the difference -- there is immediate accountability and the team members are both well-trained and efficient. The on-site manager is a working member of the team, so she is not only checking the team's performance on a room-by-room basis, but she's rolling up her sleeves and working, as well. The result is that the team is often in and out of my home in 75-90 minutes, which is fantastic as I try to schedule conference calls around their visits. I've been very pleased with Image Maids. I had engaged another cleaning service when I first moved to the area late last year and while the team members sent to my home by that service were consistent, the service that I received was not. The Image Maids team does a great job, provides cost-effective service and most of all, is both fast and comprehensive.
