Image Maids

My husband and I spent several hours cleaning the house AFTER Image Maids did. They missed so many things and the things they cleaned didn't look clean - for three reasons: their products aren't strong enough, the team is used to 'spray and wipe' vs. really scrubbing, and they don't pay attention to detail. On time, great job! Everything was just fine!

Image Maids is highly professional and excellent at what they do. I will be using them from now on.... for the entire house. I had a master bedroom bath and full bath upstairs that had NOT been "PROFESSIONALLY" cleaned in 18 years. After Image Maids left, all I can say, without exaggeration, both baths looked brand new as if the house was just built. A++ all the way. AMAZING!!! They were there at scheduled time. They left my house immaculate. Will continue to use them from now on!

Maids came within their time frame and were nice and polite. They missed a lot of dirty spots, like, everything located higher than 5 ft was not cleaned - upper sides of door frames, doors, window frames, upper edges of top row of kitchen cabinet doors were all dusty. They did not clean any of lamp shades in bathrooms although I asked them twice, and they said they did. Also they somehow missed mopping the floor in one room, and all ceiling fans, but they did them when I noticed and asked. It did incur additional charges, though. And floors were still not clean. I probably won't use them again.

Awful. After all the positive reviews I was very disappointed. The floors were not cleaned or vacuumed. There were sticky spots and crumbs. The mirrors were not cleaned.

They did an amazing job! The home that we recently purchased was left very, very filthy by the prior owners. The 3 ladies who came to my home did in 4 hours what would have taken me weeks to do, it looked like a new home. I was beyond pleased and would recommend them to anyone. Money very well spent.

I have them once a month and am always pleased. 3 ladies come and move thru in 1 1/2 hrs. efficiently and thoroughly.

They showed up right on time, were flexible working around the movers, & did a great job! They also agreed to work on a Saturday to meet our needs!

The crew did an excellent job and took great pride in their work. They were very polite and wanted to make sure I was pleased with the job.

Called to alert us when they would be there that day. Arrived within 5 minutes of when they said. Worked very, very hard. They were conscientious, courteous, asked questions when needed, and did everything they said they would do. When work appeared that it would take longer than estimate, they made sure we were okay with the additional labor charge. Very happy with the team that did the cleaning and their professionalism. The charges would have been less but no housecleaning had been done in several months.

Great. Cleaners were amazing & friendly. Lori, runs a tight ship. She is good about calling & setting up next service. Would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. I imagine this is a difficult business to run in terms of satisfying every client. Everyone has different levels of cleanliness or requirements. Image Maids does a great job identifying what your needs are each visit to ensure satisfaction.

I normally give Image Maids a bit of notice before i need a cleaning and am always absolutely pleased with their service. They are professional, dependable and do a terrific job ! Recently i actually emailed Image Maids on a Sunday on the off chance they could do a cleaning Monday...the very next day.... and I received an email within hours assuring me it could be done. Best cleaning service in town !!!

i've used Image Maids many times and always been very happy w/ their work. Every once and a while, i find a little something that was overlooked but all in all, EXCELLENT customer service, EXCELLENT work, PUNCTUAL and VERY PROFESSIONAL CREWS!

Heather and her entire staff were great to work with. Always stayed in contact with me to let me know where they were and even called when they got on site and saw that the job was going to take far longer than they had expected. I appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile and especially noted their clean van when I arrived and that they all introduced themselves. We're not usually ones to hire help but I can assure you, Image Maids was simply stellar.

It is the exact same thing every other week. I am not able to say what is different between visits. They call me the day before and confirm that the service is on. They give me a time range like 1pm-3pm or 11am-1pm. I am always at work when they come.
