It is the exact same thing every other week. I am not able to say what is different between visits. They call me the day before and confirm that the service is on. They give me a time range like 1pm-3pm or 11am-1pm. I am always at work when they come.

Good. They keep in touch, keep you informed of time and date. Great communication.

I love their service and continue to be a satisfied customer.

i have been a customer for several years and they always do a great job. I regularly need to adjust my cleaning schedule due to work travel and they are always accommodating even with last minute changes due to my travel. A very professional organization that does a great job.

The initial phone interactions were always professional, competent and caring. Scheduling was easy and pleasant. The agreement was for 3, people, 2 workers and a supervisor, to clean two levels. The Visit time with phone call ahead, was as promised and timely. Two people arrived and entered our home with Image Maids shirts and equipment in hand. They never introduced themselves by name or what their visit was for.. they smiled and giggled. We introduced ourselves and then they said their names. I am not sure if one was a supervisor or not, they never did share any details other than their names. Two showed, not three, and I asked why.. they were not sure. The price point was 182.00 for 2 full baths and 1/2 baths, three bedrooms, approximately 2500 to 3000 square feet of living space. We have never used a "company" based service in the many years we have had housekeepers. We were disappointed. The quality of cleaning was poor in comparison to our previous individual housekeepers. That said, it may be what is expected from a "company" based service. Our concerns were addressed when brought to the attention of the workers present, to the best of their ability, which was far from our expectations. Poorly cleaned surfaces with debris left in corners of surfaces... "basic cleaning only includes tops, not corners of surfaces and horizontal not vertical surfaces... including no mirrors.. they are vertical" and some more unusual limitations per the person present in our home. We paid for the service in full.. We called the branch manager to share our experience and she was very attentive to our concerns after the visit and offered to remedy the concerns within 24 hours however our schedule didn't allow for follow up, work and out of town guests expected the next day. We could schedule in one week, so we were offered a 50.00 credit from another 182.00 charge for the week follow up. We don't know if that is fair for a "company" based service. We decided to not move forward with this company. We spent 2 hours cleaning after they left and our house then looked clean.

They came out on 3 occasions. The first 2 times they had 3 girls for 2 hours, and charged $200 and everything went great. The 3rd time they came out and had 2 girls for 2 hours and charged the same amount which I felt was unreasonable as you cannot clean my home in that time.

Three women showed up on time, introduced themselves, went over what I wanted completed, and jumped right to work. They were excellent!! I am having them return on a regular basis and definitely give them two thumbs up! Thank you Ladies.

I've been using Image Maids for 7 years and have never been disappointed with anyone on the team, or with any of the services. I can't think of any other service provider more consistent over such a long period of time.

We requested a deep cleaning of the two-story, three-bedroom house we were moving into. Cleaning had been neglected for some time, but I thought three hours by three people should do it. At the end of three hours they said they needed another hour to complete, so I agreed. When they were done, I asked the supervisor to come back in and clean the areas where moldings met doorframes, and she did that but when they were gone, I found other detail areas that hadn't been cleaned as well as some other issues. I had asked them to clean the top of the kitchen range, and they only cleaned two of the three sections. Also, I told them the most important thing was to thoroughly clean one bedroom where cats had been living because I am allergic to cats. I had to have them go back into that room to clean more, and after they were gone I found cat hair all over a couch in the room. Later they called to check on the service and I explained some things that hadn't been done. They offered to come back and do the specific things I listed, but by then we had cleaned them ourselves as we found them, and it just wasn't worth my time. I was not dissatisfied with what they did do, and they may be fine for regularly scheduled cleaning, but I just expected more for what I paid for 12 hours of cleaning.

Exceptionally good communicators, cooperative and great to work with.

Purchased a deal and had them clean entire home. The crew did a good job, but left one area undone. I called and they returned and corrected everything ... with a smile. Often you learn the most about a business with the way they respond to customer feedback - this company listened, corrected the issues and since that time, we've had them clean our home the past several months and we are very pleased.

They were great! They give me a call when they were a few minutes away. They are never late. The job is done professionally. Their pricing is great! It's fair. I have no complaints. The service has always been great.

The kitchen was spotless! It was an amazing job! For the work done, the pricing was really reasonable. The walk through was good afterwards.

I am very picky, but I have been using them for a couple of years now so I can recommend them.

They did a great job, but we stopped using them because we moved.

The team usually comes out in threes or four, with one of them being a suprevisor. They do great work, thorough, and leave the lights on afterwards for inspection. If there are a few dirty dishes sitting on the counter they'll clean them. If clean, folded linens and covers are on the beds, they will change them, otherwise they will make the beds as they are. All the staff I've met so far have been pleasant to talk to, couteous, polite and very professional in their jobs. I would recommend them to others.

Wonderful, it was a pleasure to have the ladies come and clean. My husband and I had just finished some remodling so my house was in great need. I was called with the time they would be here. Then I was called to let me know to let me know they woul be here within 20 min. Great service from my call to set a date until we had the final walkthrough.

The cleaning crew of three including a lead supervisor arrived on time and ready to clean the whole house. After a very quick greeting they started to do their work. The work they were to perform was previously discussed with a representative during an initial phone conversation setting up the appointment. During the cleaning process the crew split up to different sections of the house. The problem was that the crew members were not up to speed in thoroughness as they missed quite a few different items, in two rooms windows were missed and the upstairs shower molding. The floor mopping wasn?t a deep cleaning, instead a mop with a pad wiping with Mr. Clean which left a sticky residue. They also forgot to bring their extension pole to dust up high, which was part of the initial phone conversation. Overall it just wasn?t a quality cleaning. Also, their company van they parked in the driveway leaked oil leaving a sizeable dark oil stain on the concrete. I chose this company due to the reviews on Angie?s List and not sure why our experience was so different. Update to the response by Image Maids; The constant comments to talk down the other cleaning services as they are "individuals" or to insinuate that they don't drive company vehicles is quite a shame and only shows that instead of being thorough in your own service you spend too much time talking the others down. You do not even know the name of the other service provider? You did not offer to come correct the areas your service missed, my wife had already cleaned them. What you actually said was that you would make sure to get the items missed on your next service as well as to talk with your service personnel about the problems. I had true intentions of using Image Maids cleaning service but couldn't continue due to finding afterwards it wasn't a good value. In fact a complete waste of money doing business with Image Maids.

Professional, responsive and thorough. Conversation with owner led to speedy arrival by crew of three, led by supervisor. Called ahead day prior to confirm and again, an hour ahead of arrival. Brought and used own equipment and supplies. On time, through cleaning - looked better than the day I moved in! Super sensitive concern shown for my pets. Resonable and competitive prices. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Great response to call back and schedule with short lead time. They arrived on time with their team and finished in the time they had estimated. I added requests as they went along and they were happy to accommodate. The service was excellent and outcomes better than I had anticipated. They were professional and friendly and stayed focus on getting the job done without lingering. Would definitely use them again!

It was a good experience. I was called the night before to confirm; and I was called when they were within 30 to 45 minutes of arriving. The supervisor let me know how the time was going before they reached the 2 hour estimate which I approved continuing and was kept posted often. When the 3 hour mark was approaching I was asked if they should continue and/or if I wanted them to skip anything to keep the hours/cost down. I approved more time and the completed cleaning, after all this was my wife's birthday present. The cleaning of the house - dusting, wiping down counters, vacuum of rugs and cleaning of hardwood floors and dumping trash was excellent. The blinds were a bigger project than anticipated. They took off layers of dirt/dust but they may not have been to the level of perfection that was anticipated. A few items were missed in the Master Bathroom but I honestly don't remember if this was a covered item or not. The windows to major areas (like the front and back doors) were not cleaned and I thought they should have been - these are like "first impression" areas. I am somewhat of a fanatic when it comes to cleaning so did not want to be too nit-picking; so a few minor omissions calls me to say the cleaning was "good" to very good, but not excellent.

I scheduled the Deluxe housecleaning service. They dusted some surfaces, not all wood furniture in master only received dusting on tops not sides, floors unders chairs not dusted or mopped. Countertops and applicances wiped down but spots remained, did not change bed linens, did not remove trash; vacuumed rugs but grass clippings found afterward. I was told I would be charged $95/hour. They were here 2 hours and 5 minutes, although that last 5 minutes the only person in my home was the supervisor who asked me to "look around" and the charge for that was $215; when I questioned this they reduced it to $190. I did and found many areas they need to clean as mentioned above. I was told there was a charge for this as well as they charge from point of entry through inspection and loading of their equipment back into their car (was not advised this is included in the hourly rate). When I called the office and gave the feedback , I was told she would send someone out to clean these areas. I explained that I had a doctor's appointment, physical therapy as I have a physical condition, have to work tomorrow and my guests are coming Wednesday morning. A charge of $215 for less than 2 hours work should not require a redo. I chose Image Maids because they rated A on Angie's list, they were local and the charge, a bit high, I mistakenly believed would ensure quality. I am very disappointed and I will not use them again. It also makes me more careful in trusting a listing on Angie's list too much.

All baseboards cleanned, baths cleaned, kitchen counter tops andcabnints cleaned. Floors cleaned and mopped . No problems at all. A really nice job. The ladies were very friendly and professional.

They are really thorough, pay attention to detail, and arrive promptly. Ultimately, Image Maids is by far the best housecleaning service that I have used.
