They had the best price and I was pleased with their service. They were on time and did a good job. The job was done in a good amount of time and the quality of the work was even better. I think they are hard workers and easy to get along with.

I was very dissatisfied with their services as they offered me bogus information. They charged me $70 for the visit. I telephoned to state my dissatisfaction and question the reason for a whole new system. After discussion, they refunded me the service call. I received the money back within 2 days of the telephone conversation. I had seen a flyer so I opted to give them a try. I will never contact them again as they are very dishonest and only want to get the most out of a customer. A different company stated that a new condenser was the only needed replacement.

I am pleased with the professionalism and quality of work from this company. They showed up on time and were very neat and clean. The guys were very nice to work with and they did a very thorough job. I plan on using them again in the future.

Overall, very satisfied. All reps that came out were friendly and thorough. I had a window of 9-12. Mike came very close to 9am! The only issue I had was with their quote. Mike, who was nice enough, kept changing the quote (not by much). When I asked about the warranty he kept changing his story on that too. I wasn't allowed to use a coupon I had, but was not given a good reason why I couldn't. It made me think that they gave different pricing to different people depending on what they could get away with. In the end I gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted their quote as it sounded fair. They installed my air conditioner the same day I called. I really like that! The 2 installers stayed to make sure my house cooled down. They were super thorough and would not accept my monetary tip. I'd recommend Hammock's simply based on these two installers, Jeremy and ?? (OMG, I forgot the 2nd guy's name! He was a nice Christian guy). Bravo, guys!

IF YOU WANT YET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO WILL MAKE APPOINTMENTS BUT NOT SHOW UP AND NOT CALL TO LET YOU KNOW THEY ARE NOT COMING, THEN THESE ARE YOUR KIND OF PEOPLE! YOU CAN CALL AND HAVE THEM SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS, BUT I'M 2 FOR 2 ON THEM NOT SHOWING UP AND NOT CALLING TO SAY THEY AREN'T SHOWING UP DURING THE SCHEDULED TIME. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

HAMMOCK'S TOLD US THEY WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT DAY BETWEEN 9AM AND NOON AND WERE PROMPT. WE WERE TOLD OUR SYSTEM WAS FROZEN AND THE TECH WOULD RETURN IN THE AFTERNOON TO REFILL THE FREON. HE DID NOT RETURN BUT WE CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THEY CAME PROMPTLY. THEIR SERVICEMAN TOLD US THEY HAD BEEN SWAMPED WITH CALLS AND THAT THEY ARE WORKING 80+ HOURS PER WORK CURRENTLY. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND SET UP A REPAIR TIME THE NEXT DAY SINCE THEY NEEDED THE GET THE REPLACEMENT COIL. THE REPAIR TOOK 2-1/2 HOURS. EVERYTHING IS WORKING BETTER THAN BEFORE. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HAMMOCK'S AND THE SERVICEMEN THEY SENT OUT. WE FOUND THEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ARE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

I HAVE USED HAMMOCK'S FOR ROUTINE INSPECTIONS, REPAIRS, AND SERVICE CALLS FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. THEY HAVE BEEN OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY.

THE REPAIR WAS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY. THE SERVICEMAN INSPECTED THE ISSUE OF NO HEAT DOWNSTAIRS AND HIS RECOMMENDATION TO INSTALL A NEW HEAT PUMP WAS A FIX TO THE PROBLEM. THE PRICE WAS PROVIDED AND BEAT 2 OTHER ESTIMATES.
